I went in for a consultation with Kara on 2/11
I went in for a consultation with Kara on 2/11 . I was told I was approved for financing and felt persuaded to have the procedure done that same Friday. I called to cancel the procedure and Kara persuaded me to reschedule the procedure before the end of the month. I then again canceled the week prior. They did not mention to me that they would charge the credit card the full amount of $7,000. I received a bill from Alpheon credit the following week for a procedure that I did not have done. I've called the office and spoke to someone in the business department who assured me they would send a full refund to Alpheon within 30 days. This has not happened. I now owe Alpheon $7000 with accruing late charges for a procedure I canceled and did not have done. The full amount owed now appears on my credit report and I continue to be harrassed by Alpheon for payment. I have been trying to get an update on the refund status but no one from the business department wants to return my call.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The reason for my complaint is because of the following being a Hispanic woman with complexes I went in search of a professional body statuesque clinic. My first consultation was with Diana the specialist. She evaluated me, my weight and my medium, and then offered me a package that she recommended, letting me know the price for the package. In no complicated moment that due to my complex bone due to my weight and height could have complications. I make sure I am a good candidate for the promotion she offered me so I accepted it without hesitation. For $ 5500, liposuction would be done in the abdomen and flanks, and fat transfer would be made to the buttocks. The day of the surgery that is the 09/28 that day I finished paying them all and then the doctor received me. When I received the doctor, he checked my measurement and my weight. The doctor let me know that due to my size and weight I cannot do the entire procedure that day since only I could put a certain amount of anesthesia without putting myself at risk. He let me know that he was only going to do two sessions and that on another day the other section would be done. The doctor let me know that I had to notify the owner Jeanne so he spoke to her in front of me. When the doctor let Jeanne know that she couldn't do the 3 sections without putting me at risk, the owner didn't care and let her know that I wanted her to still do it. I was scared but the doctor told him that he was not going to put me at risk and that he never had any death. So the doctor let Jeanne know that she was only going to do the 2 sections or if she wasn't going to do any. It calmed me down a lot as the doctor left and how I let myself know the situation, so he let me have the procedure done. At no time did they let me know that the cost would increase. Now they want to charge me $ 1700.00 more to do the abdomen when it was already included in the contract.
I submitted a down payment to secure a surgery date for plastic surgery in the amount of $200.00 on January 22. I have in writing that I attempted to contact employees of Chicago Lipo several times, and my questions went unanswered. In addition, I asked for a receipt multiple times and was given a run around. I became very uncomfortable with the lack of communication and decided to cancel the surgery. In an attempt to keep my business, Kattie offered competitive pricing on the procedure I wanted to have done. When it came time to produce a contract, the terms changed. Kattie claims to have recorded our conversation without my knowledge or consent, which is illegal in Illinois, stating that she did not offer such pricing and if she did it was by mistake. I cancelled the surgery and the status of my refund is unclear. I haven't received it, and now I am not getting a response. Kattie stated in our initial conversation it may take 30 days to appear, but will not provide confirmation that it has been processed. She said she would call to confirm, and didn't.
Had a BBL at this location and was left with a botched buttock. It is visibly deformed with clothes and without. I've sent pictures for proof to one of the employees there and was advised to allow up to a year for permanent results. I did wait a year and was scheduled to meet with the surgeon but my appointment was canceled last minute by the clinic. I called back to reschedule but the representative was unsure of when the surgeon would be available again. I emailed the clinic again a couple of days ago requesting a follow-up appointment or help with a resolution as mentioned by them if the problem did not get better and I am yet to receive a response which is leading me to believe I am being ignored. This is a serious matter as I spent almost a total of $7,000 for this procedure with them and am in debt with the clinic and need to get this revised! There are multiple reviews on Yelp with the same issue of patients getting botched. My buttock does NOT look like it was done by an experienced surgeon.
On July 15 of 2020, I underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure with a certain company. From the outset, there were numerous red flags that I unfortunately overlooked. On the day of my surgery, I wasn't consulted about my desired outcomes. The doctor who operated on me wasn't even a regular employee; it seemed they frequently changed doctors without concern. Before the surgery, I was given medication that made me drowsy, and afterwards, a nurse had me sign some documents while I was still under the influence of the anesthesia. Post-surgery, I was escorted to the back of my car in a manner that left me feeling dehumanized; it was an experience I had never felt before in my life. They scheduled a follow-up appointment a week later but were largely unresponsive to my calls. Persistently, I kept calling until one day I decided to visit the business in person. The staff there contacted the boss, and I explained to her the issues with my procedure: one of my hips was significantly larger than the other, and the fat in my stomach area was still present. She appeared to be understanding and sympathetic, acknowledging the mistakes and the negative reviews about the doctor. She offered me a corrective surgery at no additional cost, but considering I had already paid a substantial amount for the first surgery, I was reluctant to invest more. I am in need of assistance.
