Had the greatest experience working with **** and his manager
Had the greatest experience working with *** and his manager. Filed BK recently and was the easiest process. Tried another dealership I had used a few years ago and they wanted at least 25% money down and people in COVID19 financial downfall have absolutely no way to do that. *** was $0 down and was so easy to work with via the internet and phone before stepping into the dealership to sign the loan documents. Amazing experience and will for sure use them again and refer anyone I may know to them.
They Sold Me A Brand New Jeep With A Broken Front Camera
They Sold Me A Brand New Jeep With A Broken Front Camera.Numerous Visits *** .They Wont Even Come Out And Look At It.Tell You To Call The 800 Number And Make An Appointment..Sit On Hold For Half Hour..No One Answers. Finally Got An Appointment To Take It In.Only To Be Told They Wont Fix It...Contacted *** AKA Jeep Cares. They Investigated And *** Lied To Them And Said I Broke It..It Was Broken Before I Even Took Delivery Of The Vehicle..Terrible Dealership..STAY AWAY..
Awesome and great customer service. Ray was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Thank you!
Fantastic sales experience! My 2md purchase from. *** and this experience was better than the 1st. I will certainly do business with this establishment in the future.

Do NOT order parts from their parts department!
Do NOT order parts from their parts department! They can't get the right part even with the *** code!I have a business that I occasionally need to get parts from the dealership. 3 different times I ordered parts with a *** code. That means that I should get the correct parts, right?!?! WRONG 2 of the times they shipped wrong parts and the other time they shipped more parts that what I had ordered. They agreed to take the parts back and agreed to pay the shipping also because it was their mistake but of course that didn't happen either. I was refunded most of the money ... not all. They are idiots in the parts department.
Thank you and your team for taking care of us
Thank you for all your help, and the experience and service were great.
Thank you both for helping me with my Jeep Wrangler!
Thank you to everyone involved for my new ride, these guys did an outstanding job.
*** is nothing but terrible
is nothing but terrible. We bought a car from here and on day 4 we had to go to the shop to be fixed. And to this day is still being fixed all the time. Thats three years later! Three years. My kids and I are constantly going into the shop. My kids have had bruises from this stupid car. Weve wasted so much money to keep fixing this car. And its still not fixed. And all they can say is come here and we can help really fix the issues with our team.really. Everyone has the service through Chrysler. Thats why your certified through them. I want a car that was suppose to last, not guess if it wil turn on, or if the gadgets will work.
were very helpful and professional and I enjoyed working with them all.
Ghandi and *** were excellent! Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. Made the process super easy.
Great, smooth process. Happy with the deal and service I got.
He did a great job, a pleasure to work with. Very polite and knowledgeable about my truck.
I would not recommend buying a car at Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep & Dodge
I would not recommend buying a car at Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep & Dodge. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic with around 36,000 miles from them in February. I have only driven it a couple thousand miles. In April it started to get hot so I turned on the A/C to find out it was not working correctly. I find out the compressor is leaking and it will cost $1,800 to fix. I reached out to someone and long story short they basically said they could not help me. Not even willing to fix at cost of parts. Hard to believe A/C compressor started leaking in short time I owned the car. If they truly examined the car before selling it they would have caught this costly repair. Guessing they knew about issue, but did not want to pay the cost of the reapair themselves. Steer clear of Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep & Dodge!
In March I started to order a car online through Bill Luke Chrysler Dodge
In March I started to order a car online through Bill Luke Chrysler Dodge... I was trading in a vehicle ...as I was going through all the steps I was quoted a price for my trade in...I decided at that point to go into the dealership with my information...as I sat down to purchase a more expensive vehicle than I had planned to purchase I was informed by the salesman and his boss that they do not honer the online price quote...wow...I would think this was illegal...They offered me $3000 lower for my trade in simply based on their website software...I was trading in a 2017 Toyota Tacoma ,,,mint condition,,8800 total miles...my family have all purchased vehicles through Bill Luke...we will never go back! We loved buying vehicles through them all the other previous times...but as I said earlier...never again! Forgot to mention ..the night we left the dealership I went gome and ordered the vehicle online...I scheduled for vehicle to come a few days later...No one contacted us about purchase or delivery
I bought two cars from a dealership and had them financed by a bank, recently pre-approved for another.
I bought two cars from a dealership and had them financed by a bank. Recently, I was pre-approved for a third car. During the process, I insisted that my application not be sent to other lenders. The rep agreed, but soon after, I received credit inquiries from different lenders. When confronted, the rep blamed his supervisor, who claimed to be a middleman. Despite denials, my application was shared without my consent, leading to multiple hard inquiries and a feeling of betrayal.
I will never do business with that dealership again
