I joined the Big Fish Games "Game Club" in which I purchased 6 game credits for $7.99 each. My bank account would be charged $7.99 each month. This entitled me to purchase 6 games over the next 6 months at this reduced price. The first 4 games I purchased and downloaded were handled easily. Then the fun started.
I have spend the last 4 weeks and endless emails trying to get my last 2 games. I access the website, sign in to my account, go to my shopping cart which shows the game credits applied, and hit "Checkout". I am then sent back to the sign in screen, where I sign in, go to my cart, hit "Checkout" and the loop starts again, and again, etc. etc.
They have had me delete my History, delete my Temp files, check my SSL, add them as a Trusted Website, wanted me to download Mozilla Firefox... everything but fix my problem. They keep saying it's in my computer, when I believe it's in their website!
I have begged them to please just apply my 2 remaining credits and email my codes so my nieces can play their games, but have gotten nowhere. I am extremely upset and hope to post this complaint everywhere humanly possible.

when trying to change the password says it doesn't recognize my id
When I try to purchase a game it says adding to cart and I wait and wait but its not added to cart,
This happens all the time on numerous games which I cannot buy.
I have contacted customer service numerous times without a response.
I paid for MCFHuntsville on my Mastercard and the game did not download to my computer properly the game is so small i cannot see how to play it
For the last week I have played Road trips, I hit 4 road trips a game froze, another day I hit 5 road trips for 10 million gold didn't receive that! I have sent TICKETS in all week and no positive response. Also I'm a VIP SPENT alot and getting no where. Please help Thank you
I have been a member of Big Fish for a long time; however, none of the Mac games download. error can't download. Either fix it or cancel my subscription

I started getting booted off these games consistently a year ago. I discovered that if I bought chips, my game would run smoothly for 3-4 days. Then I would loose again, start getting booted off,and I would buy again. Basically, I am tired of buying.You just cannot go forward. Very sad.
Games will not download and this is NOT the first time. Customer service is nonexistent. Shame on you!
