Bad customer service
So today I went into Auto Giants feeling hopeful about getting an car financed. & receiving good customer service. I usually do not leaves reviews but after my experience today It Is needed.
A young lady named Tanaya Myers helped me. She was not friendly at all and very unprofessional! She gave me the hardest time. I have NEVER had an institution put me through this ordeal. I work at a very prestigious Lawfirm in Alexandria VA. I have been a resident of Virginia for years. I couldn’t believe She had the audacity to tell me my Paystubs were fake just because they Downloaded to Word Document. That’s the only option that I have to download my paystubs in. Further more she invaded my privacy by spying in on my phone. After that ordeal she comes back and hands me a JOB APPLICATION to work there ! I was outraged, I felt very targeted & even discriminated against. I do not need to work for Auto Giants I make very good money, more than her I presume since she also felt the need to show me her Bank Account Statements. This place is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Or should I say this location, In Temple Hills Maryland. Also she moved very slow and kept going to talk to her coworkers about my personal information! At this point I don’t even know if my information is safe and I am worried what will be done with it. If you can please go to Woodbridge office or Manassas location. The service is much better and professional. They definitely need better quality employees! So do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Desired outcome: An apology and employee needs to have corrective action taken i.e suspension or termination
2017 Hyundai Elantra SE/ I was sold a Lemon
Good day, I am writing to you regarding a 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE that I purchased on Feb. 14, 2018. I have had so may problems with my car from the summer of July 2019 up until this day, Feb. 8th, 2021. I have had my car worked on numerous times at Hyundai of Alexandria and still my car is not running correctly.. My entire braking system.
Desired outcome: Braking system has still been a failure causing me to have multiple incidents of where I had to use my hand brakes to stop my car.

Let me just say I have visited several car dealerships and I never had to make a complaint until now. I recently visited Auto Giants in Temple Hills Maryland as I have been getting plenty good reviews from their service they provide to their customers. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a handshake from the Sales Associate I believe his name was DJ. (Demetrius Johnson) DJ was extremely professional in getting my information and ensuring he knew exactly what I was looking for. All went well until his manager Robert Helms (I may have spelled his last name wrong) came over. Unlike DJ, Robert was EXTREMELY unprofessional. When he came over and sat down the first thing he said was "Oh they stuck you with this dude, he ain't as innocent as you think" and then begin to chuckle. Neither DJ or I found anything funny. I was so taken off guard that I literally just sat there and didn't know what to say. I then told Robert that DJ was doing a wonderful job and I wasn't sure why he would say such things. Robert then gave me a strange look and proceeded with gathering my information. He then begins to go into income. I proceeded to go over my income with him and then proceeds to say "You have a son here and you ain't getting no child support what's up with that?!" Again taken off guard, I said "No at the moment I am not." He then begin to over and item on my credit report regarding an apartment complex and said "What happen with this apartment that they had to put it on your credit report they had mice or something?" He then looks over at DJ then back to me and says "DJ used to stay in that are he had mice didn't you DJ" I begin to tell Robert that's not cool and to not say things like that. He then mumbled something under his breath then walked off to take my paperwork to see if they could get me approved. While I was waiting DJ apologized for Roberts behavior several times as he could probably see I was extremely embarrassed and taken off guard and ensured me this is not how they do business at auto giants (which is probably the only reason I stayed because Robert had me so upset) While I waited DJ begin to assure me that it wouldn't be much longer before we find out exactly what I'm approved for. Several times DJ kept walking over to Robert asking what the hold up was as it was taking longer than expected to only been treated and brushed off by Robert. 3 HOURS LATER Robert FINALLY comes back and says "Oh y'all still over here I forgot you were here" After that I had enough especially after he told me "Your credit isn't but so good so the only thing we can't do is put you in that Mitsubishi over there" I looked at him with total disgust and said "No thanks have a great day" Robert didn't even apologize for his actions to me or DJ afterwards he simply grabbed my paperwork and walked off. DJ FOR THE FIFTH TIME apologized for Robert's actions and once again that he is so sorry for the inconvenience. It is because of DJ that I will come back in the future and do business with Auto Giants because otherwise they would never see me again!

I bought a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and it has problems. I bought it in March 2019. The car starts sometimes and sometimes don't. The check engine light stays on. I took it to Auto Giants service department and a mechanic said fuel pump. I had it replaced this symbol still showing up. The car keep reading keyless error and when this happens car won't start. The car had to be taken to Passport Nissan and the mechanic still trying to figure out the problem. I work in the Medical field visiting sick patients in their homes. I am forced to rent a car for work. I'm currently paying car payments and insurance on a car that's not working properly. I am disatisfied with the car I bought from this dealership. I don't know where these cars are coming from. I would never refer anyone to this dealership. This is unfair what I'm going through as a customer bringing this company my business.

I purchase a 2016 Kia on June 2018. And I am still riding around with the same paper tags. When I call the they just give me the run around. I stop by to see what was the holdup and the General Manager gave me some Bull. And told me that he was going to take care of this. That was 2 weeks ago. He never call me. I just thank god I have not got pull over by the cops. I have already reach out to the BBB. And I will not be stopping till I get my tags for my car
I purchased a vehicle from the Temple Hills Md location in July of 2022 and my radio doesn't function fully and I was told that it been ordered and hasn't come in as of yet and they refused to compensate me for my time and patience while waiting for a replacement radio.