I will never do business with that dealership again. Their sales team are extremely unprofessional, and outright liars. We took our Jeep in to get it appraised and wanted to buy a car. We were not set on a car, or on trading our car in. The used car market is a great market so we figured we were in a good spot to trade our car in. We owed $50,000 on our car and told them we thought it was worth $55,000 and we wanted to sell it privately. They had multiple people come in to talk to us, told us it was absolutely not worth that and the biggest mistake I could do was sell it privately. Said the most my car was worth was $47,000 and handed me a piece of paper. I fought with them on why I didnt agree, but then they had a manager come in and tell me I was wrong. They upped their price to $48,500 and, again, told me that was a stretch because they werent going for that much and I was getting a good deal. After much debate, we agreed as we thought they were giving honest advice about not selling privately because we would get even less than what they were offering. Turns out my car was worth even more than I thought because they are selling it for $58,573. I understand that dealership needs to make money, they were buying the car and deserved to turn somewhat of a profit. But to OUTRIGHT LIE to my face and tell me my car wasnt worth anything more and to tell me to trust your advice and not sell privately is an absolute testament to how terrible this company is and how atrocious their customer service and values are.
I took my Jeep in for work because it was experiencing slow gear shifting and there was rattling coming from the exhaust pipe
I took my Jeep in for work because it was experiencing slow gear shifting and there was rattling coming from the exhaust pipe. After holding on to my vehicle for a few days I get a text with some quotes. I paid two diagnostic fees of one hundred and fifty dollars for a check on my transmission and my muffler, totalling three hundred dollars. I was told my spark plugs were shot. My car has four spark plugs and I was quoted over eight hundred dollars for the plugs. I was also told my muffler needed to be replaced. When I inquired what was wrong with the muffler, I was told it was broken beyond repair and I was quoted one thousand four hundred dollars for it. They said that my catalytic converter likely needed to be replaced as well. I felt that the prices seemed awfully high so I took my vehicle into another reputable shop and had them look at the same issues. I also let the new shop know everything I had been told by Bill Luke. Turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the muffler, it literally needed to be tightened up. I was charged two hundred dollars for the spark plugs and I also had a full tune up done for free. Anyway, I call the dealership back to let them know about the muffler and after several phone calls with various reps it turns out that a diagnostic had never even been run on the muffler or the catalytic converter. I was straight up lied to about the condition of my vehicle so Anne Lopez (my sales rep) could make more money off commission. This almost cost me upwards of three thousand dollars ( if I hadn't pursued the catalytic converter lie) plus the diagnostic fee. After several phone calls I was refunded one hundred fifty dollars for the diagnostic that never occurred, but nothing else for holding onto my vehicle for 4 days and scamming me. Horrifying service from my representative Anne Lopez and awful treatment from the customer care team. I have never been scammed like this from a major company before and I never will again. I have no idea how it is legal for this business to continue to operate.
My wife and I stopped in the dealership to test drive a couple cars and as we pulled in my wife received an important phone call not realizing
My wife and I stopped in the dealership to test drive a couple cars and as we pulled in my wife received an important phone call not realizing her cell was about to die we asked a salesman named *** who approached us as we got out of our car if we could use there business phone he said yes and showed my wife to a phone. My wife called and was on hold for quite sometime before finally getting the person she needed. *** after a few minutes came up and said to me is she going to be on the phone all day rude like. I asked him if there was a problem he replied YES, I asked why did he want us to leave he said yes. I went to talk to a manager which I was confronted by a Desk Manager who apologized for *** attitude and told me to let my wife know to use the phone as long as she needed. While she was on the phone I test drove a *** Accord (Nice Car) when we arrived back, the salesman and I there was the Desk manager asking me how long my wife is going to be I told him well I don't know why is there a problem? He said well that phone is a salesman's *** needs it. I replied well you just told my wife takes much time as she needed. This phone call is extremely important & it had to do with Coronavirus and an issue with getting our back rent paid. The desk manager which I cannot understand asked if she could hang the phone up. I couldn't believe my ears. I was and still am extremely upset because she hung the phone up like he asked and now we lost the funding we needed to get. Our back rent paid. The place my wife was talking to is only available to help people on Mondays only and take the first come first serve people tell the $ runs out usually the first hour in the morning from 8am tell 9am. It's so hard to get through to this *** we just lost that help. I just want to say to the salesman *** & the Desk Manager working Monday morning the 23rd of August how can you 2 live with yourselves knowing now we probably will be evicted because your unprofessional & unethical Disposition. I will never recommend anyone to this place. I hope the owner *** reads this review and gets in touch with myself or my wife so I can go over what happened in more detail. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU! To the Owner *** I hope you deal with this professionally!
