Going to spread the news they are a scam! Ponds is a better face cream. The web site was going around and around and I ended up getting pills I didn't want and don't do anything but make me pee yellow which is a sure sign there is nothing in the pills that works. And I got six jars of cream instead of three. I don't believe that it has collagen or that it helps with collagen at all. Also, that is a nice picture of a building. Wonder what I am going to find next time I am in the area and pop in. I might be surprised. There might really be a Beverly Hills MD office in that building. And this Steven guy might really be the real thing and it is only the stuff you get sent to you is ***, and the web site and customer service sucks. Speaking of the web site my bank was worried about the way the order was looking so they put a hold on my card. Guess what, too late the payment went through almost immediately and the stuff I ordered with someone else that was what I truly wanted and was a one time special I lost out on because of what I believe to be a purposely designed web site. Purposely - so that it does exactly what you want it to do. Not sure how this company has an A+ rating but I have been told that all you have to do to get your name on the Complaintsboard.com list is to join Complaintsboard.com and I was told that by several companies on the Complaintsboard.com list.

Although I have been happy with the product. Beware of the website shipping rip off! I placed my order and never hit the submit button and the next thing I know, I am receiving a deduction from my bank account. I originally thought that it was just a glitch, since I walked away from my computer and later returned to complete the order, thinking that I need to start over. And That's where they double dip and recharge you again. I called the customer line once I realized what had happened and was told that the shipment was already out and that it was too late to cancel or give me a credit. The resolution explained to me was, once I receive the shipment in 1 week or so, return it and when it is received back at the warehouse in another week or so, they will issue me a refund in a week or so. Essentially, "The wealthy Beverly Hills MD's" just took my little $150 for a month if I even ever see it again. Your organization should be ashamed to represent yourself in such a health conscious and socially supportive manner while all you really are is no better than thieves! Clearly this is not the first time for this scam with your website. I do not have $150 to give away! You did not wait a month to take it! Why do I have to wait a month to get it back! I need my money back now! I work hard to earn the privilege to treat my self to a luxury such as this!

I am a skeptic but wanted to try something as I noticed I was losing my eyebrows. Those thick wiry ones had to be plucked but nothing grew back. There are retail places just for eyebrows but no way did I want to draw them on or whatever they do. Also, when I was young my grandmother was accused of being a little out there, but high society looks with makeup and clothing was important. However, it scared me as a kid to hear that she was so into her looks that she shaved or plucked all her eyebrows. They were drawn on. I thought it was odd. When mine started thinning these last few years it worried me that I would have to draw them on! So now I listened to this infomercial and as I said was very skeptical. I got the product but did not start using it right away. Then when I did I was not good at doing both morning and evening. I was pretty consistent with morning. I did not see much improvement the first few weeks but blamed it on not doing it twice a day. I kept using it pretty much once a day and I would say around the fourth week I started to see a great improvement. I am no longer skeptical about this product. It really does work. Make sure your face is clean and no other lotions or creams to interfere. I put it on right after washing in morning then wait 5 to 10 minutes before putting anything else on my face. I definitely recommend this product.

Have been taking the supplement for nearly two months. I have seen a change in texture, elasticity and tone. The purple bruising that appears with age not nearly as prominent and fades much faster. One additional benefit that I was not expecting is my fingernails are stronger and growing. Thank you.

I just turned 70 and everyone was asking "How do you do it, you look younger?" I have used BHMD products for about 5 or 6 years now, so it is never too late to start. I would not care to know what I would look like without BHMD! If genetics is any indication, I look like my mother did...at 55! Reverse and Repair Daily has been in my daily routine for as long as possible. It isn't the only BHMD product I use, however. I can say that using it with their other great products has made my skin smoother, even toned and healthy.

However, gravity is unkind and on closer inspection I noticed jowls were evident and spider web lines cracking my perfectly clear and soft skin.. I decided to try another product and went to Beverly Hills MD. Now, I have always been a skeptic of all things advertised an especially products for the face etc. I am a prove sort of person.
Lift and Firm Sculpting Creme caught my eye and I purchased it immediately. Now going on the 3rd month I have noticed many slight and positive changes. The longer I use the creme more significant the change. I am very pleased that there is real progress.
The creme is awesome and my skin feels even softer than I imagined possible always having velvet type skin. But of most importance those spider web lines are disappearing. The larger smile lines and bottom buckets of darkness are receding as well.
I am basically 7 decades old. Recently, I was approached by a young man that could have been my grandchild. He asked me out on a date. Of course I declined being older than his biological grandmother. Yet, it made me feel so good that I could look better than expected.

