I have ordered Pure Cambogia Ultra as well as Purelife Cleanse on 16 August 2016 and have not received the products. I have ordered 1 bottle of each and got charged thousands of rands!

I have written them an e-mail on 29 September. They retured with a request to confirm my shipping address.

On 27 Oct I've written another e-mail to complain about not having received the order and that I am going to report this as a fraud scheme. No answer to date.

I want to cancel this order and be refunded.

So many time i track the consignment but i am not able to track and there is no service support is available in indian one no. is shown in biotrimlabs website but no one attend the call. it is very embrassing for us. i suggest all of visitors who ready this complaint kindly do not purchse the products from biotrimlabs becasue they are not bother for customer satisfaction even they are not ready to return back or reship the order.

We only ordered and received one shipment but have been overcharged at least 23 times by Health Bio Trim in various agency names for an overcharge total of AUD$228.85. The last monthly charge being 25th July 2016.
We had not received any further product nor service to justify this scam.
Check your statement even for small amounts but better still do not deal with such companies.
They have replied to our emails but say they can not find our customer number?

On March 2016, I had the misfortune of seeing the compelling ad by Bio Trim Labs for weight loss and fell for it. I ordered PureLife Cleanse Pack of bottles and Pure Cambogia Ultra pack of bottles (can't recall in which pack there were 3 bottles and in which there were 5).
I paid almost USD 286 by Visa Card and received instant confirmations by email.
I also have a screenshot of the confirmation on their website.
I kept emailing them after a month and even though they say they have sent shipment twice, I have not received anything.
Now, I don't even believe in their products and would never use or recommend to others.
I would like a refund on my unreceived purchases. Please help if this is a real complaints and solutions forum.

I have purchased the product "Pure Cambogia Ultra - 5 Pack" on February 29th, 2016 to be received within 6 weeks maximum. I have been waiting now for more than 25 weeks without receiving it. The company claimed that they have sent me the product twice but I haven't received it from them. After many emails about the same they stopped replying the emails and they want me to claim the peoduct from the post office if my country without providing me with any postal code for the shipment, accordingly, I couldn't check with the postal office in my country and they are not ready to use any other international company for shipment although they have changed me for courier.

Now I am stuck with this company and I can't get my money back and they don't even reply the emails and all what they are saying that they have sent the product twice.

Unfortunately, they are unprofessionals dealing with customers and handling the problems. They have charged me more that 180 US dollar without receiving any thing.

I ordered and paid for the above product and have after 3 months not received anything. I cancelled and requested a refund but my money was not paid back.

This looks like a scam.

This is what they responded when I pplaced the order : -

"Thank you for your purchase of BrainPlus IQ! Your order has been received, and your supply will be shipped out to your shortly - because we ship Internationally, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. "

I ordered Brain Plus IQ on 24th March and received order confirmation number #7E003236F5 and the product has still not arrived.
I have mailed them on numerous occasions with the response each time being to check with my local Postal Authority which we have done. Our Post Office informs me that it is unable to assist without a tracking number which should be available if the product was shipped via registered post, which it should have been. My last response from them states " We are unable to provide you with the name of a courier as we do not use a courier service". What is one to do, write the Dollars off?

They showed on their advertisement that a bottle of Pure Life cleanses costs R295.00, but they decided to deduct R1696.25. I immediately contacted their billing and support and queried the transactions; I also requested on numerous different e-mails that they cancel the order. I eventually received a response stating that I opted for the decision to buy 5 bottles and that’s why they charged me that amount...The more I requested them to cancel the order as I defiantly will not have bought 5 bottles as I don't even know if this product works. Finally after struggling to get a response, I finally received one that stated that they can't cancel my order as the products have been shipped! Why continue with a transaction where the customer requested (immediately after the purchase) and contacted them 5 times asking to cancel and refund me, not ship the products!

A bunch of scam artists that has false advertising and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I ordered garcinia cambogia via their website on the 14th of april 2016.
The charge was supposed to be r295 but they deducted r1695 off my credit card. I queried this mistake via email to: [protected]@biotrimlabs.com
On 5 separate occasions but have had no reply.

They then sent an email saying that they have posted my package to me with the following shipment number: asl20160409de203za.
I am still waiting for the order to actually arrive.