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima SXL with 23000 miles on it
My wife and I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima SXL with 23000 miles on it. I made the process easy for them buy handing them a check from USAA. At the start we should have walked after my wife noticed them trying to add 380 for tint. Then everything that was said we took them on there word due to our baby not making it the easiest for us. Once we purchased the vehicle the salesman Kevin said oh I'm sorry I guess I only have one key but u can buy one for around 400 smh we almost did but it would take a week to get there so we opted not to. Then when they we're going through the features of the car they noticed the SD navigation card was removed so the gentlemen went in side and came out flustered followed buy the salesman that stated it's ok ur phone works better but when we locate it u can come back or we will figure something out. So again we took them on there word because all we wanted to do was make our 2 hour drive home after a long day there. The next day I called to check the status of the as card the salesman said it's his day off contact the manager. This I did and I apologized for the inconvenience. He then told me he had one for our car and thanked me for allowing him to fix it. (Very respectful right) but the plot thickens. He said when Kevin comes to work after two days he will have him mail it,5 days later it's in our hands so we plug it in and quickly find out why they removed it. It failed to authenticate. I called and asked well what can I do to fix this Kevin said I'll talk to service department and get back to me. 2 days later I call and he said I'm sorry I forgot but the service department said ur SXL doesn't come with it and I have no clue what I'm talking about that really bothered me so I opened the glove box took pictures to prove that it's a standard option with the car that they should educate themselves. My 11 years in military showed me to have facts and prof before saying anything. Back and forth another week to be told to deal with it to bad. My wife is livid so I tried to go further just to receive a phone message from Jerry stating we'll u bought the car and it wasn't in there when u left so nothing we will do. This really sucked so we were nervous and decided to do a once over we found so many things wrong from a missing windshield wiper blade to a really dirty air filter. So many things I have proof of all of anyone cares to see I highly do not recommend them to anyone and I've posted this on base and reported them to USAA.
2/26- Purchased used 2017 Mitsubishi Out-lander Sport;>4k down payment
2/26- Purchased used 2017 Mitsubishi Out-lander Sport;>4k down payment. Shane took time to ask and understand my purpose and plan with my vehicle purchase. He clearly understood my plan to pay off vehicle within the next week or so and only finance 7 thousand dollars. Miscommunication occurred with Finance Manager Chad. My understanding was that for the "same price" if Chad could get my interest rate lower and include addition package would I want the addition. I stated yes for the "same price" I would like to do that. I felt that Chad did not fully disclose that my price monthly was the same but my principal balance was increasing for the interest rate to decrease. Chad did not make this clear. So instead of financing the original plan of only 7k to now informing that i would be financing >10k. I feel that this should not only be fully disclosed but as financing manager, one would want 100% clarification between him and his consumer. It should have clearly stated that my principal balance was "x" amount of dollars at an interest rate of "a" and is now increasing to a principal balance of "y" amount of dollars for a lower interest rate of "b" at that time... Not when I show up to cancel the the policy. If it had I would have immediately refused because the interest did not matter since I was paying off the vehicle soon. Since I purchased vehicle before safety check no information was printed out for me or even disclosed who the lender is because there was none yet. I realized the additional charge a few days after picking up my vehicle, once I uploaded all the documents stored on a USB drive, handed to me when I picked up the vehicle. 2/29- Vehicle not ready as scheduled... extended rental 3/2- Picked up vehicle 3/4- Spoke with Shane and Chad about problem. Cancelled the auto warranty (3k difference) When I spoke with Shane over the phone about my confusion on why I was financing over 10 thousand dollars he was able to clarify all the paper work on the USB drive he also helped me understand where the miscommunication occurred. Chad explained to me I was basically buying the vehicle "as is". So, I was under the assumption I had no warranty. I had asked him specifically about covering the vehicle for up to a certain length of time or mileage and he said no because i was buying a used vehicle. Shane explained it to me, told me to read over it, and decide if it was something I wanted. After reading all the documents, coverage, and non covered parts in the warranty I decided it was unnecessary and cancelled same day in person. 3/7- followed up with Chad; per Chad takes about 2 weeks. 3/18- auto loan still not reflecting refund; attempted to followed up with Chad; left voicemail. 3/23- Spoke with Chad; per Chad takes 3-5 weeks to process, shows cancelled on his end. Suggest i follow up with Wells Fargo. Per Wells Fargo they have received nothing. 4/1 - responded to Ann a Sales Assistant who followed up with me;no response 4/8- "week 5" obtained cancellation information and per company Cancellation Request was NEVER submitted! I fortunately obtained a copy before I left on 3/4 of the document, so I took a picture and uploaded it and submitted and processed the cancellation MYSELF! I have already paid 7,740 to principal on my vehicle in attempt to have i paid off as soon as the refund processes. Instead my car is STILL not paid off, STILL pending a refund from over 5 WEEKS ago, STILL gaining interest daily.

