My friend was scammed this morning too, she bought stuff worth 80 dollars and they took over 400 dollars. We wrote to them to cancel the order but they have not replied. Anyone knows what she can do?

I ordered and paid through Bio Trim Labs last night.
After reading all the complains am afraid of what will happen to me.
what to i do now?
Cancel the order and ask for refund?
Will go to the bank and see how much exactly was taken as they said its was R295.00

They have overcharged my account by 16532 INR. I constantly kept writing to them. However there is no response. Only email that i got was apologizing for not being able to refund as the product has already shipped. Which i never wanted. All that i want is my money back. I do not wish to do business with such a company. Kindly help me getting my money back.

I still have not received my order and it seems they have also overcharged my account...I am thoroughly disgusted with this service and will put it on FB that they are obviously a scam!

This is a scam... the biotrim website was registered in Panama. The details I found were from anabolicrx24.com, which were also registered from Panama. This site had an advert link on theodolite-traniing.com, which is a "blog about testosterone". However, back in 2011, this same site was selling English Language courses in the Philippines (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Theodolite-Training/164579706914876), fo which I was scammed out of over £100. This theodolite training facility was located in Reading (http://www.speedycourse.co.uk/providers/328/theodolite-training/profile), the address happens to be a retirement complex.
I believe - although not a one man band - the culprit is a thief called Peter Thwaites, whose theodolite.net domain is registered in Worthing (BN13 2HQ) in the UK.
For biotrimlabs and anabolicrx24 domains, you can contact abuse@enom.com (the service provider), or can try and go after one of the sources, contacting abuse@wildwestdomains.com (the service provider). I have personally gone after the source:)

I had ordered 3 jars of Pure Life Cleanse from Bio Trim Labs on 27 April 2015 and paid INR 6871/- with my credit card. Biotrim sent me a Confirmation Order No: # 350046DCB0 - # E500-C946F. To date I have not received the product. I have emailed them many many times and they give me a standard reply - heavy demand is resulting in delayed delivery, my post office may not have delivered, they will resend the product, that I should contact them if I haven't received the product after 21 working days. I have now asked for a refund of the full amount but Biotrim does not respond to that,
I have only now read numerous complaints of a similar nature on the internet and am sure this is a fraudulent company and a scam has been perpetrated. Can you please help me to get my money back I live in Gurgaon city, Haryana, India and my mobile no is:

They also charged me USD 75 for nothing. How could they just charge my credit card without my authorisation? They promised a refund but it never happened despite I called and emailed them over 10 times! This company is a fraud!

I am also a victim of this fraud. I feel so sick since 2 days back (24th July 2015) when I purchased 1 bottle of slimming pills and 1 bottle of cleansing capsule. The price should be USD 38 only seeing their promotions for each bottle and I was shocked when I saw the amount of my purchased it's USD 182.16 oh my God! Biotrim Labs is totally a fraud! I have sent couple of emails unfortunately I've got an automated- non-reply. I contacted my bank immediately and submit the dispute form I really don't know what will happen next :( I don't think they could be able get the amount back to my account but I am praying for this.
Can anyone tell me how to solve my problem? How can I get my money back? I feel so upset. Why there are people in this world sent by evils to cheat people whom trusted them so much?

guys unfortunately i have same bad experience with them .i am living in Dubai and i don't have that chance to go and visit them in their office.

Exactly same as my case. Extra 5 times charges without showing the total amount that I have to pay after entered the credit card details. I am shocked when I've received message from bank. I have been charge for 5 times of the price I see. The price I saw is rm97.95 but they charged me rm567.71. I immediately asking for order cancellation, but fail to reach their contact number. I have sent email to them, they replied after 3 days and tell me it shipped not able to cancel.. WTH.then I know they are a scam company ...
After 3 month until now I don't even received anything from them. I have email and Facebook message them asking for refund, but they asking me to return the products if request for refund... I told them I got no received anything from them how I am going to return? But they no reply after that ... Bad luck all of us .. Ish

I just wana share my experience with these product. They are just fraud don't buy online these product. I paid amount online and they confirmed the delivery will be within 4 weeks and when product didn't reach to me i send email to their support and them they replied may 2 weeks more and you will get your product now its more then 4 months but i didn't recive my product . In starting 6 weeks they were replying on my email and after tht they stop to reply even ...

So plz plzzzzzzz don't buy this product . They are just eatkng the money and westing your time as well.

Bio trim labs is a scam, I ordered product in May and my credit card was charged 5x what I expected. I called the next day to cancel and they said the product was shipped and sent me a tracking number. I checked and it said in transit, after a month I mailed and they said they don't have a record of my purchase so cannot help! Be warned people and spread the word!

