I purchased my BODUM grinder as a Christmas gift. The third time I used it it jammed completely and was unusable. I managed to clear the blockage with a wooden spike. The same issue occurred within 2 uses. I repeated the cleaning and it blocked again almost immediately. I naught the unit for $49 plus tax from Target store in Edina, Minnesota. It is non functional and I am extremely unhappy with the product and the customer service. It appears to me that bodum is selling a product that is completely floored and effectively is useless.
