On 7 Nov 2023. I took my Bmw 540i to get my rim fixed.service advisor Mark Bair and service manager Michael Mayer. I got there for my appt at 08:00 am.At 08:28am I received a email from Dentwizard about claim the bmw submit for repair of my rim. I was waiting at dealership never got updated from either Service manager or service advisor.I got up and when outside around 10:30am, my vehicle was finished with the repairs. So at 11:00-11:30, service advisor Mark Bair goes to lunch. Still no updated on my status. So around 11:40am. I get and go asked Mark Bair is there a problem wirh my warranty on my rim. So I just when ahead and paid $150 for the repairs. I left dealership pissed off with this typed of service at BMW dealership. So I call Dentwizard and a lady name Natile said that they never sent the pics of my rim to them to. The Service Manger and Service advisor told me that Dent Wizard had authorized them to do the repairs. I talked with service manager and he has a smart mouth about the whole situation. Saying to me they are the Best bmw service deptment in Southeast. I told him I would not beenbring any of my other bmw to that dealership he told me do whatever you feel like, and nothing is going to be done to him or service advisor. I still awaiting my refund back from Dentwizard on the wheel repair. They was try holding my car for 8 hours and repairs was completed in less 3 hours. This dealership is a total ripped off and unprofessional service Manger and Service advisor think nothing can be did to them with substandard manner to customers.
Desired outcome: I will like the District Manger of Bmw of Columbus to call me . This is the worst service department that I ever had to deal with.
