The movers were on time, friendly, fast, efficient, and handled our belongings with care. Still a bit more than originally agreed but not by much. Overall it was professional and courteous. I was pretty happy with the service I got from Billy.com. The movers came right on time, which was a big relief cuz I had a lot of stuff to move and I didn't wanna waste any time. They were real friendly too, made me feel comfortable havin them in my home. They worked real fast and efficient, didn't waste no time at all. I was impressed with how careful they were with my stuff, makin sure nothin got damaged or broken. That's a big deal for me cuz I got some valuable things that I don't wanna see get messed up. But here's the thing, when it came time to pay, they tried to charge me more than what we had agreed on. They said it was cuz we went over the time limit we had talked about. I was a bit upset about that, cuz I didn't think it was fair to charge me extra when it wasn't my fault. On the day of the move, a guy named Justin, who I suspect may have been struggling with addiction, showed up. From the beginning, he demanded an exorbitant amount of money and even went so far as to take all of my belongings when I refused to agree to his outrageous charges. Frustrated and desperate, I had no choice but to contact the local police department for help. They intervened by calling the moving company's office, but even then, they failed to show up until 7 in the evening.
To make matters worse, Justin's professionalism was severely lacking. He arrived at my place at 9:25 am, but we didn't reach our destination until 10:40 am, with a 20-minute break in between. As if that wasn't enough, he then proceeded to demand additional payments from me. Firstly, he insisted on an extra hour of unloading, which he claimed would cost me $125, despite my contract clearly stating that it should only take 2.5 hours. Secondly, he tried to charge me $50 for gas costs, which were already included in the contract. Lastly, he demanded $60 for tax and surcharges, even though it was clearly stated that these fees were already included as well.
To add insult to injury, Justin verbally abused my entire family, using offensive language and even threatening to dump my belongings on the porch if I didn't pay up. The situation escalated when I asked for a receipt, and he became physically aggressive towards me.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a peaceful and stress-free moving experience, I strongly advise against trusting this moving company referred by Billy.com. They have proven to be unresponsive, unprofessional, and even abusive. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy option for your moving needs.

Billy.com is a company I would advise EVERYONE steer clear of. Our company entered into a contract with this company, agreeing to a minimum weight disclosure for any leads that we agreed to purchase. After one month of sending leads per our contract (meeting the weight requirements we agreed to), they started sending leads that were well under the requirements set forth in our contract. Since you HAVE to put a credit card on file with them, they took it upon themselves to send us leads that were outside of our contract, and continually charged us for them, resulting in over $600 of wrongful lead charges. When they were caught and it was brought to their attention, they refunded only a portion of the charges. After months of going around and around with them, a representative (who will remain unnamed, but she knows who she is) agreed to refund the full amount. After a month of waiting for the refund to appear on our credit card, she finally got back in touch with us to let us know too much time had passed and "their system" wouldn't allow a refund to be processed so unless we would agree to a credit of $150 for future leads (right, like we want to do more business with these people), she pretty much told me I was SOL.
When suggesting that they cut our company a check, she told me that they don't use paper checks and wiring the money back to us was shot down as well.
Their word & contracts mean NOTHING.
Buyer beware of this company. Run fast from any potential agreement to do business with them.
