I was just notified by Discover that you charged my care$263.60 and I do not know what that is for nor have I placed an order with you nor did I approve that charge. I insist on immediate reimbursement and credit to my card for the full amount that you allowed to be charged to my Discover Card. I have not ordred anything from you. My card never left my wallet. I have no idea who ordered from you or how you obtained my credit card information. I expect a full refund.

I understood that if I paid the Shipping Charges I could have the eye and skin care for free. I did not agree to a monthly supply to be shipped to my house each month. I want this stopped as of today 4-18-16. Do not send me any more of this product as you did not explain this to me except that I would get the product for just the shipping charges and if I wanted to continue I would have ordered more. This is a scram in which you trick people into believing that they are receiving the product for free . My name is Theresa M. Richards, 1008 Madison Avenue, Tuscumbia, Alabama 35674. Auth. ID [protected]. Date 3-15-16. IP address [protected]. Transaction ID 42115. I do not want any more of this product so do not send me anymore of your product.
Same thing happened to me, Funny, because during the order process on my phone, after payment, the App failed. Got an Email confirmation on order, but never received any continuing purchase prompts.
There is always someone trying to trick people into buying their product. We had the same thing happen with this same company. NOW there are two different $97 charges coming out. If you have to trick people into buying your product either it isn't very good or you just aren't a very reputable company. Either way, we will tell everyone how they did us.
unauthorized charge
Yes, I too have been scammed by these criminals. I told them over a year ago to not ship anything else. I just received a new shipment with an invoice charged to my credit card with an obsolete expiration date. The best part is that the credit card company said any company you have ever done business with can charge your account without a valid expiration...

can't cancel an order
Ordered a product, on print up page on the website, they had put me on auto reorder! Called them right away to complain, Michael Coronette told me there was no order, even though it was already pending for charge on my Discover. I told Michael Coronette that I just wanted to cancel the order, he said he couldn't and I would have to call back in the morning. I called back at 9:30 am next day, and was told the items had shipped and he couldn't cancel because it "ships when it is charged", which I told him was a lie, and to stop lying to me. I told him I didn't want the product, he said I could return it after I got it. Fuming, now. Michael Coronette said tonight that I refused a refund, which is a lie too. Then he said I was abusive and hung up on me! Called back, got him again, told him he was a liar and wanted to speak with someone else, he said he couldn't transfer me. I called back got Michelle (after him again) she said she would send me a return slip, and a full refund and all shipping charges. I will NEVER order from losers like these again. Michelle was the best!
drug dealer amkes beta prostate, ageless mail
Roger Mason is not now and has never been a "renowned research chemist." In fact his only claim as a chemist is 20 years in the federal and state prisons for manufacturing and distributing drugs to children. You can find out the truth about Roger Mason and his experience at [...]. The book and its authors is a fraud. By the way, you can also add 16 years in federal pen for credit and identity theft fraud. You may not be able to judge a book by its cover but you can certainly judge it by the background of its author. Beta Prostate and Super Beta Prostate is owned by Roger W. Mason. New Vitality is just another front he uses to hide and launder his drug profits. The horrific criminal history of Roger Mason is spelled out in detail on a new website [..]. Here you will find articles from the Washington Post, Baltimore Sun and he American Banker detailing his 30 years of crime using natural health companies to conceal his massive dealing and manufacturing of illegal drugs. This so-called, self-promoted "research chemist" is actually one of the biggest drug dealers in the USA and perhaps the world. He now uses his vast financial resources to buy off courts and judges as he seizes assets of innocent business people who get in his way. His fronts are Young Again Products and New Vitality. His supplements are laced with illegal substances. He gets away with it because the corrupt federal judiciary protects him. This is on scary dude who needs to be locked up. Most sites do not allow links but do a search for "Roger W. Mason, Criminal History" and its all laid out from independent third party sources. You may be allowed to go to www.ethicsabuse.com where its all laid out in horrific detail from independent third-party sources. Masons pattern dating back to the 70's is to use health food companies as fronts for his illegal drug distribution enterprises.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was buying their product on a month to month basis. They called me several times to try to get me to buy a six months supply, which I explained that I did not need as I still had around 45 days worth, but of course the special deal would expire soon, so I gave in. Just before I opened the new box I received a letter about a class action lawsuit against them for this product basically saying most of what is in it is saw palmetto and that their "Clinical trials" were a joke run by them. DO NOT WASTE your money.
Boy, it this one serious problem that needs to be handled by the police. I just reviewed the info on Mason and my hair is standing on end. This guy is a master criminal using his so-called health products to launder vast drug proceeds.
won't refund payment
Avoid this company. Their products don't work and they won't refund money as promised. They ship product to you without prior notification, then they won't refund money after the product is returned. The give a "free" 30 day trial but when you call and cancel they ignore it, continue to ship and charge your credit card. Their customer service people are very arogant and treat customer in a very condescending manner. They are rude lack any understanding of the term Customer Service. These people need to be stopped.
I requested that an email be sent to me (joan_decker@netscape.com) I wish to cancel my order and any future orders. I would appreciate a confirmation of this termination.

