Disappointed & Frustrated
4/24 2021 Fuzion toy hauler bedroom slide came off the track while out of state. discovered moisture and rot on the floor of slide. temp repair & caulked. return to IN and contacted Keystone as they have a 3 yr structural warranty. May '24 took to Bish's in Anderson, IN for warranty evaluation. Keystone denied repair. 6/24 scheduled out of pocket repair at Bish's. confirmed dates by emails & phone for Aug 5 - 1 week repair. Aug 13 left 3 messages to check status. No return calls. Aug 15 went to Bish's to be told date scheduled was 8/12 - even though repair had still not been started. short staffed and scheduling. Frustrated we took the unit home afraid unit would not be repaired before leaving for trip west first of Sept. Shame on Keystone for denying an obvious structural defect. Maybe Bish's should have fewer new sales open houses and concentrate on customer service & staffing I understand Modern selling out to the big guy, but sure miss their loyal staff
Bish's RV - 2022 East to West Alta 2600KRB
Purchased my 2022 East to West Alta 2600KRB July 2022. I brought the camper home July 30, 2022. October 15, 2022, I returned the camper for repairs and to be winterized. I called the end of November 2022 to find out the status of the camper and the service department stated that they didn't know the camper was there. They called me back the next day and...
Read full review of Bish's RVCustomer service is worthless after purchase
Hi there, this is long over due, only because I've had issues in the past with Bish's RV customer service and have recently experienced the same as of August 26th 2023 to today's date (30th of August).
When I bought my unit approximately 3 years ago, I made several attempts to contact the service department about warranty issues. I called several times and left 3 voice-mails trying to get my unit in for warranty work.
As of today (August 30th, 2023) my unit is in to get the generator service and other things looked at that can be covered under the extended warranty. I was left a voice-mail over the phone that the generator was "running lean" which is considered a maintenance issue, even though I followed all guidelines in having the generator serviced, therfore I don't believe it's a maintenance issue when it only has approximately 89 hours.
I attempted to call back on August 26th and they informed me my service representative wasn't working that day. They preferred I call back Monday the 28th of Aug to talk to the service representative instead of talking to someone else in the service department about my unit and the issues they found.
I called Monday the 28th during business hours and nobody answered. I left a voice-mail indicating I was calling back. I left all required information.
I called again the 29th and they transferred me to the service department which then went to voice-mail. Again still have not received a response. On today's date (30th), I called several times until a human answered. I expressed my frustrations and I formed them I needed to speak with someone in the service department. They transfered me to the service department which then went to voice-mail.
In all, I've attempted to contact Bish's RV multiple times in the past and most recently, and still have not gotten a response. As a valued customer, I don't feel that Bish's RV has the customer in mind because of how many voice-mails I've left and still no response. It also seems as if they won't fight for warranty work when a generator that only has 89 hours is not functioning correctly, they place the customer behind everything else.
I'm not one to complain much at all but this is completely unacceptable by a professional business.
Recommendation: Don't recommend
Purchased a trailer from them in January
Purchased a trailer from them in January. Took it camping and discovered water leaks. It's been two weeks and still no one has returned my calls. I have been unable to talk to a live person yet, only voice mail with a promise to return my call that day.
Bought 2022 wolf pup 14cc , which has a juice pac solar . I was told that it also had solar on the side to add a additional panel. I had a few questions on the solar unit, which none of there service or anyone could answer. I never found out were the additional panel was to be plugged in . So I called my sales guy Monday, to find out it doesn't even have that option. They have been avoiding me ever since on making good on this s*** up . Won't return calls. There 2 hrs away so driving is a waste of a Saturday. Bottom line watch your wallet with these guys .
Bought a brand-new toy hauler from them. We just picked it up 2 weeks ago on Fri, used it that weekend, came home and one of the seams are coming apart. Contacted them regarding it. I live 2.5 hrs away and they won't even help with arranging getting it back and forth. I've sent them pictures of the issue and they can't even have a tech guestimate how long they will need it for. Overall, I am so disgusted with the service we've received from ***. From the salesman to this warranty issue, it has been a huge disappointment. If you want to feel like the service ends with the sale. then by all means purchase from them. However, if you'd rather support a company that actually values their customers then I would suggest purchasing elsewhere. I will never refer anyone to them!
We were sold a travel trailer that needed major repairs from day 1. Cold air blows in from ***, walk-in pantry door drags on the floor just to name a couple. We dropped off our Jayco Whitehawk 32bh in November for the warranty work. It is now March and they said Jayco wasn't giving them enough hours to fix the travel trailer. We asked Jayco about this and they said that is not true. Jayco says they haven't asked for the extra time needed to repair the travel trailer. We are very disappointed that they were very quick to sell us the travel trailer and are now extremely slow to repair it.
The *** is the worst. First, when I bought my camper they had me bring it back twice for recall work within the first month. Shouldn't they have known this unit needed the work before I bought it and taken it out of inventory? The service quality has went downhill from there. My last experience was taking it in to have a routine spring check and be dewinterized. I specifically asked that they make sure the stove, water heater, furnace, AC, etc. be checked. Very important to me as a single woman who lives in my camper every other week out of town for my job that everything work properly. I was assured that they went through it thoroughly and it was good to go. No surprise when I got two hours away and the water heater electric element wouldn't light. When I called and asked if they had made sure that both the gas and electric lit and heated up I was given a noncommittal answer and treated as if I was at fault. I was told it would be three weeks before they could "work" me in. Do not buy your RV here as they will not take care of you after the sale.
Went to the *** show this morning
Went to the *** show this morning. First, the advertisement showed it was indoors. NO it was outside. No salesman available. I saw them in an office laughing but never came out. Some RV'S were open to walk in. Slipped several times. No prices listed.
Told there would be no hidden fees. Signed documents over the phone. Went to pick up the trailer and was informed there was a mix-up with the vehicle identification number and had to resign everything. An additional amount was added to the price along with a service contract charge for a duration of zero months. Yes, I admit I was foolish for signing, but they are deceitful. Do not allow them to take advantage of you.
Worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. DO NOT SHOP THERE. From sales to management all are incompetence and no one takes responsibility for their mistakes and lack of professionalism. Im in the process of filing a lawsuit for fraud.

