I ordered some tee shirts for a party this July, I ordered them on June 15th, I have called over 10 times no call back, I have emailed 2 times no response, I believe this company strings you along until you can not get your money back from the bank... I have requested a full refund from my bank. Now I am going to a camp trip this year without my t-shirts, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER.

I never received my order that I paid for. I've emailed & called and have gotten no response. This company is completely unprofessional and I will never order through them again. I will advise others to avoid them as well. It is not okay to run a business like this.

BetterThanPants.com I ordered 5 t-shirts from betterthanpants.com with an order number and a note saying "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link

I ordered 5 t-shirts from betterthanpants.com with an order number and a note saying "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. Your order summary is below. Thank you again for your business." That was August 3rd. It is now August 18th. On their website, they claim "Most orders are shipped next business day. Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days to be delivered for orders shipped domestically." I have reached out by phone twice and email once. All are DEAD ENDS! I made the mistake of reading reviews AFTER I ordered. Lesson learned there. So they have my money and I don't have anything to show for it - 10 business days later.

I purchased a t-shirt online and never received any sort of confirmation ail or order number however the money has been removed from my account. I have tried to contact by sending emails,and leaving voice messages and no response. Found them on Facebook but phone number was all wrong.

I placed an order for several shirts on 03/27 and was billed $82.70. When I go to the website the order isn't coming up yet my credit card has been charged. I have repeatedly called the company and left messages, sent multiple emails and I get no answer. If the company is no longer in business they should stop taking orders and not fulfilling them.

Placed my order March 26th. Today is April 14th still no order. No email response no tracking number. Their website says my order is in process. Noone answers the phone. All reviews I've read are terrible. I see why. I'll be calling my bank to get my $37 back.

I ordered a signature funny t-shirt from the company better than pants on April 15th I received an email stating thank you for my purchase never any other communication as to when my package will be sent or any form to where I can track my order ive tried several several attempts to contact them with the numbers they provided no matter what time of day I call no one is available the recording says I've emailed them also several times no response just don't want to be scammed in this particular matter would love to at least know when my order will arrive or to be told some detailed information on this order thank you so much have a blessed day

I ordered 2 shirts from them. They took my $39.47 I was told I would receive an email with the tracking number when my order was shipped within 2-3 business days. Well almost 2 weeks later I have not received anything from them. I have tried to call the number given on the site it is in fact a Google voice number. I have left voicemails and received no calls back. I have tried live chat and there is always "no one available at this time" never able to speak to anyone. I have sent emails never received a response. I am beyond upset about this matter. They scammed me out of my money for 2 shirts. If I can't get a tracking number and my product soon I want a full refund.

Placed an order with the company on December 16th, for 28.98 for a t-shirt. I have never received the t-shirt. I have called their phone number, sent them an email through the contract request form, and have gotten nothing back. No t-shirt, and no refund.

I ordered 2 shirts from them. They took my $55 and was told i would receive an email with the tracking number when my order was shipped within 2-3 business days. Well a week later i have not received anything from them. I have tries to call the number given on the site it is in fact a *** number. I have left voicemails and received no calls back. I have tried live chat and there is always "no one available at this time" never able to speak to anyone. I have sent emails never received a response. I just at least wanted a tracking number. But now i just want my money back. I will be contacting my credit card and disputing this pymt for sure. They scammed me out of my money for 2 shirts.

I placed an order for one shirt one week ago and my card was immediately charged. I was told that my order would be processed and shipped 3-5 days after placing my order. BetterThanPants.com On September 6th I ordered a shirt from this companies website

On September 6th I ordered a shirt from this companies website. I received a confirmation email the same day, it stated that I would get another email with a tracking number once my order shipped (most by next business day per website). My payment of $21.98 processed on Sept 8th. I never received the email with my tracking number and haven't received my order. I have sent emails to the company at *** with no response. I have left voicemails at their number , I try to use the "live chat" on their website, they "are not available". I have since learned that there are numerous complaints about this company - they take payment and then do not send the order and do not respond to customers.

Took my order, took my money, never sent my shirts. The phone number and email provided by the company appear to be a total scam as they never respond to anyone (not even *** who I purchased the shirts with). I'm not sure how this company hasn't been sued an been put out of business. Look at the reviews online - they appear to be stealing from people at will with no recourse.

Placed an order that was supposed to be shipped in 3 days per their website. They charged my credit card the next day but I still have not received any shipping notification. On their site when I check my status it says received. They haven't even processed it yet! No one answers the phone or any email communications. I even tried the contact us form, and the alternate phone on their *** page. I've left numerous messages and emails and no one will answer or reply. Horrible communication and not only do I feel ripped off, I worry about giving them any of my credit card info. I've never experienced anything like this. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never order from this place again, avoid it at all costs!

BetterThanPants.com Ordered a shirt

Ordered a shirt. Immediately charged $20.23. Sent an email confirming the purchase. The website says "Most orders are shipped next business day. Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days to be delivered for orders shipped domestically." Twelve days later, still awaiting confirmation the item has shipped. Sent an email asking for an update. No response. A few days later sent another one. No response. Phone number goes to a voice mail. Did a little fact-checking and it turns out a LOT of people are complaining they never get the items they ordered and now I feel like I've just thrown my money away. The item I bought was meant to be a birthday present (coming up in less than a week). I get the feeling this place is not legit.