I contacted the company to explain that I was only interested in there deal if it left me with only 3 bottles of their product as opposed to 5. I ordered Resurface +Restore and payed in full. This product was in stock when I payed for it. I was then refunded. I received and email stating I was being refunded. No explanation just I was being refunded. I had to search to find out why. I found they are saying it is out of stock. I found the product again and made sure it was in stock before again, paying in full. Same thing, an email giving a refund with no explanation. It showed it was in stock both times. It allowed me to pay, took my money, approved it, and accepted it. I continue to have issue with this company as a whole. There was NO concern, explanation, no help given in how to receive the product I paid in full for that was in stock when I ordered it.

The ordering process was very misleading and as a result my card was charged for two orders instead of one. My cc company put a fraud alert on my card as a result. I contacted the company through their contact form according to the instructions on their website. I did not get a response. I called the company and tried to cancel the second charged order. The first representative told me the product had not yet shipped and put me on hold. I was then cut off. I immediately called back and a second representative told me the order was already in the shipping process. He acknowledged that the company had received my previous request to cancel via the contact form but said it is too late now and I should have called instead. After attempting to persuade me to just accept and keep the second order he eventually agreed to submit a return request and emailed a confirmation of my request. At that time he warned me about all the conditions the company had for accepting the return including no damage to the packaging (essentially setting up their plan to refuse to refund me). When the unwanted order finally did arrive the packaging was damaged. I have zero confidence that I would ever receive a refund and don't want to incur more costs for shipping it back. Their scam worked on me and I am out $400. Be warned.

To say I'm furious would be an understatement!
Sadly I liked using their EYEBROW Serum which is now all gone but due to this total lack of communication/customer service I'm not going to order anymore.
And I still haven't tried the EYELASH serum as my tube was a defective one with nothing in it!
Please intervene as this is totally unacceptable on the part of BEVERLY HILLS MD
I've wasted so many hours trying to get my products that they need to up their customer service or get out of business.
Honestly it's like a bad joke and probably no one ever answers the phone or reads an email there, after they sell you products!
I feel like Beverly Hills MD should make it up by sending me BOTH the EYELASH serum that came sealed but with no serum in tube, PLUS an EYEBROW serum because I couldn't reach anyone on the phone to ask questions and used it up and wasn't able to continue use and lost all the benefits I achieved from my inability to continue the non stop use of product which is necessary! So essentially the money I spent on that EYEBROW serum was wasted as back to square one!
Ugh I'm soooooo frustrated with this company, if it even is one!

Poor customer service & was over charged!
Poor customer service & was over charged! I just want to say that I am highly displeased with the Beverly Hill MD customer service. I ordered for the first time yesterday afternoon, signing up for a 3 bottle subscription. The website kept having errors, saying the payment was declined, so I chose to use the PayPal checkout and the payment went through. I recieved an order confirmation right away and then apparently another order confirmation was emailed to me at 3:49 a.m. Today 2 payments were deducted from my account. I had recieved only one notification that an item was shipped. I called the customer service and to cancel the erroneous order before it shipped. Emily stated that although the second order hadn't actually shipped, that it was "too far in the shipment process to cancel". So I will have to wait for the package to get here, return it to sender and wait for it to get back to the warehouse before i am refunded. Emily was not very helpful and seemed like she could care less that the erroneous order was caused by the website. Her biggest suggestion was that she could extend my 90 money back guarantee. I have canceled my subscription due to the poor customer service and just bad business practice on the company's part. Why an order couldn't be cancelled when it hadn't even left is beyond me. I'm pretty upset because one order was a squeeze for me, but now I've been charged twice and the customer service representative did nothing to help.