I would like the added amount of r1400 refunded. I did not agree to pay r1695. I agreed to pay r295.

10 March - I wanted to by one month supply of the IQ tablets but with my purchase made a mistake and clicked on the 6mth supply which totalled R2012-00.

I immediately (on the 10th of March )made contact with biotrimlabs to cancel by order and I was told that I would be refunded within 7-10 working days - also via an email from biotrimlabs

It has now been more than 10 days and I still have not been refunded even though I was clearly told I would be.

THEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN – THEY SAID THAT I NEED TO SEND PROOF THAT I WAS NOT REFUNDED BY SENDING THEM A BANK STATEMENT

THEN I CALLED AGAIN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID I HAVE TO CALL MY BANK AND FIND OUT IF THE MONEY IS NOT WAITING TO BE PROCESSED ETC.

i contacted my bank and forwarded biotrimlabs an email from my bank saying no money has been refunded into my account

i then got an email on the 11th of April from Biotrimlabs stating

It now again has been more than 7 working days and still i have no feedback
when i call the operator tells me that they have escalated the matter and waiting for feedback from higher departments

i am concerned about the honesty of this all as i have read on the internet all the complaints against biotrimlabs

Je viens de m'apercevoir qu'il a été prélevé sur mon compte bancaire aujourd'hui même (le 19/04/2016) la somme de 132.19 € par ce site alors qu'il été convenu seulement 22.00€ pour 3 boites concernant des produits amincissant.
Vous n'avez aucun droit de ce prélèvement.

Veuillez me rembourser très rapidement ou je ferais appel à la justice.

I just noticed that it was taken from my bank account today ( the 19.04.2016 ) the sum of € 132.19 by this site when it was agreed only € 22.00 for 3 boxes concerning slimming products.
You have no right to this deduction .

My name is Joyita nag Shankar, I live in Delhi, India. Few months back I ordered few bottles og pure Cambodia ultra through the website, they deducted one time payment for the product, since last 4 to 5 months I have noticed a monthly debit of Rs 745.21/- from Slimlivingclub.com. This transaction was not signed by me.
Please immidiately reverse these deductions.

The last email is not true nothing was ever received by the post office,
so I wrote that the post office shopped back the package to eh sender..

at this point they stopper answering.

Biotrim is just another Internet scam

Order nos #ae003cabb6 did not reach me yet (#dc200-da94c) (#dc800-11d7b) (#dd000-a105d) (#dd700-de95f) (#de800-7b8f9)

I placed order on a single bottle pack and i got tri pack order confirmation. I asked initially to cancel order so i can order a single pack.

All they had to say is that when order reaches then i need to send back. This was in dec 2014. I agreed to that and kept waiting until february and never did a courier arrive. Please see order numbers.. Each time they would give a new order number but never delivered. When i asked for a courier tracking number.. They said they've sent to india post that doesn't provide tracking numbers.

I personally suggest nobody from india must order this. Definitely doesn't cater well to international customers. They're neither honest nor interested to reimburse.

I saw an advert on the internet of Pure Cambogia selling for R295.00 (with 60% offer), i made an online order using my debit card, as soon as I authorised the payment it reserved an amount of R1696.25 instead of R295.00 that was displayed on one of their options / offer.

Please can this order be cancelled immediately and a reversal be effected.

The same experience as many others happened to me. I ordered Pure Cambodga Ultra for the Price of 9, 95 Euro. A package was sent to me with no invoice or billing information whatsover After receiving the bottles, my credit Card was debited with 151.73 Euros. Not enough, after this my credit Card was debited every month with an amount of 9, 95 Euros. I asked them to send an invoice which would justify this deduction. But no response. After calling the customer service, the lady said this was for some kind of program. When I said that I absolutely did not sign up for such a program and did not authorize them for this debiting, asking her to stop this fraud immediately, she agreed to send me confirmation of the cancellation. Unfortunately, I became aware of the fraud much too late. How come this can go on and on? They seem to extend it all over the world.

this company is a scam and they just take money from your account without you authorising them. I am shocked and so disgusted that someone is making all these fake websites and has con thousands of people and must have make millions by now. No email address or contact numbers, I cant get through to anyone and still have not received any receipt for the amount they have taken out of my account. Total con. has to be stopped.