I orders five bottles of pure life cleanser on the 19 July 2015 and 3 months later i still haven t received the products. After emails, calling without sucess and my emails no response at all just an automated reply saying will come back to you and it never happened. So sad for such a big company, and the last email which was after 6 weeks of my order i was told my address could be a problem so why not bring my money back if difficult to ship the products.Soooo sad really .I hope it wont happen to anybody else having to pay so much for nothing. It hurts,

I'm a South African and it would appear that I have been scammed as well. I ordered goods on 8 March 2015 and my credit card was debited on the same day. Despite numerous email to the "Support" department (what a misnomer!), I have still not received my goods and so I have now requested a full refund. I'm not a quitter by nature so I will be relentless in getting what is due to me, be it a full refund plus interest or the goods that I ordered. It's just amazing how many scammers there are out there and what is sad is the number of people who work for these companies as their only form of income. I just hope that the powers that be manage to get hold of each person involved in such scams and make them suffer each victim's pain -ten times!

The company is a thief. They will cheat your money! I made a one time purchase back in December 2014, however since then till November 2015 they have been charging me small amounts which amounts to more than $80. These are wrongful charges, the company automatically deducts from my card. It is an immoral company, do not buy from them!

I agree also, i spent round 1000dhs for a product which it should be 100dhs but i found they deducted from me that.

I ordered a pack of Pure Cambogia Ultra and Pure Life Cleanse on 15/10/2015. They promise delivery of 10-14 days for international deliveries. It's now February 2016 and there is no sign of the products.

I have been waiting for 7 weeks for a shipment that should have taken 2. (826B236EAF79D51985257F4F00799A51 (#F5B00-6D9E8) (#F6800-224CB) .

The company only sends me "do not reply emails". Now they tell me to check at the post office, not telling me which one or providing me with a tracking number.

I was overcharged on this order and I realize now that the whole process has been an awful, shameless scam.

I had The same problem, I ordered online 1 bottle and they charge 5 bottle without my authorization, in July 2015. And after all they didnt delivered it. I sent a lot of e-mails and they said it was replaced that order, But I never received anything . I live in Dubai -UAE

They deducted fast enough but I have not received the products. Someone should take action against this theft. They are robbing people. Shame on you.

Yes same happened to me I order as per there promotion & they deduct almost double amount then I complaint they are not giving answer properly they are saying you ordered 5 bottles but I ordered 3 only.. & They said it will take 14-21 days but now its already 45 days I am not receiving anything.

Now only I found these was a big Scam when I saw these in complaint board . I have been charged every months for four months these years without receiving any product? I just bought once of the offer package online. After almost one year they started charging me without our consent.
I wrote to the billing department 3 emails and totally no reply at all. How come I saw these complaint have been many years ago but nothing or action taken against this company? But still in the market cheating peoples ?

I only bought one bottle of pills and at the end they charged me 170.00 dollars! Pitty I live in South America. I called them, and s guy seemed to be like s robot, bla, bla, bla... He told me I was not a reliable person and other stupid things... He didn't want to understand that I only bought one bottle and the page charged me 5! I was trying to contact customer service; nothing, billing; nothing; support; nothing... What can I do?

Bio trim is total scam, i have ordered one month ago and until now no shipment and they are not answering emails. Their site is very dangerous and debiting money two time for one shipment. Be careful of using credit cards to such websites. this is absolutely fake company

I placed an order, paid with my card for Brain IQ, received the product BUT then a R99.95 are being deducted without my permission monthly.

I was under the impression that I was getting a free sample of a product called nitric muscle max. Which I was supposed to pay postage for but to my horror they have taken £104.23. From my account! How do I go about getting my money back!

I was scammed by BIO TRIM LABS advertising through a fake email. I receive an email from someone I knew, so I opened it and the email had a link recommending this product Pure Cambogia Ultra. The link showed a reputable reporter from BBC on their ad and how amazing this product was. I fell for it. Next thing I got charged $165 Can for 5 bottles with no refund. There was no invoice and the ad and email then disappeared after the order. How strange is that. I searched for the email that had the ad to show my kids and could not find it again. Not sure how they have this scam working for them but I got suckered into it. Will not buy another product from this company. Looks like they are scamming people all over the world.

Without taking a serious action we could not do anything. Now we have social media to filled our complaint if no one listen us. Instaed of waisting time on whatsup & facebook we should use this social media to convey, our fraud so that other people are also aware & could not be cheated by this company. As per my side they come on road like beggars, if no one ordered them.
Please do the needful so that no one is theft or burglar from them like we are . File complaints in our nation cyber cells, Crime cells.
You all are very intelligent, then me you know that what to do.

I also had an experience dealing with this bad company. I just want to buy a bottle of CC but the website lead me for the package of 5 bottle and of course I worry to consume this supplement that may affect my health.