This company is scamming people into a membership program
This company is scamming people into a membership program. When you listen to their very long video on the Dermal Repair Complex and decide to order online, it takes you to an order page where you choose the size of the order, ie. number of bottles. If you then go forward to the payment page and place your order, you have enrolled into a membership program and will be sent subsequent orders. Suspecting this was the case, I called to inquire and was told that there is a column that is checked for the membership enrollment and you would have to un-check it to avoid the enrollment. However, there was no column on my page and when I told the customer service representative that, she said I wasn't displaying the entire page. I informed her that I checked and I was displaying the entire page, and she then said I needed to go into my computer settings because that was preventing it from displaying... I did not place an order and would like for all to beware of the blind obligation they are entering should they make the purchase. She said you are informed of the enrollment once you receive the email confirmation but isn't that too late! Too late especially if you don't read it thoroughly and then a month later, or 3 or 6 months later, depending on your initial order size, you start getting more bottles and charges to your credit card. Shame on them! Had they been up front with their terms, it might have been a great product, but unfortunately I will never find out.

So far I love your products! At age 67yrs. I get so many compliments, that I look like I'm in my 40's-early 50's, so funny cuz to me I see wrinkles, crepy skin and flaws. I take your dermal repair complex, and your brighten & tighten restorative facial oil. I also am taking a powder collagen from from Native Path. I started that for my knee trying to ward off knee surgery. I'm originally from Ca, moved to Arkansas for a life change, have had many yrs in the sun and did a small amount of smoking socially with friends, when we would go for cocktails. No more smoking at all since 2012. So I know damage is inevitable. I had thyroid sx 11, 1/2 of it removed due to a benign tumor. I take generic Armour, called NP 90mg. I noticed a lot of skin changes, hair loss. So I pray the collagen and your products will help with all of that. I've had breast augmentation due to not developing fully in my left breast and then having 2 benign tumors removed at the age of 19 yrs. My family has a lot of different cancers, several breast cancers. So far I've been blessed. I eat good, I try to stick with natural products, I work 2 jobs and try to get some exercise in. Thank you for your time and for trying to help us all at a reasonable price, when I can get your products. I go with life's flow and always have the Lord in my heart for whatever the next challenge could be. I purchased three bottles of their product
I purchased three bottles of their product. Each bottle was supposed to contain a month's supply or 60 pills each. The first bottle ran out way before the 30 days. I know that because I wrote on my calendar when I started the regiment and was able to count the days. That first bottle only had 48 pills in it! 13 short. I got curious and opened the remaining two jars and found they too were on the light side! One was missing 5 pills and the other 3. I'd like to mention that I fill my pill boxes once a week so the portions are already prepared for each day of the week, eliminating any error on my part. Another point is that, after close to a month of consuming this product, there has not been any visible positive difference in my skin or hair. I doubt very much I will continue taking those pills after reading the list of ingredients on the bottle and their daily percentages, compared with the recommended one. The ingredients range from several hundreds to 8,333% more than the recommended daily dosage (Biotin). I guess it would not matter so much if you would take this only once or even twice but, doing it each day for an extended period of time does not feel safe at all. Finally, when you are ready to check out, you are assaulted with a barrage of "offers" and can't escape unless you answer each one of them. I said "No" to each - and there were a lot - Not being allowed to go straight to check out made me want to cancel my order right then but there were no opportunity to edit my purchase so, I finally let it go, having wasted a lot of time. I read a lot of complaints from unhappy customers who were not able to get their promised "satisfaction guaranteed refund" so, I don't really understand the 4.09 star rating on the Complaintsboard.com site. Maybe because the complaints had finally been settled by Beverly Hills MD. Why does a customer have to go to great length and frustration to obtain what was promised by the seller? I am sure a lot of people have given up. I give this company a one star, only because I can't give 1/2, and that would be for their prompt shipping. I will trash the product I have left.