BetterThanPants.com I ordered 3 shirts from this company over a month ago

I ordered 3 shirts from this company over a month ago. During this time I had to move due to my old apartment having issues. I tried on multiple occasions to contact Better Than Pants through their phone contact, email and social media. There was radio silence on their end at every attempt. I just wanted to change my address and receive an update on my order. I filed a complaint with PayPal stating my problems trying to change my address. They contacted the company and a few days later I get a message saying they have shipped my order. To the wrong address. I have tracked the item and it says delivered but the package is nowhere to be found and I am beyond frustrated as this was such a huge hassle with nothing to show for it.

The funds were taken out of my account on July 13th. I hadn't received any further confirmation on my order so I emailed the company on July 20th for the status of my order and received what seemed to be an automated reply that said someone would contact me with more information about my order. I still haven't heard anything from the company so on July 28th I emailed them to cancel my order and ask for a refund. As of the writing of this complaint on July 31st I still have not gotten a response to my request for refund. I will notify my credit card and dispute this payment for non delivery of goods and hopefully get it resolved with them. Terrible communication and customer service for trying to purchase a t-shirt from this company!

BetterThanPants.com I placed an order for four t-shirts on August 31 at 9:31 am EDT and received a confirmation email with order number stating that my order

I placed an order for four t-shirts on August 31 at 9:31 am EDT and received a confirmation email with order number stating that my order had been received and I would get shipping confirmation when my order shipped. The funds were taken out of my account on September 20. I hadn't received any further confirmation on my order so I called then emailed the company on September 17 at 15:14 EDT for the status of my order and received what seemed to be an automated reply that said someone would contact me with more information about my order. I have consistently called from that until today September 25 and I still haven't heard anything from the company. I am emailing the company today 9/25 to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I will be notifying my credit card company to submit a dispute of payment for non-delivery of goods and hopefully receive resolution in this manner.

On June 29th I ordered 2 t-shirts from this company that came to around $50. I paid for these shirt with a my credit card and payment for the shirts was taken out of my bank account the next day. It is now August 2nd and I still haven't got my shirts, they haven't even be shipped out yet! I have sent 3 emails to this company about my order and got NO reply, I have called the phone number(a Google account phone number) I have called that number 4 times and left messages about why hasn't my order shipped and why I haven't gotten my shirts. Still no reply from this company about anything! My last e-mail I sent to this company I stated that if they didn't ship my order out I was going to inform the ComplaintsBoard.com of the shadiness of Better Than Pants, and how they take peoples money and don't ship out the orders or even respond to e-mails and phone messages. At this point I just want my shirts that I have paid for months ago. Thank you for any help in this claim.

I placed an order on June 30 with Better Than Pants, a company I found online for novelty t-shirts. After ordering, I got an email confirming my purchase and promising a tracking link upon shipment. However, I never got the tracking info nor the t-shirt, yet my card was charged. I've emailed them on July 17, 21, and 22 about the missing item. Each time, I was told my request was under review. Between my first and latest inquiry, 238 others have inquired, with no resolution. I've also called them multiple times at [protected] without a response.

BetterThanPants.com I purchased 5 t-shirts online on 7/28

I purchased 5 t-shirts online on 7/28. Two of the shirts were defective. One had a stain on it and other had a flaw woven into the fabric on the front of the shirt. 8/3 I called the number listed on website, , Got a recording that no one was available and to leave message for a return call, which I did. No response. 8/4 I emailed them, as per website directions. No response. 8/5 I called again and left second message, since "no one was available". No response. I emailed a 2nd time via website maybe around 8/8. No response. To date, 8/16, I have never received any response. I even attempted to reach someone from website through their "live chat" option twice but received a statement twice that they will respond as soon as possible. I have an answering machine and no message was left from them. Beside receiving defective merchandise... there is absolutely NO customer service. I would return the shirts but do not feel I should have to pay more money for return shipping because 2 of their items are DEFECTIVE. If they send a return shipping label, I will absolutely return shirts, but that will probably take them 6 months.

BetterThanPants.com I placed an online order with this company for 2 t-shirts back on August 8 @ 8:55 in the morning

I placed an online order with this company for 2 t-shirts back on August 8 @ 8:55 in the morning. I promptly received an email back saying the order was received and to await an email with the tracking number. My paypal account shows the payment went through on Aug 8, 2020. That was 3 weeks ago... and so far nothing. No email. The website says generally it will ship within 3 business days... well, so far its been 15 business days! I've sent an email in an attempt to contact the company. So far, nothing but crickets. The summer's nearly over and since I live up north soon I won't even be able to wear t-shirts. I'm very disappointed with this company's inability to complete a simple business transaction... I pay for the shirts, you make the shirts and send them to me. If I cannot get the product for which I've already paid then I will be forced to seek a refund by filing a claim with Paypal through their resolution center. I suppose this will reflect badly on this company and hopefully they eventually lose Paypal support. Deadbeat companies are the reason I will only ever pay online through Paypal. Their shirts might be funny but the way this company conducts its business is not so funny.

The order that I placed with this business never came and was not shipped. I have a receipt from the company but have not heard anything since. I have tried to contact the company 4 times by email and 5 times by phone without an answer. This company seems to not exist other than to take orders online, take money and then disappear.
