I gotta say, I recently got myself a whole bunch of tiles from Mixtiles and man, they really know how to do a bang-up job. The shipping is lightning fast, and let me tell ya, the price is just right. But you know what really blew me away? If you happen to run into any problems with your Mixtiles, they'll hook you up with a brand spankin' new one! I mean, seriously, their customer service is out of this world. It's like they've got a team of superheroes ready to swoop in and save the day. Can't ask for much more than that, am I right?
Inconsistent Customer Service and Delayed Delivery - Proceed with Caution
The photos and frames were amazing - the customer service, not so great. I got charged the wrong amount twice when I bought from them, and I had to talk to three customer service reps just to fix the mix-up. I decided to give them another shot, but this time my photos were sent all the way to Las Vegas, which is on the other side of the country. As a result, photos that used to be done in 72 hours now took a whopping 2 weeks! I talked to three different reps this time - Gerson, Farah, and Emely. They couldn't explain why the service was so inconsistent. And when they said a supervisor would join the chat with me "soon," I waited for thirty minutes... TWICE... and nobody showed up. So, be careful. If you want your photos done quickly, make sure to mention in the notes that you don't want them processed in a faraway location! And don't expect a fast or satisfying response if something goes wrong.
