Betterhealth is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. Their communication is absolutely horrible! If you're struggling with anything, do not use this company. They take weeks to reply with an auto response and it seems like no one cares to help you out. I am still struggling and have not received any help from them. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. I would suggest finding another company that values their customers and provides better communication.

So, I had a pretty bad experience with Betterhealth. They charged me for a future month without telling me and when I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it to me. It was really frustrating because I couldn't even talk to a real person about my request. I had to send an email and wait for a response. The only good thing about the whole experience was the therapist I talked to. She was really helpful and understanding. But overall, the customer service at Betterhealth is just terrible. It's a shame because I was really hoping to have a good experience with them.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Betterhealth. They make it seem like you're getting a sweet deal with their free trial and only paying for shipping and handling, but then they go and charge you a bunch of extra fees without warning. I just checked my account and they took out $99.95, $4.15, $0.99, and $2.95! What the heck, man?

And to make matters worse, when I tried to contact them about it, I found out they're not even selling the product anymore. What kind of shady business is this? I tried calling their UK number, but it's not even available. I feel like a total fool for falling for this scam.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Betterhealth to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reputable company. Don't make the same mistake I did.

But then, out of nowhere, they took a whopping $175 from my account! Like, what the heck, dude? That's not cool at all.

I saw an ad for Betterhealth and it said I could try their product for only 2.49. I thought that was a pretty good deal, so I decided to give it a try. I went to their website and printed out all the documents, which said that I would only be charged the 2.49. I was excited to try the product, but before I even received it, they had deducted over $100 from my account in several transactions. I was shocked and upset. I contacted them right away to ask for a refund, but they refused to give me my money back. They said that I had agreed to a 3 day trial, but I hadn't even received the product yet when they took the money out of my account. I feel like I was scammed and I don't want anyone else to fall for this. Don't trust Betterhealth!

My experience with Betterhealth has been quite interesting. My daughter signed up for their service and after speaking with a few therapists, she found one that she felt a connection with. The therapist told her that I was the reason for her insecurities and that I helped her to be successful because it was a reflection on me. This was quite shocking to hear, as I have always acted in her best interests and put her first for 30 years. According to the therapist, that was bad parenting and I should have let her fail.

Since then, our relationship has been strained. My daughter gets angry if I am present for happy occasions because she feels that I want reflected glory. It's quite sad to see our relationship deteriorate like this, especially after all the effort I have put in to ensure her success. However, I do appreciate that Betterhealth was able to connect my daughter with a therapist that she felt comfortable with.

One thing that I found quite amusing was that after I left a review expressing my disappointment with their service, they responded with a comment that said "Great job, Your review looks really helpful". It's quite clear that they didn't even read my review properly and just wanted to appear responsive to their customers.

Overall, I would say that Betterhealth has its pros and cons. While they were able to connect my daughter with a therapist that she felt comfortable with, the advice that the therapist gave her was quite shocking and has caused a strain in our relationship. Additionally, their customer service could use some improvement as they seem to be quite clueless at times.