To Jabes,
We are deeply concerned over your unfortunate comments; we have a very large customer base and when things like this happen it often makes us wonder how it did and what can be done to resolve the situation. To assure quality for our Sales and our Customer Service Representatives we do record our telephone conversations in order to find any fault if any on our offerings.
We do not automatically apply a charge and shipment to your credit card after the first order has shipped, that will only happen if you desire to get a discount on future orders by signing up for our Preferred Customer Program. All our Sales Representative read from a legally approved script and explain the benefits of the Preferred Customer Program which would guarantee the customer a special promotion to receive all future shipments at a discounted price for a one month (or more) supply of the product; the order is only placed when the customer accepts the offer. All customers are advised if they do not want to continue to receive future shipments of the product to call our Customer Service Department within thirty days to cancel future shipments; the Sales Representative does provide the number for the customer to call and cancel on the initial sales call.
Also, our website clearly explains the terms of the Preferred Customer Program. All customers are advised if they do not want to continue to receive future shipments of the product to call our Customer Service Department to cancel future shipments; the same is also stated on the invoice that is sent along to the customer as well as on the order confirmation email. The confirmation email also has our contact information besides phone. In addition to our phone line our Customer Service Department can be reached by email or standard mail.
And, all our Customer Service Representatives (all Customer Service Representatives read from an approved script) explain all the options the customers have available to modify or reschedule their next shipment date of the product based on their individual situation(s) i.e. low on funds, moving, traveling, or usage. The customers are advised if they do not want to continue to receive future shipments of the product or if they want to return a product for credit to call our Customer Service Department before the mutually agreed date.
We would like to get your order information to research your problem and try and both satisfy you as a customer and possibly learn if there was any fault on our representative’s side by listening to the calls when they came into our center. We value you as a customer and never want you to have any dissatisfaction. Please call our Customer Service Department and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives, that phone number is [protected]. We promise that we will do everything possible to make you a happy customer.
Thank you.

rude on phone & multiple charges charging
I ordered their product two months ago. It wasn't processed. I called & ordered the FREE bottle for just shipping as they dropped the order & called me the second day to ask me if I wanted to order what I had already ordered the day before.
. I then had to recall & was treated by a NON stop, talking, RUDE young female (CUBICAL) Rep. She charged me for one price, made a mistake & raised the price. And continued to send the singleton bottle w/ my upgrade of an order of (6) WHICH I HAD ALREADY CANCELLED... I had to raise my voice & ask her SEVERAL times to just be quiet & let me finish. I refused other products many times. And not till I threatened to stop the order, did she finally SHUT-UP
Place me on auto ship without my authorization and shipped the product. I was not home so when i got back and discovered the shipment 37 days had gone by. Called them and they were unwilling to take the product back. Turned it over to my credit card company.
I purchased 4 bottles of this product and started to experience very harmful effects after the 30 day period-meaning my money will not be refunded for even the unopened bottles. No supervisor would talk to me to have me explain my highly negative experiences from use of this product. It caused me to urinate at night more frequently- as many as 7-8 times in the night and caused a difficulty to urinate at all. Now, since I stopped using the product, I am feeling much better, thank G-d, and am so grateful I stopped using it. Customer Service representatives(2) were unhelpful, blindly followed their scripted answers to my complaints and no supervisor would speak to me. The injurious results from use of this product would have remained private except for the way my complaint was handled. I informed the customer service representatives of my intent to make this knowledge based on my experience public. That threat was apparently ineffective.
I, too, ordered SuperBeta Prostate for just the price of shipping and handling charges. My credit card was promptly charged but I didn't receive the product. When I called them to inquire, the rep I spoke to was rude and unknowledgeable! She refused to refund my money and cancel my order. I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on me.
unauthorized recurring charges & shipments
I ordered Night Skin from New Vitality once from the internet for a "special price for a three month supply." They have now charged my credit card twice without authorization and have put me on a recurring order and shipment without my permission. It is impossible to get a live person from customer service. When I finally did after 30 minutes, I was told that I'd still be charged the shipment fees AND THERE WAS A HUGE SCAM ABOUT RESTOCKING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! DO NOT ORDER DR. ARTHUR PERRY'S PRODUCTS!
Dr Perry is no longer affiliated with New Vitality. When he was, he created products but had nothing to do with the business practices of the company.
rude email support
Beware of young again products! You wouldn't believe the rudeness of roger mason, a so-called "natural health researcher." he has no proof of being a medical doctor in nutrition, nor the license to prescribe natural supplements whatsoever. Their is also no phone number for this company, so where's the proof it's legitimate? After I visited...

Like others before me, I responded to a radio advertising pitch by non other than the respected Thom Hartmann for a New Vitality Product. I called the toll-free number to make a trial order, unknowing that I would subsequently be "Auto Billed" for orders I did not authorize. After receiving a second order I did not authorize, I called the company to insist...