I am 71 years old and in the last few years have noticed that my eyebrows which had always been very full and dark when I was young were becoming increasingly thinner and from about the middle of the eye to the outside edge had become almost non-existent. They had turned gray and become thinner and you almost couldn't see anything from mid eye out so it looked like I had only half an eyebrow on each side. I have never worn much makeup in my life and am not about to begin now. I did buy some eyebrow mascara with a brush which I've occasionally used for special outings but found the color was hard to get right and they always looked obviously not natural. I decided to try your thick and full brow serum but had my doubts as to whether it would work. I was delighted to find that it has something in it that darkens the brow naturally from the very first application as you brush it on and I do believe that my hair is getting fuller. Best of all, it is extremely natural looking as the color is an enhancement of my own natural pigmentation so as they are gradually getting thicker and it looks absolutely natural (not like I'm using eyebrow mascara) and I am much more confident about my appearance. My sister was complaining one day also about having "no eyebrows" and I decided to give her a tube for Christmas. She has much lighter brown hair then I and she is absolutely thrilled that the brow serum is also giving her a natural looking eyebrow without any extra enhancement required. This serum obviously works with your natural pigmentation because her eyebrows did not turn out the same color as mine but one that looks perfectly natural with her complexion and as she says the best part is my eyebrows always look neatly combed and I've never had such tidy looking eyebrows in my life. Her birthday is next week and she's getting a new tube from me as a gift and she'll be delighted as she told me recently she needed me to order her another tube as both the one I give gave her at Christmas and one she subsequently got me to order for her in late spring had gone dry. One day I happened to click on an ad for the "Crepe Correcting Complex." Decided to order some, and it works pretty well! So I ordered more products. I've tried the "Lift and Firm," the "Repair and Reverse," the "Deep Regenerating Skin Cell Moisturizer" and maybe a couple more. Please excuse any vagueness or misspellings... I'm at work and don't have things in front of me. Just today, for the first time, I decided to "Google" BHMD in an effort to get more info about some of these products, and now I see they make even MORE products, many of which I haven't even heard of. Which makes my confusion even more pronounced! The problem is: each and every BHMD product is described as THE PRODUCT that'll turn it all around, give you youthful glowing skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, firm things up...in short, make the person look younger. That's what it all comes down to, of course. Well, HOW can they all be equally fabulous? And if they are, then why not just make 1 or 2 products that have all the stuff the various products have, and just sell that? If they compliment each other and work in conjunction, are we, seriously, to use all of them together? And if we are, then again why not just make one product that has the best of each product subsumed into it? If they ARE different, it would be extremely helpful to know HOW they are different from each other, and WHICH ONE OR TWO would be the overall "best." Right? I certainly cannot buy all the BHMD products! And even if I did, how the heck would I know how to use which one, for how long, in what combination, in what order, etc.? And, like many others have commented, how could I possibly make any conclusions about what is most helpful, what does what, etc.? I thought the "Crepe Correcting Complex" was at least a shoo-in as far as knowing what it does. NOW, I find out about ANOTHER BHMD product that's supposed to target crepey, saggy, dimpl-y skin, same as the CCC. Well, what do I do, try that too? It just feels like a shot in the dark. And, with the price of the products, an expensive shot in the dark. I do look pretty fabulous. I look about 50 but am actually 71. I'm sure I can thank BHMD for some of that, but I have no idea which products did what, or whether one was "better" than another. I also use Retin-A, take collagen and also Bio-Sil along with other supplements like Krill oil, turmeric, many more. Since I'm an expert and pretty wild skier, and literally outwork everybody around me in a very demanding job, I need to look the part! I'm sure the BHMD products are high-quality and worth the money (especially if buying when they go on "sale..."). However I simply DO NOT KNOW which one(s) to purchase and so I'm stymied. I'm sure BHMD does not wish to imply that any one product is any "better" than another, as that might be a death knell for the other one. But HEY, it sure would be helpful nonetheless. Thank you! I want to cancel my subscription for this company's products and return the products for a full refund of the charge made to my credit card on 3/23/ My Master Order Number is *** dated 3/21. The offer had to be cancelled within 30 days to get a full refund of the amount charged to your credit card. I knew after 5 days that this product was not satisfactory for my health and I started to try to reach the company at the phone number X-*** that was given with the offer of their product. No one answers the phone. I waited on hold listening to music for 20 minutes and finally hung up. This was the situation each time I called. No one answers the phone. So I decided to try to reach someone via email. There was never any reply to my emails. I am concerned that the 60 day time limit for refund of my money and cancellation of my subscription is fast approaching and I cannot connect with anyone at this business. I believe this business is a scam. Or perhaps it is just run by dishonest people who pretend to be medical doctors and are not. I expect to have the full amount of money that was charged to my credit card refunded. I expect to have a return label so that I can send back the product. I expect to have my subscription to this product cancelled as well.

