Sent a much older live reptile than i ordered and it died one week after receiving it. They are VERY unprofessional and extremely rude to someone who just lost a pet that i was planning to have around until possibly my 60s after just a week. The seller is trying to completely manipulate customers and blame them. I am very disappointed with how they are treating me. The website says that they are located in florida, yet my reptile was shipped from Texas. When i received my order, i texted the company.. which is the ONLY way to reach them by the way.. and asked them how old she is because she seemed to be between 18-20 inches from my guess. This animal was way too hostile for me to actually measure it, so i estimated what length she was. I also asked when she last ate and what type of food she had been given. They told me to wait 48-72 hours to feed her and that she eats fuzzy mice. They never answered my question as to how old she is. I tried to feed her after 48 hrs then again at 72 hrs, she would not eat. After 8 nights in our home, in her cage which was setup up wonderfully.. she sadly died. I am extremely upset and just want a refund so i can purchase an animal somewhere else that doesn't treat customers this way and that doesnt claim to sell be a snake breeder and sells wild caught snakes. They claim that they have been in business for 27years, and i am sad at the thought of how many customers, families, people, and animals that they have disappointed.

Firstly, company states it's in Florida but always ships from Texas? Curious. I'm a pretty dedicated scorpion keeper and have never received scorps in worse condition. One ice cold one dead on arrival. I go through the necessary measures to claim a DOA, including resending pictures multiple times even though I was consistently meeting the requirements. After texting the business (27 years of business and nobody to answer emails in the same week you send them?) they notified me that it would be an extra $50 to reship my DOA scorp. Ridiculous but nonetheless I accepted, but after mentioning the absurdity of a "free replacement policy" having a $50 charge at the cost of the consumer the owner blew up about his sales figures and how somehow it was laughable for me to question such a charge. I implored him to show me an example of one company with such a specific and nitpicky policy, to which I was ignored and quoted more sales figures and how I can't hurt his business with negative reviews (ok dude?). Fast forward to now and both the scorpions, the replacement too, are dead. AVOID THIS BUSINESS THE HALF DEAD ANIMALS THEY SEND YOU NEVER RECOVER. Don't believe me? google "Big Apple Pet Supply Reviews" and let other people explain the shakedown that is this fraudulent company. Really wish this company was actually in Florida, would love to meet the owner in person, although I wouldn't really know what to expect of this "Owner" at this point. Expect a ridiculous reply from him/her under this not responding to any of the points I made... Seller is actively malicious and not focused on connection you with the product you ordered, just taking your money and telling you he makes a lot of money treating other like this the second there's a problem.

This seller is a very conscientious seller. This seller sells unhealthy reptiles. They respond kindly before purchase, but if it becomes a problem, they turn into evil. I bought 4 Leopard Geckos from this seller on Monday, March 8. The next day the package arrived, and when I opened the package, I sent a leopard gecko without any insulation. And 1 out of 4 Leopard Geckos appeared to be in very poor health. It seemed to be a temporary condition due to stress during a long flight, so I took intensive care in the warm Vivarium. That night I checked my Leopard Gecko, and one unhealthy lizard was struggling to bump itself from place to place in Vivarium. It was midnight and it was difficult to take him to the vet, and I had to watch the sick Leopard Gecko without sleeping. But in the end, he couldn't last a few hours and died. I sent a picture to the seller at dawn. But in the morning, I sent him a text again with a picture. There was no response. When I said that I would open a dispute, the answer came. He told me to print a lizard on the box. I accidentally threw the box away. I accidentally discarded the box, but said that it's a Leopard Gecko you sent and that I'm comparing one of the same morphs. He also said he admits what he sent and gives me a $75 shop credit. I said that I will bear the cost of re-delivery because there was a mistake in the shop that the unfair policy was not confirmed. He rejected everything. Because of the only box! The box is part of the evidence for a claim if a bad buyer replaced another dead reptile. He admitted to being the Leopard Gecko he sent. However, he said he couldn't give a refund because of the only box, even though he admitted that he was the Leopard Gecko he sent because he didn't have a box. Never buy reptiles from this seller. It's a very poor seller, and since then I've seen this seller's Internet review and the rating is very bad. Don't be fooled by kindness in the first place! Also, don't believe in 27 years of experience! He didn't put any warming material in, and he just sent it like a cheap item. I'm sure... if you buy reptiles from this seller, I'm sure you'll really regret it and hate reptiles. I will post this review on every review site I can. I think I donated $134.95 to the homeless and I'll review it to the end, hoping that no other victims like me will come out. It boasts 27 years of experience, but it must have disappointed many buyers over the past 27 years. It is recommended to purchase after viewing a lot of reviews before trading. And I attach a photo of evidence. Thank you. Every time he spoke, he boasted that he had 27 years of experience.