After months of waiting for service. I finally got an appointment. During the months of waiting I could not get service to answer their phone or return my calls. I left numerous messages. When they return my unit it was full of urine that spilled all out onto the floor when we arrive to our first dinner destination. There was also f*** deposited into my winterized unit which has not been used which caused winterization issues!

If I could go lower than a one star I would go it's been a complete joke and a complete mess they promised our fifth wheel two weeks after we paid for it ended up getting jerked around the entire time come to find out they didn't even pull the fifth wheel into work on it until 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered no good no good wanted to sign contracts with wrong information or any any and all contact was made through us to them never received nothing but a total of maybe three calls in a period of 3 weeks bad bad scenario would not suggest them for not even a
I have had nothing but bad experiences in dealing with this company. I will say the sale was fine, but once we got home we found out they pulled our credit after being told they wouldn't since we came with our own financing. Now we had the glass fall off our microwave, and every attempt to contact them to figure out if it's under warranty or if we can order the glass has been useless. No one will return a call or email, and the ONLY person who has been helpful was the poor woman who answered when put through to the operator. She was great, but unfortunately, that is the only redeeming experience so far. If you want to be just a number to a company then by all means shop here. We will see if I get a call back someday.
Terrible customer service. *** never returns phone calls and speaks with a patronizing tone when asked a question. This facility is too busy to take care of their customers.
This has been hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I cannot believe how dishonest and shady this company has been with my purchase. In July, I placed a deposit, early in the month, on a specific 5th wheel trailer. Later that month I went in to purchase and that is when everything went south. The dealership did a bait and switch and actually gave me a completely different trailer than I had put a deposit on. I didn't realize this until I got it home and started seeing small defects that had not been there when we originally agreed to purchase. I checked my old paperwork and matched the identification numbers and turns out they were different units, although the same model. When I called them out on this they made an excuse about the landing gear not working on the trailer I agreed to buy and did a last minute switch. Real question, why wouldn't you inform your buyer? After speaking with the management about this, they told me there is nothing they can do since the dealership did not get any 'Monetary gain' from switching. Over the next few months we used the trailer and would constantly fight with the fridge and its inability not hold temp or even pull down. I took the trailer in 6 weeks ago now for the refrigerator, after looking over the notes it turned out that the fridge has parts on order from before I even purchased the unit. They somehow 'neglected' to even tell me this also. I cannot believe how shady this company has been in withholding information. I actively try to deter people from using this company, I cannot believe how much information was withheld from me. Everything seems to come out in time and show their true colors. In conclusion, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your RV needs.
I want to thank Austin F*** for taking his time helping us out after I discover my batteries were dead and I could not get my RV going
I want to thank Austin F for taking his time helping us out after I discover my batteries were dead and I could not get my RV going. He went out of his way to get to me (at my storage) place and was so patient, knowledgeable and very professional. Bish's should be proud to know their business is in good hands.
Absolute horrid service from these folks after the sale. Was finally given a managers contact number who was supposed to remedy the problem and over the few weeks 4 voicemails and 11 phone calls have been made and not answered or returned.