Ordered some of the dermal repair from Beverly Hills MD. I ordered the three pack to try them, at check out, there were all these pop up with confusing add ons-one after another., I didn't even check them. I never would have bought a years worth, but that's what they sent me! When I looked at my ***, it said over $700 in total. How did this happen. I did not want or order 12 bottles. This is a total scam, and too make things worse. I had a terrible adverse reaction on these. I've lost 7 lbs. in the two weeks I've been taking this it makes me so sick. When I quit taking them, it went away. TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE. I'd love a partial refund. I'm willing to pay for the three pack I wanted, but NOT a year's full. I was shocked when they all arrived.

I have not authorized, nor do I understand, what the additional withdrawal is for. After reading posts about their scams, I feel quite foolish for not having looked into them earlier. I have the same issue as those who left prev. complaints about their shady billing practices & horrible customer service. Just like others, I watched their video for Dermal Repair Complex & clicked the offer to try 1 bottle at $39.95. When I continued through the checkout on 8/23, I was bombarded with pop-up "special offers", one of which was for 3 bottles for $60. Same exact situation as the person below - they make it seem as though this will replace your initial 1 bottle with 3. I was looking to try the 3 bottles with a 90 money back guarantee on June 25 at 7:50 AM and as I was purchasing the website got confusing by adding all these other bottles or products to the order. I ended up clicking one of these confusing descriptions which lead to me buying 6 more bottles that I didn't want for another *** I called them on June 25 at 12:55 PM asking for a refund and she put me on hold to speak to the warehouse. Then she comes back onto the line to tell me that it is too late into the shipping process. I called within 5 hours of ordering and completed a contact me form from their website which no one contacted me, also didn't get any shipping or tracking numbers until June 25 at 7:55 PM. During my conversation with her she also mentioned that I could return it, but I had to pay for the shipping, or I could refuse the package but then they wouldn't be responsible if it got lost on its way back. She went on and sent me a return authorization for it which I'd have to print and open and include it in my returns. At this point I don't even want the products anymore. When I got my items they came all together in one package and one shipment. I have the emails saved and the phone call time stamp.

At the end of February, I bought three products (dermal repair complex, face and neck cream, and body complex), which I received in March. I haven't even opened the pills container, because I read that it contains rice bran and I am allergic to rice - had I known, and the information wasn't readily available, I would never have ordered it, obviously. Then, the face and neck cream makes my skin red and swollen. Lastly, the body cream is ok, but I've found the same kind of results with a 5-dollar cream purchased at a local store. I bought these products in part because it was stated, in the infomercial on television, that they would refund us, should we not be absolutely happy with our purchase. Well, that is the case. I gave it an honest try, but it's absolutely not working out. So, on May 20th, I sent an email to their customer support, asking for a refund. I received a response from a representative, stating that they would not refund me. They've been ignoring my subsequent emails since then.

Initial purchase of BHMD Dermal Repair complex supplements were purchased on 2/13. I purchased a 6 month supply on subscribe shipment. I expected to receive another shipment in 6 months, they charged me one month later for another 6 month supply. I called to delay my subscription for 12 months (since I now paid for a 12 month supply) on 3/14 and they lady assured me that I would not be charged again for a year. Now a month later on 4/13 and they have charged my account again for a 6 month supply. Additional info about the conversation, the lady I spoke with on 3/14 lied and told me my 2nd package was already shipped and could not be cancelled. I received an email two days later that it shipped that day. They charge you first then ship later, and if you call to cancel when you are charged they lie and state it is too late to stop the shipment. I did not authorize the third transaction since I called and put the subscription on delay. I want the money returned to my account.

