I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with this company called WhiteHatBox.com. They totally pulled a fast one on us and swiped our hard-earned cash (a whopping $299!) for some software that straight up doesn't even work. Can you believe that?

Whitehatbox.com is just another dishonest and horrible producer of no good softwares. After testing several of their products, here's my review:

Their products are way too expensive, and they never do what they're supposed to do. It's almost impossible to handle them. None of their products are designed for high usability. The translation from Chinese to English is so bad that it leads to a lot of misunderstandings.

The customer support is Chinese and can barely speak English. They don't know their products and cannot assist you when you get in trouble (and trust me, you will get in trouble if you purchase any of their products.)

Both Trafficbotpro and pvacreator, as well as tweetattackspro, are filled with viruses that will hijack your computer.

And don't even think about getting a refund. It's never going to happen.

I bought Tweet Attacks from WhiteHatBox, but after downloading their software, I couldn't get Tweet Attacks to stop crashing. I tried for like 4 hours, man, and it was just a total nightmare. So, I decided to ask for a refund, you know? But these guys keep bombarding me with emails, saying maybe I'm missing some software or something, and they want me to install it. I keep telling them, "Yo, it doesn't work!" And now they want me to take a screenshot of everything so they can figure out what's wrong. Like, seriously? It's been 2 days of this back and forth, and I'm just so done with them. All I want is my money back, you feel me? They shouldn't be putting me through all this torture just to get a refund. And get this, at one point they even had the audacity to suggest that I wasn't using Windows. Like, come on! How is that even possible when WhiteHatBox only runs on Windows? I ain't ever gonna buy anything from them again, and I suggest you don't either. Oh, and by the way, some of the reviews on their site seem hella fake to me, just saying.

The PVA creator from WhiteHatBox is a product that I found to be quite overpriced. Not only that, but it is also an incomplete software tool with no proper documentation. I had to reach out to the vendor with a reference ticket number *** and even shared a video screenshot to explain the issues I was facing.

To make matters worse, they convinced me to purchase their VIP membership for a whopping 998 USD. However, every single day I encounter new errors and issues with the software. It seems like it just can't stop crashing all the time.

On top of that, they also sold me another tool called Markter Browser for a lifetime license costing over 700 USD. But guess what? It keeps crashing every 10 minutes! It's as if they expect me to have so much money that I can just forget about the money I've already paid. It feels like they're using people like me to help them build and test their software, all while continuously making us pay for each individual software.

WhiteHatBox needs to understand that customers are not just ATM cards for them to withdraw money from whenever they please. We exist just as they do, and we deserve better treatment. Unfortunately, my after-sales experience with them has been extremely poor.

To make matters worse, their website is filled with malformed advertisements that only serve the purpose of selling something. It's quite frustrating to navigate through a website that is solely focused on pushing products rather than providing a pleasant user experience.
