How's the internet took place on 8/10/24 12:30 I brought my car in to get the oil changed the tire rotation the technician did not rotate the tires he did not check the air pressure in the tires I asked the gentleman that checked me out why the tires rotated the technician was standing there and told me your tires are 7 years old I bought this tires two to three years ago he proceeds to tell me the dot on them is 7 years which brings me a question of why are you selling me tires that have been sitting in a rack for three or four years he tells me the tread depth on the tires is 2 mm difference between the front and the rear and that the front tire should be left nobody came in and told me that there was a difference in the tread depth I wasn't given the option that is my vehicle if I want the tires rotated I should be giving the option. My other concern is I guess this is the manager a hunley when I got there I was rudely greeted and ask what do you want and I said I have an oil change appointment at 1:00 it was 12:30 then I realize I'm early he said you going to drop it off I said no I'm going to wait on it he said fine, as I said to her in the waiting room and listen to him speak to other employees he's rude he's gruff he's condescending. I spend a lot of money there on a Toyota Yaris and a Ford Fusion I can take my business somewhere else but not to be given the option on tire rotation that's my decision whether I want it done or not and when I was leaving the technician said don't tell me what I need to do what I don't need to do I don't need a bunch of golf from a technician.
Claimed loss: N/A
Desired outcome: The decision I think Mr Huntley needs some Management training your technician needs to learn how to talk to people or how not to talk to people

Bob Sumerel Tire & Service sure seems to have missed the mark on customer service and tire rotation. Could’ve been worse — you still have the option to take your business elsewhere. It's frustrating when a place you trust leaves you feeling unheard and disrespected, especially when it comes to something as straightforward as tire rotation.