I went online to order one bottle but decided to order three because of the advertising on the website stating it was a much better deal. As I went to check out there were numerous pop-ups from the Beverly Hills MD website I would say at least three of them popped up each of them offering a different ad on or choice/chance to switch my order or so I thought... one of them said get three bottles for $120 which I therefore thought would replace the $150 I was going to check out with. instead I ended up with two separate orders one for 150 and one for $120. I am certain this form of advertising is meant to mislead the consumer. When I received an email the next day from PayPal and it showed two different transactions from above mentioned I am mediately reached out to customer service and was not responded to I tried another email to tell them to cancel my order and somebody finally got back to me saying it had already shipped. I was away when the order was delivered or I would've refused shipment. I have now requested a return and they want me to pay for it. He assured me this was no issue and provided the verbal credit amount of *** On April 15th I received an email stating that Beverly Hills MD "issued a refund for Sales Order #BHXXXXXXX in the amount of *** The refund should reflect on your statement in 3-5 business days." The email subject referenced Credit Memo CR XXXXXXX. I responded to the email thanking them for the Credit and advising them that the correct amount should be *** I also asked them to look in the system for the notes made by the customer rep regarding the 3rd bottle. I sent follow up email requests on 4/17, 4/20, 4/21, 4/22. On 5/5 I emailed and waited on hold for over an hour- no reply. Charged for another set of jars one month after paying for the first. I ordered 6 jars of pills because the offer was cheaper and I knew it might take more than a month to see results. One month later, I was billed for 6 more jars of the product. As soon as I noticed the pending charge, I contacted Beverly Hills MD to dispute it. On December 8th, I ordered 6 jars of the Dermal Repair Complex and paid in full on December 10th. On January 8th, my account showed a pending charge for another set. I contacted their customer service on January 9th to question the additional charge. I still have 5 jars left and don't need more. Despite contacting customer service 3 times before the product was shipped, I received only generic responses. I'm certain I didn't sign up for a recurring subscription, as I explicitly opted out. The instructions on my original invoice were clear on how to sign up for the subscription, which I never did. My original and authorized order number was for 6 jars of the Repair Complex, while the unauthorized order number is for another set. I've since locked my card and am considering replacing it to prevent further unwarranted charges. Taking this vitamin actually makes me nauseous, leaving me with 11 jars I can't use. Bad website. Overcharged. Poor customer service and crPpy refund policy. Poor customer service & was over charged! I just want to say that I am highly displeased with the Beverly Hill MD customer service. I ordered for the first time yesterday afternoon, signing up for a 3 bottle subscription. The website kept having errors, saying the payment was declined, so I chose to use the PayPal checkout and the payment went through. I recieved an order confirmation right away and then apparently another order confirmation was emailed to me at 3:49 a.m. Today 2 payments were deducted from my account. I had recieved only one notification that an item was shipped. I called the customer service and to cancel the erroneous order before it shipped. *** stated that although the second order hadn't actually shipped, that it was "too far in the shipment process to cancel". So I will have to wait for the package to get here, return it to sender at my cost and wait for it to get back to the warehouse before i am refunded. *** was not very helpful and seemed like she could care less that the erroneous order was caused by the website. Her biggest suggestion was that she could extend my 90 money back guarantee. I have canceled my subscription due to the poor customer service and just bad business practice on the company's part. Why an order couldn't be cancelled when it hadn't even left the warehouse is beyond me. I called twice to try to resolve the issue. Two different representatives failed to assist me. On *** I discovered Beverly Hills MD via a Facebook ad. The ad - you watch a video on their Dermal Repair Complex product. I decided to try the product by buying 3 bottles for *** A screen popped up stating the order wasn't complete and I could get an additional 12 bottles for *** I was waiting for a final order review + validation page to click confirm. This never happened. Instead, the additional offer pages kept on coming. I felt tricked/scammed and immediately aborted facebook. Then, in my email inbox I saw that two orders got charged to my credit card - 1st order *** and 2nd order ***. I immediately called customer support to explain what happened. I requested that the 2nd order be canceled. The agent said it couldn't be canceled. Instead, he emailed me a return authorization form (no shipping label though). On *** I began processing the return and noticed that a shipping label was missing. I called customer support on *** to request a shipping label. I was told that I have to pay for return shipping for a product I didn't intend to purchase. This whole experience is awful. Deceptive advertising after ordering one bottle of dermal complex at $40.61. I selected that I was interested in additional skincare offers and they automatically charged my credit card without an option to review my order before submitting! I called immediately to cancel return and they only offered to extend money back guarantee. I called back to return all orders on 12/11 and received return authorizations. I was discouraged from refusing my orders at time of delivery as there wouldn't be tracking #. I returned all products in January with my own funds and have a UPS tracking. I printed all 4 return authorizations as instructed by their Customer Service and included them in the return shipment. I am owed $34.24, $80.25, $30.98. I only received $40.61 back to my Visa card ending in #***. They verified It was their error that I didn't get all items refunded and that all were receiver back at warehouse. They are giving me a hard time because I disputed with my bank. I made several calls and emails. So many excuses and heard they would refund me if I drop my dispute with my bank which I did. Now I hear that they will not refund me because they had charge back from financial institution. Now I have no choice, but to reopen my claim with bank. On April 24,2020 I purchased 1 bottle of dermal repair complex for *** When continuing to checkout, a promotional offer to add 3 bottles of the dermal repair for $*** came up so I added that to the cart and proceeded to checked out. I never received any emails about my order or tracking number. For 9 months I've emailed and called the company to see if they could ship my products or issue a refund but nothing was done. On one call, a man told me he couldn't find my order and told me he couldn't ship the products or issue a refund unless I could verify that the charges went through (in the past emails, I did attach an image of the charges on my credit card but no one ever got back to me) so he told me to call back and do a 3-way call with *** on the line to confirm that the transaction went through. I ordered their foundation and they sent me product that was expiring that same week
I ordered their foundation and they sent me product that was expiring that same week. Make-up that's expiring should be pulled from shelves. When I received the first order of 2 foundations - it was about to expire in a few days. Makeup should not be on shelves to send to customers when they are expiring in a few days. This product lasts months. CSR initially said product is good for one year - well I ordered the foundation to replace expiring product I had on hand that was ordered well over a year ago and yet the replacement product had the same expiry. Next I spoke to *** who was trying to help, but no one could tell me why expired product was sitting on shelves and being sold past expiry. I still have not received any replacement product as promised by *** and now someone else is trying again today 24Nov2018 but it won't be in time for my travels. It will likely be the same expiry again as no one can guarantee what ships to me will not be expired. Beverly Hills MD company advertised products a 'special deal for Australians' which you'd expect is in AUD
Beverly Hills MD company advertised products a 'special deal for Australians' which you'd expect is in AUD. Then you find out with Paypal its in USD. Beverley Hills MD advertise their Dermal Repair Complex $123.15 as a 'special deal' for Australians, then they bombard you with additional products that you've never heard of hoping you'll buy them before you can finish the transaction, such as (6) x Crepe Correction Body Complex for $198. I found their billing system misleading as it does not state that the amount being charged is in USD. Of course Australian's would expect the 'special deal' for Australians to be in Australian Dollars. However the $123.15 shown = $176.38 AUD (for 3 jars of vitamins !) and the $198.00 shown = $283.59 AUD ! (for 6 jars of body balm).This not a special deal at all, and is much more than what I am prepared to pay. They had time, but made no effort to cancel the order and stop the shipping. They make a big deal about dealing with customers, but I am deeply disappointed in the way they ignored my Cancel request and handled this. I am aware that they have a 60 day returns policy, but about half of that time is taken up in shipping just to get products to their destination in Australia, which is not giving you a lot of time to try the products. I am a 70+ year old pensioner and cannot afford to have $459.97AUD taken out of my bank account and would like the money refunded. I do not want to accept these products when they arrive.