Purchased a new 5th wheel from Bush's. Had issues with the unit as expected, this isn't our first 5th wheel. Had it in for repairs multiple times but the last time they were to fix my fridge in which they did, how ever they removed the furnace hoses from the furnace which made the furnace inoperable. They had to physically remove a wall which had nothing to do with the fridge. They also tried to replace a shower faucet which I purchased and said the faucet was cracked, it wasn't. They left the shower stall a complete mess with mud and dirt. They hit my 5th wheel with another unit and did paint the damage or some of it, left scratches. They lie time and time again. I do not recommend Bish's to anyone.
Bish's RV Sales and NO service! We are extremely unsatisfied with the service provided by Bish's RV in Omaha, Nebraska. We purchased a 2021 Crossroads Sunset Trail from Bish's RV on March 26. We really like the RV, it has several issues that need to be addressed. The A/C doesn't cool the RV when the weather is very hot. The door doesn't seal properly. The mattress is falling apart. The freezer door doesn't seal properly. The hot water heater door doesn't seal properly. We have no owners manual for the radio. No owners manual for the antenna. We have been lied to on several occasions. Bish's does not return phone calls. Bish's had our RV for 10 days starting July 12, to make necessary repairs. We started this repair process in early June. Bish's had ample time to contact the manufacturer for parts and okay from them to make repairs. Bish's fixed 2 items. BUYER BEWARE! ALL BISH'S WANTS TO DO IS SELL RV'S! Bish's brags about their excellent service after the sale. Don't believe it! We are going to another Keystone RV dealer to have all of the warranty issues repaired. Everything that the original owner stood for has changed. Leland "Bish" J built his family business based on the principles of honesty, fair dealing and treating customers right. It is not this way! We have used the RV twice since we purchased it. We will not go back to Bish's for anything.

I have had only negative experiences with a certain company and its poor customer service
I have had only negative experiences with a certain company. The sale was fine, but post-purchase issues arose. They checked our credit without consent, despite having our own financing. Additionally, the glass on our microwave fell off, and efforts to resolve this under warranty or to order replacement glass have been futile. Communication has been ignored, with no returned calls or emails. The sole helpful interaction was with an operator, who was excellent. Sadly, that's the only positive aspect. If you don't mind being treated impersonally, this is the place for you. I'm still waiting for a response.

Bish's RV Complaints 14
Springdale 220 RV
We purchased a new Springdale 220RD RV on 3/24/23. We discovered a window ready to fall out and called the local Bish, the dealer, in early July and was told that it was a warranty job, and they would order the part sent to the local dealer. A couple weeks later, the local dealer called and said "the part is in", and so on August 11 we took it in for repair. On August24 the dealer called and said Bish sent the wrong part, we will have to reorder the part. On 9/05 I called the dealer to inquire and was told that Bish still had not sent the correct part, with no idea as to when it would. So, here we are , two months of peak camping season lost in our first year, with no idea when Bish national will provide the part to our local Bish dealer.
Desired outcome: We paid for it, now get the part to our local dealer.

I purchased a camper on June 12th From your location in Davenport Iowa. I have had the camper out on 3 camping trips and during those camping trips, we have found several things that are wrong with the RV. I called up to your Davenport location and they said for us to bring it in and that they would fix everything that is wrong with it under the warranty...

