This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I joined the Biz Builder coop at Level 3 ($99 reg plus $99 a month membership fee). I ordered $4,000 of product any was told they would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I waited, but no products. So I called and was told they still hadn't left China, and I needed to wait another month. Next month same thing.

The only thing you can count on this company to do is take the monthly fee. I have since canceled my account and asked for a refund for the products. (They won't refund the membership fees, $600 gone). It's been 2 weeks and still no refund for the products and they refuse to return any of my calls.

Beware Biz Builder is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! It has been over 184 days since I ordered the Magic Bullet and as you can guess I never received it. I have email the company several times in the last couple of days . At first I tried to be polite and I waited 2.5 months before contacting them. They said that they had 90-120 days to deliver my product since it was coming from China. So I waited another 2 months, as I said I was trying to be patient about this whole thing. The second email said that I now had to wait 180 days before thinking about complaining that my item hasn't arrived. I think I am a reasonable person, so I waited 182 days with the hopes that my CC account would be refunded. NO SUCH LUCK ! I emailed them yesterday with my compaints, this time their email read " Your account access has now been terminated and we will not continue any futher correspondence with you". People of America, be smarter than I was,

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY *** BIZ BUILDER.com ***

I'm glad I stopped by and read these complaints, but unfortunately, it was after I tried to apply for a cash refund. Now that it has been 7 months since I ordered and never received anything, I HIGHLY doubt they will be giving me a refund in 3 to 5 business days.

I called my debit card company to have my card canceled. That was very stupid of me to put all my CC info on that request for credit page (they even had me put down my CVV2 number) Bad bad bad! My debit card company told me that if BizBuilder was a reputable company, they wouldn't need me to put down my credit card info again as it should already be on file. [censored], I wish I had been thinking clearly before filling out that form! Anyways, I'm taking all my money out before one of those scammers takes it first!

What a bunch of BS. This company does an excellent job of providing "factory direct" merchandise at "factory cost" pricing!

In each and every case, the complaints I've read are clearly all about the consumer not understanding the business model of this company.

It's funny to see how many times people will moan and grown about their issues, and never actually admit that THEY ARE ACTUALLY TO BLAME.

I love this company - and will continue shopping for many years to come!

I know these posts are quite old...but I just couldn't believe this company is still treating its customers the same way as it did 8 years ago. I am not a complainer. I am a doer. I took this company to small claims court and won. Problem is, you can't collect. If you go through all these posts, you will notice that the positive ones all say the exact same thing. We are complainers, we are lazy Americans, we didn't read the small print. I won the court case on the fact that I did read the small print and even though they printed their return policies (good thing they did) they were in direct violation of FCC rules on canceling orders and refunds. They offer items for sale that they do not currently have in stock. FCC rules state "Reasonable basis" means that the merchant has, at the time of making the representation, such information as would under the circumstances satisfy a reasonable and prudent business person, acting in good faith, that the representation is true. Supply. For each advertised item, is there a sufficient inventory on hand? This company told me they could not ship an item as it was no longer in stock at the same time they were auctioning off 10 of the same item. FCC rules also have a 30 day time frame, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. They stated that items ship within 3-5 business days, then tried to fall back on the 30 day rule. The rules also state that if you decide that you can ship the item at later, YOU MUST SEEK THE CUSTOMERS CONSENT to the delay. This is another area they faulted on. I gave them written confirmation of canceling the order and they refused, in writing. It was wonderful to go to court with all the documentation they provided me for my case!

I too feel for the BIGBUCKSBIZBUILDER scam. Paid near $70.oo for their program information and membership, but received nothing.
I called their customer service and tried talking to a person that didn't seem to understand english. She told me I needed to call customer service and gave me the same number I had just dialed. I told her that was the number I used to reach her. She stated, "can I help you" and started talking in circles again. I think they act stupid to avoid refund. Don't waste y0ur time with them..

I found this site, among at least a dozen others with flaming complaints and allegations of fraud/scam/rip off, etc., while exploring the possibility of an online work-from-home opportunity with this company. Thank gawd I did!
I just have to second the observation of one of the plaintiffs here: Every single response defending this company is as if it were read from a script. Not one gives an example of what they ordered, when, and the date they received it. I challenge anyone to go to a website for any other company where people have lodged complaints (for paying for goods or services and not receiving them) and find "defendants" or "apologists" for the company blaming the victims. I guess every single person here who is pissed about paying for something and not getting it has nothing better to do with their time than make up their version of being ripped off in the same way? Furthermore, I guess they ALL didn't hold their mouths right when paying, or filling out the order for the merchandise, or some reason they are responsible for not receiving it, as the apologists would have some idiot believe? Kudos to those of you who ARE "Taking responsibility" and reporting them to every agency you can find. What a bunch of sleaze bags.

George Massalas, the owner of the Bizbuilder is full of fake statements, fake numbers of the listings. He does not share much information and if you ask any question then he becomes super rude and argumentative.
He is always looking for naive and new customers to trap them in his over-priced deals.
Avoid him at any cost.