I was charged without authorization. When I called, I was told product was already shipped and I would have to return it and pay for shipping. Purchase Date: 3/12 Problem Date: 3/19 While watching some online videos sometime around 3pm, I made the mistake of clicking on their ad claiming to offer an amazing deal if I purchased within a small time window. I was browsing their products and intrigued since they were offering bulk discounts. Before I could proceed with checkout, I decided to find reviews on the company and compare product prices on their website. The prices were the exact same for most items so there didn't seem to be much of a sale. When I went back to the link I was reviewing, the page was refreshed along with the time window. I then placed my order at 3:25pm for the following items with order number provided: *** XXXXXXXXX/BHXXXXXXX *** XXXXXXXXX/*** XXXXXXXXX/*** I'm not sure if I made an account with the company but the email used for receipts are under: ***@*** and a *** credit card was used. On 3/16 I received my first delivery, then on 3/19 I received several more. After some initial confusion, I immediately called the company and spoke with a female rep whose name I don't recall. I explained that I only placed an order for the items mentioned above at 3:25pm and that I was charged for another combo. The rep acknowledged a faulty system by mentioning perhaps I "clicked the order twice and was charged", I didn't. I asked for a refund and was then told they don't offer prepaid shipping labels. I shook off the slap to the face, the slap of having to pay for returning an order I never purchased or authorized - risking my health during this pandemic for this companies mistake. I asked if there were any other options to which I was told there was none. I then decided to only return the 2 add-ons ***) and keep one that was sent accidentally as I intended to gift the item. I never took that trip to the post office nor opened any of their products. I felt defeated until I decided to look the company up through here *** I see similar complaints listed which makes me extremely upset to have had any business with a company engaged in deceitful tactics, and one that doesn't fix their own mistakes! Now upon further investigation, I reviewed emails which show that the fraudulent orders were placed at 3:15pm, 10 minutes before I placed my actual order. Essentially, the item plus the bonus I was considering before I placed my order were also charged! The order, item, and price are listed below: XXXXXXXXX/*** XXXXXXXXX/*** On top of that, these items I never purchased were also shipped and delivered LAST despite being the same product that was delivered earlier from my actual purchase which was made 10 minutes later. I would love to give this company the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to some sort of online error but seeing other reviews here makes me highly doubt that.