On 4/28 I visited their sales floor and picked out a Jeep Wrangler I wanted to make an offer on. I let the sales associate know I would be financing the vehicle prior to him presenting me with a cost breakdown. After a test drive I was presented a sheet with a sales price of $35,873 and no line item for a financing incentive. I asked if there was any room...

This company stated that if I referred someone who purchased a vehicle after purchasing my vehicle there, that they would offer a $500 referral
This company stated that if I referred someone who purchased a vehicle after purchasing my vehicle there, that they would offer a $500 referral bonus. After both my wife and I purchased our vehicles there, I referred my father(***) there, who also purchased a vehicle. He as well was also told from the salesman that he worked with that we would be receiving the $500. After a month went by, he followed up with the salesman that he worked with and Bill Luke denied it, stating that he not only had to be referred, but he also had to go to the salesman that I worked with. Neither one of us were told that, even the salesman that my dad worked with was unaware. My dad also told them when he got there that he was referred to them by me and there was no attempt to locate the salesman that my wife and I worked with.

I bought a car on 10/22 from a dealership that's giving me trouble.
I bought a car on 10/22. As of 12/17, I still have no license plate. My tag expired, and despite daily calls for 6 days and online chats, no one responds. They disconnect calls under the guise of transferring. I need to drive an ill family member daily, risking it with expired plates. I'll avoid this dealership in the future due to their rudeness and lack of professionalism. They're just after the sale. It's baffling that with so many employees, no one assists. They even underpaid my lease payoff, leading Chrysler Capital to contact me for the balance, even though I paid the dealership in full. I urgently require the car tags I paid for.

