I was shocked and disappointed to find out that Bill Estes Toyota had pulled a fast one on me. It's not fair to the customer to add hidden fees like that. I would caution anyone looking to buy a car from this dealership to be very careful and scrutinize every detail of the paperwork before signing anything. Don't let them take advantage of you like they did to me.

This place was awesome back when it was Butler, but now that Bill Estes Corp. (not the real Bill E--he sold) is in charge, it's terrible. I got my Toyota from Butler on a lease, but then I got hit at a stop sign with only a little damage, and I wanted a Toyota Certified Dealer to fix it up. What a mistake that was. I brought my car in on June 2nd, and I still don't have it back. They've pushed back the make ready date five times already. Watch out! I don't trust these folks.

This dealer is the worst! I spent over $3000.00 to get my van fixed, but 2 days before my trip, my LR wheel fell off in *** at 2AM in the rain. It broke off all the lug studs, damaged the wheel & backing plate. I had to pay $246.71 for towing & emergency repairs to get back on the road. It also started to overheat while waiting for the tow truck because they forgot to plug in the cooling fan after replacing the a/c compressor. When I picked up my van, it was making a squealing noise and missing 2 center caps. I took it back immediately, and they had to bend back the *** backing plate from rubbing on the rotor while replacing brakes & tires. They had to order new center caps because they couldn't find them. On my return visit after the trip, the *** (worst person ever) was condescending and arrogant and refused to replace the damaged rim & backing plate. They still haven't reimbursed me for my emergency tow & repairs. I wouldn't recommend going there for any repairs because, like me, your family's life could be in jeopardy. I went to Bill Estes Toyota to fix my car a few weeks ago. When I got it back, I saw some new scratches on the left driver and sliding door. I took some pics and showed them to the service team. They said they didn't do it and that there were already some scratches on the car. I asked them to check the video footage to see if they were right, but the Service Director, Andrew M, and the General Manager, Don V, refused. I'm not happy with their attitude and I think they should have checked the video before denying my claim. I won't go back there again and I'll have to pay for the damages myself.

I buy 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Bill Estes Toyota on 4/21/2022. I find it online and do all the paperwork online too. I go to dealership to sign papers and pay $2,500 for extra auto warranty. When I drive home, I notice transmission issues. I call dealership on Monday and call many times. I also call ***. *** say they will call dealership. I keep calling Estes Toyota but no answers or solutions. I want to bring Jeep back and cancel auto loan. This Jeep will break down and they sell me bad car. I need reliable car because I drive 600 miles a week to work.
