about a week ago I went o line to edit some of my web page text, once I logged on, I had to create a pin which I did, once in I find that 1 of the 2 domains I have was not available. I was told it would be 24-48 hrs to resolve "the standard answer at Bluehost for any solution" after 57 hrs I still could not log in. Evan after giving them the support number I was told for a third time in 56 hrs that they would escalate it. hwen I checked my email I had not recieved any email in my inbox from them in the last 90 days. Today at 4 pm I got an email asking me to confirm my email address because of ICANN requirements. finding it odd that I recieved that email in my junk folder fro such a large organization, and a technology company at that. The problem is now escalated to a super double special person who will contact me by email in 2-3 hrs (:?) to discuss. I pay for thier best plan and I get no response from the support other than an apology for not being able to help essentially. Beginning tomorrow I will be looking for a better hosting company that actually has a customer service support that fixes problems rather than apologizing they cannot! FBH