I purchased my car from a dealership around August . On February 13, I took it in to be serviced for an oil change and tire inspection. When I took my car in, they did the usual walk around to assess the vehicle for damage. There was no damage to my windshield when I dropped my car off, and none of the employees pointed out or noted any damage at that time. I picked up my car on February 14 and discovered a crack in the windshield approximately 24 inches long.
On February 17, I spoke with the Service Manager about my cracked windshield and the need for repair. He suggested that the crack likely resulted from a small rock chip that might have been present when I dropped off the vehicle. The Service Manager explained that they did not drive my car off the lot but merely around the lot for servicing and through the car wash. I insisted that the windshield be fixed because there was no damage or crack when I dropped off the car, yet when I picked it up, there was a visible long crack.
The Service Manager stated that the dealership would only cover half of the repair cost. I argued that this was unfair as the damage occurred while the car was under their care. He responded rudely, accusing me of trying to deceive him. I requested to speak with his supervisor and was put in touch with the Service Supervisor. He echoed the assumption of an unseen rock chip causing the crack to spread while on their lot. I countered that he was making an assumption about the rock chip, but the undeniable fact was that a significant crack had appeared while the car was with them, which is why they should bear the full cost of the repair.
I left messages for the General Manager, but my calls were never returned. I brought the car back on February 20 for the Service Manager to examine again, and he reiterated that they would only pay half, suggesting they shouldn't even be paying that amount.
Inner rear trim panels keeps warping regardless if the vehicle is being used or not, temperature of the environment, or any other possible
Inner rear trim panels keeps warping regardless if the vehicle is being used or not, temperature of the environment, or any other possible factors. I noticed this defect the week after the purchase (purchase made on 05/09), since then the vehicle have been in service 4 times, trims parts have been replaced more than 1 time. The last repair was quite messy, after a couple of days the panels warped again and I was able to notice that at the dealership they used a lot of what seems to be caulk as an attempt to keep the pieces in place, during that same repair the rear cargo hooks inside the trunk were not attached properly and both are loose. This is the 3rd vehicle that we purchase from the dealership since December and is the first one that we are having recurring issues with. The vehicle is a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021 VIN

I'm a longtime customer of a well-known car dealership
I'm a longtime customer of a car dealership. On June 29th, I bought a used Dodge Challenger and opted for the upgraded security system with remote start and GPS for $995, paying out of pocket. Despite multiple texts to the salesman and weekly messages to Russell, only one person from the dealership has been helpful, promising to resolve the issue. I'm reaching out now because my dispute window with the credit union is closing soon and I either want the security system I paid for or a refund.

The air conditioning has run out on the truck (2016 Ram 1500) I purchased from Bill Luke
The air conditioning has run out on the truck (2016 Ram 1500) I purchased from Bill Luke. I bought the truck 2 years ago. I went to my local Auto Zone and purchased a freon charge for $42.00. I have done this a number of times with success every time. This time the mouth of the feeding tube will not fit into the port. Auto zone looked at the port and said it looks funny. I called Bill Luke Ram and they told me they have "enhanced" the system to a "123 system" and the cost to refill is...$550.00! What? This can't be real. I asked what benefit changing the size of the input by a couple millimeters provides and he said it gets colder. This is criminal. They say they have enhanced the system, but charging 15x the cost of any other charge and changing the port does not constitute and upgrade. This is a criminal downgrade to the system. And there are no other options. This company preys on people by creating fictional "upgrades" so they can pocket unnecessary cost. This is predatory business.

On Aug 23, 2019, we bought a car from a dealership. The following Monday, I inquired about removing extra fees added to my loan of $2349.00. I only agreed to an additional $700. I was told our credit required a Security/GPS and warranty for financing, but this wasn't true. They also charged for a window tint service not performed. They lied to increase the price: 1) Claimed the car cost more because it wasn't bought online. 2) Promised a better refinance rate that wasn't possible. 3) Said the car would go to auction if not purchased. I had to buy a new tire recently as the warranty didn't cover it. I feel they use deceptive practices for profit.

I bought a 2015 dodge ram Laramie eco diesel
I bought a 2015 dodge ram Laramie eco diesel. I have purchased two other cars at Bill luke. My experience has always been excellent. However the purchase of the extended warranty was promised to cover bumper to bumper with rental and excellent service from Bill Luke. I ran out of gas coming home from a long day at work and ran out of gas. After searching under my seat there was no gas funnel as I'm told is needed with these cars. I bought a gas sive and put 5 gallons in. The 2nd gas flap locked onto the sive as some sort of a theft protect and is stuck. The bill Luke service said my warranty doesn't cover it and they can't see it for 3 days plus time to fix. My car rental won't cover it either. So basically Bill like didn't give me a vital part to my car. Didn't explain the ridiculous nature of dodge ram engineering where everything someone wants to steal gas you have 1000s in service fees not covered under warranty. Especially a warrantee that was sold to cover "anything". To further note these cars don't come with gas caps. I've lost a lot of respect for dealer service, dodge ram engineering, and sales misrepresentation.

