I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Binomo, a trading platform where I have experienced issues concerning my account.

On 02, & 03 August 2021, I deposited $100 into my Binomo account (ID: [protected]). After successfully trading, I increased my balance to $370. However, shortly after achieving this balance, my account was unexpectedly blocked. Despite numerous attempts to contact Binomo, I have not received my initial deposit or the profits I earned.

When I spoke with Binomo, they claimed that I had created two accounts, but I have not made any additional accounts.

I kindly request that Binomo provide a full explanation for the account blockage and return my deposited funds and earned profits. This situation has caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and I believe it is only fair that this matter is resolved promptly.

Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps that will be taken to rectify the situation. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I may be forced to escalate this matter to relevant financial regulatory authorities.

Binomo, it looks like you've got some serious explaining to do. After Ismaeel Tanvir successfully increased his balance to $370, you suddenly blocked his account and have since been unresponsive. Accusations of multiple accounts without evidence don’t hold up, and Ismaeel deserves a clear explanation and prompt return of both his initial deposit and profits. It’s in your best interest to resolve this quickly before it escalates further.

still waiting, binomo said the decision is final. but they are wrong they not provide any proof.