On 4/28 we bought a 2003 pre-owned motorhome from Bishs. We traded in our fifth wheel. They had repairs prior to our taking possession so offered delivery when completed. On 5/6 2021 they were delivering and the driver backed it into a telephone pole, causing significant damage. They took it back to the dealer the same day and guaranteed they would put it into a shop and fix it and the salesman said it would be about a week. On 5/17 my spouse went in to check on it, and they had not started on the repairs. Ryan P told him they would be fixing the waste door and we could drive it until they could get parts. The area damaged would be subject to further freeway wind damage and rain and dirt if we did this. I have attempted phone, and 2 texts to the service executive Ryan P. I have not received any response back. We have never even driven this motorhome and now are told it could be 2 months before we can expect full repair.

My wife and I purchased our 2019 *** R
My wife and I purchased our 2019 *** R.V. from Bish's R.V. in Lincoln, Ne. in April . After getting the camper home we found that the couch was defective, the aerator on the faucet was missing, and the water heater leaked. We contacted Kenneth B, the gentleman who did our finance paperwork, right away and he put us in contact with Eric M, the service manager. I listed all my complaints with Eric and he told me that he would order all the items needed under warranty. It has been a year now and Bish's has not contacted me about any of the items that need replaced. I decided to cancel the service contract that I purchased with Kenneth B since the dealership could not provide basic warranty I felt I shouldn't be paying for extended warranty. They still have not sent the refund checks to my bank. I have all emails and correspondence from Kenneth B and Eric M as well as the dates of refunds sent from the service contract company if needed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We scheduled a time to bring in our trailer for essential maintenance. Six weeks have passed with no progress, and we've received no updates. Repeated phone calls from my end have resulted in promises of a return call the same day, yet none have been forthcoming. Personal visits to the store have been equally fruitless, as I'm informed that the matter is in someone else's hands, leaving me without assistance. Not once have I received the promised callback.
Upon purchase, the trailer was covered by a one-year warranty, and we opted for an additional extended warranty. We were assured of a swift three-day service period, with the expectation that our trailer would be promptly returned, fully repaired. The repairs needed are not extensive, involving primarily the repair of fused electrical wires, including the tow wire.
We purchased a travel trailer in December, and we are facing two issues with it. Initially, we had an agreement with the seller to repair the awning and its supports due to damage, but they have not honored this agreement. Additionally, we are experiencing electrical problems; despite the trailer being plugged in, there is no power reaching the interior. The outlet itself has power, but it does not transfer inside. After numerous attempts to contact the diamond club from which we made the purchase, they informed us that the trailer must be returned to the dealer for repairs. However, our attempts to communicate with the dealer have been met with silence. The travel trailer was bought specifically for our autistic daughter, both as a living space and for camping trips, but due to these unresolved issues, we are unable to use it. We urgently request that the necessary repairs be made.
We purchased a trailer in 2020 and are looking to sale it and get into something bigger
We purchased a trailer in 2020 and are looking to sale it and get into something bigger. Because of this we asked Bish's to remove the GAP and to cancel an extended warranty early. Doing so will reduce our loan total so that we won't owe anything upon selling the trailer. We requested this action in February and it has yet to occur and we are now almost in July. In addition Bish's never transferred our 2 year / 3 year manufacturers warranties to Jayco. Because of this we have been unable to get a wall repaired in the trailer further preventing us from using it or selling the trailer. We have contacted Bish's week after week for several months now . They always claim it will be done in the next few days and they will contact us back. We have only received two return calls ever, and have contacted them dozens of times. It's time for Bish's to hold up there part and cancel the extended warranty/GAP and send a check to the lender as well as transfer the *** warranty to us.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We purchased a 2021 Jayco 27RS fifth wheel from a dealership in September . Since then, the dealership has not returned our calls despite us leaving five messages. The vehicle is still under warranty. We reside in the fifth wheel permanently, and we are currently facing an issue where our holding tanks are full and will not empty. June 11,2021. This is a new claim. Our most recent claim after they wrecked the motorhome on delivery, was resolved and we brought our motorhome to our home. We left for camping on June 4th. We traveled in the motorhome and it was very difficult to keep on the road. We thought this was an alignment issue so scheduled *** the next Friday. *** discovered it had a broken clamp and the sway bars in front were literally disconnected. This could have caused a significant accident, possibly death. We called Ryan P about the situation. We took the motorhome back to the dealer. My husband went to the dealer each week," they were waiting on the part", On Friday July 2nd, *** went in to the dealer and spoke to Ryan and he reported the part was not on the morning truck and it would possibly be on the later delivery. Ryan called *** later and said the part would not be coming for a month and he could fix part of the problem and we could use the motorhome like that.
Needed an awning fixed. They ordered the part, misplaced it and claimed they never received it. I contacted the manufacturer myself after being advised to do so. The manufacturer said the part has been delivered. After a month of going back and forth between Bishs and the manufacturer, they found the part and installed it only to find out that the part was damaged. I am now waiting for them to get a new awning tube in. This issue has been going on since the 27th of September. I need this trailer fixed so I can sell it. This delay is unprofessional and has taking up to much valuable time.
On 3/22/22 my husband and I purchased a Winnebago Motorhome from Bishs RV store in *** for $134,000
On 3/22/22 my husband and I purchased a Winnebago Motorhome from Bishs RV store in *** for $134,000. We were told the Motorhome had a convection oven. The day of the purchase I realized there was no oven only a microwave. The sales manager signed an agreement that they would send us a new convection oven for us to install. Today is May 12th and no oven has arrived. On 4/26/22 my husband emailed the finance officer, who signed the agreement, with no response from him. On 5/4/22 we emailed the sales manager asking for his assistance about the oven, no reply. 5/4/22 we also texted the sales person who first showed us the bus, no reply. 5/10/22 I called the store asking for the manager or the salesman to please return our call, no reply. Since we brought the bus home we have replaced the slide motor, replaced 4 batteries, discovered a leak in the roof that caused damage in the ceiling, had to replace the shower hose, rebuild the water pump and the sleep number bed they also agreed to fix wasnt fixed so we had to take care of that as well. Its been very disheartening throughout this time period. We saved and planned for years for this purchase only to be ignored after our closing. Im hoping you can help us resolve this. Thank you

