My wife car was in the shop 3 times for a repair
My wife car was in the shop 3 times for a repair. Still not fixed. Car spent 14 out of 19 days in shop, 3 different times. Was told if was something else each time for a total cost of 1250.00 of which did not fixed car. Would not refund any amount to me. I think they took advantage of us because of age and thought we would forget about this. I think something should be done.

My mom went to ChevyLand 'cause her car's check engine light was on. Chevy sent her a letter saying to take it to the dealership if that happened. My mom's retired and doesn't have a lot of money. ChevyLand charged her $175 to figure out what was wrong, but it wasn't covered by the warranty. They said it would cost $378 to fix it, but she said no. I looked it up and found out the part only costs $39 at Autozone. My stepdad watched a video on YouTube and fixed it in 10 minutes. It's not right that the dealership charged so much for something so simple, especially for an older person. It's a rip-off!

I went to Chevyland to get my oil life checked, but when I left, my key fob stopped working. It was November 10, around 9:00 am when I went to the service department. The associate clicked a lot of buttons and had another rep come to help because she didn't know what she was doing. When I got home, I couldn't lock my car because the key fob wasn't working. There were no problems with my key fob before I came to Chevyland. They put a new battery in, but it only worked for two seconds before it stopped working again. I suggested that maybe the associate deprogrammed the key, but they weren't any help. I need my key fob, and it was working fine before I came to Chevyland. I expected to leave in the same condition as when I arrived. I even offered to pay some of the cost, but I'm not going to pay for something I didn't break. They didn't want to take any responsibility for what happened.

However, after I tracked down my service tech, he told me that I needed a new windshield, which was not part of the original repair. *** started this process without my permission. My estimate went from $890 to $7,000 without any clear explanation. After another week, *** gave me a new time frame of Tue July 6. Despite my numerous calls and personal visits, I was treated disrespectfully by the service manager and ***. *** told me that he didn't care and that I could sit there all *** day if I wanted to. They added things to my estimate without my consent, including a windshield that they broke and thousands of dollars for labor.

Me and my wife went to Chevyland on April 1, 2022 to check out a 2021 Chevy Tahoe LT that just came in. We didn't plan on buying it, but since there were only a few left, we decided to get it. We didn't have financing arranged, so we used GM Financing to get it that day. I'm blind and we were there for 4 hours without water. The finance office took advantage of us and convinced us to get expensive add-ons. We found out the total financed amount a week later and went back to cancel the add-ons. It's been over a month and the add-ons are still showing up in our financed amount. Our bank loan officer warned us that the dealership would take their time with the cancellation. We've talked to the finance person several times and they keep saying it's out of their hands. The add-ons cost around $5,000 and we need help to get the dealership to cancel them.