I had currently another product I was using but still wanted to finish what I had then move into using the Beverly Hills MD product has I didn't want to mix products up and then I couldn't see the real results. Plus this wouldn't be fair the Beverly Hills, MD if I couldn't give a true answer as a recommendation on their products. So basically I wanted to start with a complete brand new product line with Beverly Hills Md. With this all said it was an immediate change over as like I said I, didn't want to be wasteful as the other product I was using at the time was doing well but Beverly Hills Md advertising was showing so much more as a result to their product so I started buying different items they were offering me. And I had accumulated several products with Beverly Hills Md. This is something that takes me a period of time as I'm am on SSDI and only received a certain amount monthly must less to spend so much a month on products for my face etc. well with my slow accumulation and with me waiting to finish my other product some time had passed but one thing Beverly Hills Md always states if you are not happy then return for a full refund. And I like that I was able to do this or at least I thought I could. It's not fair that they advertise this and will refund for some but not all. I went to their website to only see the packaging had changed so I immediately call their customer service to only find out my product has expired which I have NEVER HEARD ONE WORD ABOUT NOR DOES ANY ADVERTISING SAY SO AND IM SURE OTHER WOMEN HAVE TO RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM AS ONE TUBE OF FACE LOTION CAN LAST YOU A YEAR. I was so upset and I mentioned this in an email as their was a case number open finally for my old product which was not that old to me but I wasn't about to use a product they are saying is old. So I go and get every product I have purchased from Beverly Hills Md and put this in a nice box and paid to have it shipped to Beverly Hills Md. I didn't had the pills I purchased and if I knew it was going to be this way I would have added the 3 bottle of pills I purchased. Well to make a long story short they refunded me on 2 items only and not the 10 items in the box and not I'm including since I didn't like them but the 3 Bottles of tablets for your face. So the company received my box with all my returns which I have pictures of all the items in the box as they refunded the 2 only as the other boxes were not opened but with their guarantee they can be opened and used. But I didn't do that. Well I have wrote and wrote to Beverly Hills Md for my refund of items in the box I paid to ship and not once have they replied not one time. I must have wrote them 15 times or more as for their help and my refund as I have been waiting so patiently and NOT ONE WORD FROM THEM BUT I DID RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE DOCTOR THAT ADVERTISES THESE PRODUCTS STATING HE ALWAYS STAYS IN THE LOOP OF THINGS AND ASKED ME TO REPLY WELL I TOOK MY TIME TO WRITE HIM AND GUESS WHAT THE RETURN ADDRESS DOESNT RECEIVE EMAILS SO WHY WOULD THE ACTUAL DOCTOR DO THIS BY EMAIL WHICH I HAVE AND DONT RECEIVE REPLYS. I'm Sorry but Beverly Hills Md IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND THEY DO NOT REPRESENT AS PROMISED SO I WANT MY REFUND ON THE PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED FROM Beverly Hills Md and on the 3 Bottles I have here which I should have shipped not realizing this would be the result that a business like that would make me write the complaintsboard.com to receive my approximately *** refund total on all products. Since turning 40 years young this year, I noticed the lack of elasticity in my skin. And even though I'm a licensed Esthetician I know I needed some internal help to combat the signs of aging.