Feb. 7,2022 @ ***
Feb. 7,2022 @ ***. Purchased a Camping Trailer. During the final Walk Through the technician could not get the left trailer light to work. I just bought the vehicle and I new there where working (dealers check them out since this was a used truck). I was blamed and had to drive home 40 miles without left turn signal (very nerve-wracking). I checked the light again at home. There was nothing wrong with them. Turned out to be the Trailer 7-way plug. corrosion and broken pins. I contacted the dealer just to aware him that it was not my fault and let the technician be aware so if the problem comes up again on other vehicles that he should check the trailer also. I figured I bought it "as is" and drove it off the lot and nothing I could do about it. I received a phone call from the salesperson who sold me the trailer. During our conversation i mentioned if it possible to get a new 7-way plug and I would install it myself. I was surprised and shock by the answer I received. Just one word "NO". She could have been nice about it, I understand, but to be upset/mad about it? I would have just gone and buy one if I got and explanation. I don't plan on ever doing business with them again.

We bought a fifth wheel RV in Idaho in October with issues from the start
We bought a fifth wheel RV in Idaho in October . Immediately, we encountered issues when a sales rep included over $10,000 in extra warranties and services into our financing. After much discussion, we managed to reverse some charges. Come July 2022, during its maiden voyage, we found serious problems: a broken air conditioner, faulty water tank sensors, and a leak near the waste tank drain. Repeated calls to the 24/7 technician hotline resulted in advice to bring the RV in for service. Numerous voicemails for the service department went unanswered, and attempts to reach out to a closer location were futile. Online service requests were also ignored. Desperate for help, I noted that a request to sell my RV was promptly responded to, with an offer of $38,000 for the RV I bought for $70,000 just months before. This highlighted the stark contrast in responsiveness between sales and service, deepening my frustration with the company's post-purchase service.

Continuous issues with my 2021 Jayco North Point 5th wheel RV since purchase
Since purchasing a 2021 Jayco North Point 5th wheel RV from a dealership, I have experienced relentless problems with warranty and service. The issues began during the initial walkthrough with a non-functional stereo system that took two hours to diagnose. Delivery revealed a cracked counter island and leaking bathroom sink plumbing. The hot water heater failed repeatedly, requiring multiple repairs, and I was misinformed about the availability of mobile service. Since January , the RV has been returned for repairs multiple times, including flooring, hot water heater, countertop, inoperative CO2 detector, faulty door locks, and a refrigerator that freezes up. The dealership even damaged my back ladder and failed to communicate the incident. Recently, a water connector was improperly connected, causing flooding in the RV's underbelly. The dealership's communication has been poor, and I've been displaced twice for repairs. Despite reaching out to the dealership's management and requesting a claim to replace the RV, I was told Jayco would not comply. I am urging the dealership to rectify this distressing purchase. The ordeal has been mentally draining and has impacted my job.