I purchased a jeep Cherokee in 2017 that was a used vehicle with 8,000 miles
I purchased a jeep Cherokee in 2017 that was a used vehicle with 8,000 miles. Since this was a certified used vehicle I asked for an extended warranty from your dealership. They assured me that I would receive 100,000-mile guarantee bumper to bumper coverage from the date of purchase 5/3.hicle. I asked for the contract on the warranty to look it over and the accountant was very did not want to give me this information. He said I will receive in the mail. I never received anything in the mail and trusted that his verbal assurance was honest. I paid $2400 extra to obtain the coverage. This coverage should have been dated from the purchase date of 1/1 to assure I received the 100,000 warranty coverage. However, I just learned that the loan/accounting department place a date on the warranty for 2014 as my purchase date (total scam) . Thus, I paid almost 900/year for an extended warranty that has now run out with only 33,000 on the mileage on my jeep. I feel this is major scam and would like my money back for the purchase of the warranty or full money back on the purchase of the Jeep that has had major transmission issue from day one. I cannot afford to own this vehicle that now has no warranty. The transmission issues (faulty 9-speed transmission) will make it impossible to keep up with the bills on this vehicle. I am requesting a full refund on the warranty and vehicle.

I began contacting a Chrysler dealer on 12/24 to buy a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe.
I began contacting a Chrysler dealer on 12/24 to buy a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe, VIN undisclosed. I put a $1500 deposit on their website the next day to show my sincerity. The initial price was $40,573, but after an inspection and negotiation, it dropped to $38,073. I signed the contract on 12/24, and the dealer's finance department received it on 12/28. On 01/04, I inquired about the SUV's status; they had sent the paperwork to the lender on 12/31 and awaited fund release. I've been waiting since then, even sending an email to the sales manager on 01/05 without a reply. Meanwhile, I bought a Chevrolet Suburban from another dealer, and that deal was finalized quickly. I don't understand the delay with the Tahoe purchase, as it involves the same process and buyer.

I bought my car from a local dealership in August
I bought my car in August . On February 13, I took it in for an oil change and tire service. The staff inspected the car for damage, and there was no windshield damage at that time. After picking up my car on February 14, I noticed a 24-inch crack in the windshield. I discussed this with the Service Manager on February 17, who suggested it was due to an unnoticed rock chip and that they had only driven the car within the dealership for service and a wash. I insisted on a repair as the damage occurred while the car was with them. The Manager offered to cover half the cost, which I found unfair and he became rude. I escalated the issue to the Service Supervisor, who echoed the Manager's assumption about the rock chip. I argued there was no initial damage, so they should cover the full repair cost. I tried contacting the General Manager without success. On a follow-up visit on February 20, the Manager reiterated their stance to pay only half, suggesting they shouldn't pay at all.

Great service, very helpful and every satisfied with my purchase, from the sales to financing to delivery coordinator . 10/10
I will never do business with that dealership again. Their sales team are extremely unprofessional, and outright liars. We took our Jeep in to get it appraised and were considering purchasing a car. We hadn't made up our minds about buying a new car or trading in our old one. Given the strong used car market, we believed we were in a favorable position to negotiate a trade-in. We owed $50,000 on our Jeep and estimated its value at $55,000, with the intention to sell it privately.
The dealership sent multiple representatives to dissuade us, claiming it was not worth that much and that selling it privately would be a huge mistake. They insisted the most our car was worth was $47,000 and presented us with an offer in writing. Despite our objections and reasoning, they remained firm until a manager intervened, insisting we were mistaken. Eventually, they increased their offer to $48,500, still maintaining that this was generous as such vehicles were not fetching higher prices and that we were getting a good deal.
After considerable discussion, we conceded, believing they were providing sincere advice against selling privately, as we might end up with an even lower offer. However, it turned out our car was worth more than we had thought; they are now listing it for $58,573. I understand that the dealership needs to make a profit, as they were purchasing the car and deserved to earn from the transaction. But the fact that they outright lied to us about the car's value and urged us to trust their advice against a private sale is a clear indication of how appalling this company is and how atrocious their customer service and values are.
