I was charged $182 without me knowing, I was contacted and told that they have taken the payment from my Paypal. Apparently, I signed up to the subscription and I did not do this, I have opened a case with PayPal about this and if I don't get my money back I will inform the police of this scam. The counsellor was never really there for me, she would appear every two days, now I know why it's because she was killing time and waiting for me to be charged. Give me money back before this gets long for you.

I ended up calling PayPal (that’s how I paid) and after about an hour of time on hold, they gave me an emergency refund. Then BetterHelp finally caved in (probably because PayPal was making them) and refunded me, so I gave the emergency refund back to PayPal. Did you pay through credit card or PayPal?