On June 6, we bought a 2020 Traveler 32RS RV from Bish RV Super Store at 1300 W
On June 6, we bought a 2020 Traveler 32RS RV from Bish RV Super Store located at 1300 W. Overland Rd, Meridian, ID. Roughly two weeks later, we took the RV to Twin Falls, ID for a weekend test. The refrigerator failed, reaching 65 degrees Fahrenheit, leading to a loss of $50 in food and the need for a cooler. After service at Bish for the fridge and warranty issues, I was informed the fridge was fine but parts were delayed due to COVID-19. A subsequent trip saw the fridge fail again, wasting over $200 of food. I returned the RV to Bish in late August. Despite attempts, I've had no updates. Three weeks ago, a service advisor promised to call back after a 10-minute review; I'm still waiting. On October 16, I reached out to the RV manufacturer for assistance. They responded but have since been silent. Additionally, I received a recall notice for potentially faulty front landing legs. Both the dealership and manufacturer have shown a lack of professionalism and accountability.

In addition all mobilization costs are incurred by us, the customer. No timeframe for reimbursement was provided.

Purchased a Jayco Travel Trailer at an RV show in April
Purchased a Jayco Travel Trailer at an RV show in April. Completed paperwork and walkthrough on May 13 at Bishs Meridian location. The finance representative attempted to overcharge me with a high interest rate, despite prior negotiations with ICCU. After leaving and returning twice, he presented corrected figures. Post walkthrough, I identified 10 issues, 3 being serious. I was informed the trailer would be ready by Tuesday, May 17. However, no communication occurred on the promised day. I followed up on Thursday and was told they were waiting for warranty approval from Jayco. After further delays and no service responses, I visited the location and was given the same excuse. Skeptical, I contacted Jayco directly and discovered no warranty claims had been filed. Eventually, I was told I could collect my trailer, minus the solar panel. During a camping trip, I found none of the issues were addressed, and one attempted repair had damaged the ceiling panels with visible staples. After leaving negative reviews, I was contacted by the service department in July, but subsequent calls from me went unanswered. The service manager also failed to respond to my callbacks. Other reviews echoed poor management at the dealership. I plan to address the remaining assembly issues myself to ensure proper repair. This experience with my first RV has been highly disappointing, and the dealership management's performance is unacceptable.

Transaction, March 22,2022
Transaction, March 22,2022. We purchased a *** from *** in ***, . We paid *** to have the until delivered to a summer seasonal 5-month lot for our weekends and holidays and then it would go into storage for the winter. We live in ***, so they supposedly did the work to get the registration and plate done. When I checked at ***, they said it was because of the Covid. We finally got a paper plate from *** in May. Several attempts but no call back. Our campground didn't open until April 21st but the owners allowed the delivery before that to just sit it there. When we got ready to go in and put the water on, I noticed that the until has damage at the shower. I have tried and tried to get this fixed and after several attempts they say, I have to bring it in. That would cost me *** to get it there and *** to get it back. This unit is brand new and we paid almost *** for it and now they won't do anything to help. *** at the dealership is very rude and gave us numbers that had nothing to do with fixing it and then no call backs. Now, they are saying they won't do anything to help. This camper is brand new and had never been used. My salesman tried everything to help but finally said, nothing can be done. I have only stayed in the camper three nights over the Holiday because of this issue and afraid the whole wall might destroy. On June 1st, *** finally called and acted like the salesman never contacted her but he did. She said in her message that she had talked to our salesman and we needed to call her. She hd spoke with a *** about calling us and see what's going on and how she could assist and then two days later, couldn't remember even the message. When we were there, they said the owner wants his customers happy and how did they do. Well, then, they were good until you bought the unit. I would like for them to pay for the bathroom to be fixed by someone near the camper. Not our fault it is damaged.
