I got a Nissan *** 2017 from Montgomeryville Nissan and they approved my loan. The loan had options like sunroof, GPS, and other features. I talked to the sales lady who sold me the car about adding those options since I'm paying for them. She said the dealership refused and only added them to get the loan approved. I want the dealership to pay for half of the car loan because they lied and gave me a different car than what was described in my loan.

I buyed a protection plan for my wifes new used car from Montgomeryville Nissan. They told me what it covered and what it didn't. But now when I need to file a claim under what they said was covered, they say it's not covered. I'm cancelling my protection plan, but they need to fix this. They also knew about scratches on my rim before they sold me the car and said they would fix it, but it's been 4 months and they haven't done anything.

I buy car warranty when I buy car. They say 3 years normal warranty and extra 7 years if I pay more. If I sell car, I can get money back before 3 years or some money back after. I try to talk to Matt L but he no answer phone or email. I go to dealership but he no there. I send email saying I will report business and he say he give me some money back but it take 4 weeks. I only have car for 2 years so I want all my money back. It been 9 weeks and he no answer phone or email. Sales people say he only one who can help. Please help me get my money back.

I went to Montgomeryville Nissan for service 3 times. They charged me wrong 2 times. It looks like they want to cheat people and they should be ashamed. I went there on December 16 for my 2018 Nissan ***. The invoice number is ***. Christopher C was the service advisor. I told him to use my Nissan rewards balance for the invoice and he said he would. He told me on the phone that I owed $280. Later, he called me at 4:33pm to say my car was ready and they close at 5pm. I live 45 minutes away. So, I paid over the phone. He said I owed $263.16. I thought that included the rewards discount. But, when I got the paperwork, there was no discount. I left a message for service manager Jim M, but he never called me back. They don't answer the phone. I even called on Saturday and no answer. They are not honest.

I purchased a 2017 vehicle from Montgomeryville Nissan in January . I paid $12k cash for it. But the transmission died in less than 30 days. Luckily, I had a 30-day warranty. The repair cost me around $2500. I needed a rental car for work while they fixed it. I asked them to pay for the rental charges, excluding insurance, but they refused and ignored my communications. As of November 23, the technician claimed no receipt record and didn't credit me for the rental cost. Now, after only 11 months of light use, it's failing inspection. They're requesting another $1,600. I'm dissatisfied with my purchase. They inspected the car in December , and I bought it the following month. It's been one costly issue after another. The car likely shouldn't have passed inspection previously. It seems like fraud involving inspection stickers. Despite requesting contact details for the General Manager and owner, I received no response.
