I originally was going to the Palm Beach Gardens office but you close the office! I guess the closest one is in West Palm Beach and I live in jupiter so that’s a long trip for me. Customer support
The contract was not thoroughly explained to me. I signed up for a laser hair service for bikini and I was told it was not painful. They lied it was the most excruciating pain to the point where I would prefer to be waxed 5 times in a row than do that again. I did one service and they said they once services are rendered there is nothing they can do. I’ve been trying to reach out, but they have no customer support. I’ve been emailing them since August and no one reaches out to me. I’ve tried calling and they said email only for support, but yet they never respond.
I got the issue resolved with them. In all fairness, I should mention that the written contract did warn that the treatments can have discomfort, but that it varies from person to person, because it depends a lot on how much caffeine that person takes, and how close in time to the treatment they take it. So maybe for you the laser will feel like the snapping of a rubber band, like some oil splattering while cooking, or even less discomfort than that.
Current employee gave me no customer service
I visited body details located in Kendall, Miami FL, last week on Friday around 3pm The lady in the front was extremely rude and had me wating on her to give me a quote because she was on her wireless headphones chatting with a friend about drug use, how she spent all night drinking and went to work drunk. Unfortunately after waiting almost an 20 mins for her to Acknowledge me I left. I have never see such improfession and left that day with a terrible concept of body details. Services have not been rendered
I have been recieving laser hair removal since 2019. So far, I have paid off the irst purchase totaling to 10,000.00 dollars. The treatments were working beautifully. However, during COVID August of 2020, I moved back to NYC to be closer to my mom because she had an advanced stage of breast cancer. I was taking her to her appointments and being there with her because her prognosis, at the time, was uncertain. After careful deliberation with the medical staff and my family, we decided it would be best for me to permanently stay in NYC with my mother and fly to florida every 2 months for my laser hair removal sessions. Earlier, on March 2021, I had purchased another expensive package that would complete my needs for laser hair removal needs. Subsequently, I have purchased flights, stayed in hotels, and paid for food and transportation—and after not being able to maintain treatment frequency due to expenses and inconvenience, this new purchase was becoming a burden. I am writing to complain that after emailing (multiple times) corporate to request the remainder of my loan for said purchase to be forgiven because my serivices have not been rendered—I have been IGNORED. Every month, I am billed over 200 dollas for services I do not recieve.
I am not requesting a refund for the fully paid purchase or purchases before the request was sent out—I am simply requesting that I not be responsible for any more payments beginning with November 2022 ( which I was already charged for and request a refund because I have been ignored) and continuing until the loan period is forgiven. I cannot and will no longer pay for services I do not recieve. The loan is partially paid by Greensky and the rest is serviced by Body Details. Greensky customer services informed me that they will gladly stop charges on their behalf once Body Details credits them their amount. I will continue to email Body Details corporate, in the meantime, I would like this claim to be resolved.
Desired outcome: I am requesting that body details stop charging me beginning November 2022 and credit Green Sky for their partial of the loan. Their services have not been rendered.

I am writing today to inform you about the unprofessional conduct and safety violation I received from one of your nurse practitioners on Saturday, August 20th, 2022.
An NP by the name of Jenna offered nothing by way of apology when I arrived at the facility at 8:50 am this past Saturday. She was dismissive and patronizing.
In my previous email I discussed what occurred on August 19th with an NP by the name of Leanis. I received a phone call two hours later that day from Jenna. Her attitude was disingenuous. However, being desperate to get my treatment done on time I agreed to come in the following day. I’m painfully familiar by now on what level of pain to expect and never have I had burning and soreness for more than twenty minutes on a part that has been treated. However, this past Saturday I felt excruciating pain for the whole day on my underarms.
Jenna burned me willfully.
Unbelievable, so now the practice is “I will burn you, if I don’t like you, and don’t you dare complain or I will call the police on you”. Should this NP’s behavior be investigated? Of course it should! Yet, I don’t see her fearing any accountability for her actions. Is any care and consideration being placed on the caliber of medical professionals your company hires?
I don’t see any type of safety measures or anyone who cares about my safety or the reputation of your company. Therefore I will need their full names and/or licensing number as I intend to file a formal complaint with The Florida Department of Health and the Florida Board of Nursing
for both of these NPs.
Furthermore, I am upset that I missed two days of work, cancelled vacation plans, and used up my lidocaine medication which is incredibly expensive. I’m familiar with your company policy in which you will charge a $500 fee for a no show. Who reimburses me for the waste of time, the harassment, the false allegations, the injury to my skin, the disruption and disregard for the success of my treatment?
Which brings me to the initial point I made in my first email. I wonder if I would be treated differently if I had not paid in full. Maybe there would be some kind of motivation to respect me if those $9,000 were still in my possession. If I could get my money back, I would walk away immediately, but unfortunately I don’t have that option.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

The worst service I have ever received, when you arrive at the reception there is no staff to receive you and then they charge you for being late for your appointment. I had been standing in front of the desk for 7 minutes when I got the message that I would be charged a no show fee and it wasn't until 10 minutes later that the nurse practitioner showed up saying she was alone and couldn't do anything.

Customer service
No customer service. I had a 2:45 appointment at the Fort lauderdale facility and I arrived at 2:53. I could not find parking and the door to the facility was locked with a note to use the door all the way on the other side of the building. When I walked in they did not greet me but immediately informed me they would not see me because I was late. I then received a text message that I was a no show to the appointment and that I owed them $50.00 for not showing. I was extremely upset with this experience especially because it was my last visit. If you call the any of the numbers on their website it goes to a call center which they hung up on me after telling them that I wanted to withdraw my consent for them to use pictures of my tattoo removal for their website.

I've been going to the body details Kendall location.about a year to laser two spots on my face. 1300 down the drain. The saleswoman from France assured me it was a minor problem… once I use spf 50 and don't expose my face to direct sunlight I would be totally satisfied. I did everything right. No changes!

I receive treatment at the Kendall location. My appointment was auto cancelled Tuesday at 4. I called to ask why the office said the system did it. I am a single mom and when I make these appointments I have to hire a sitter because the office doesn't allow kids. I hired a sitter and was on my way when I received the cancellation. I called the location and the lady's at the location asked it I could come the following day at 11. I had to take time off of work today for the appointment when I showed up they said that the appointment was moved to the next day at 11:10. I called in to the corporate office to find out what is going on they told me to write and email but did admit there was a glitch in the software. It's a pretty horrible experience trying to use your services. The following day I called corporate multiple times to confirm my appointment before making the drive to the office and they didn't open until my appointment time. So I just have to drive there and hope the software doesn't cancel me. I doubt this email will be answered. I have emailed corporate with no response and they don't take calls from existing clients at the corporate office, only new clients existing clients get referred to the location they go to and the location refers complaints to corporate. The amount of time and $ I have wasted trying to use a service I pay a lot of $ for is very disappointing. This feels like a scam, you want your clients to get frustrated. I will continue to look into how I can report this company. They should not treat people this way. Lastly I am sitting in the lobby for the appoint and they are running 20 minutes behind. This company fines clients when they are 5 minutes late they should refund if they are running behind. But corporate could have to actually respond for something like that to occur.

My face is damaged I try to let body details know about it they just don't care they only there for the money my face is so damage I call them told them I will stop let them burned my face like 4 weeks ago I dint go to the appointment but they still taking 50 dollars out my account they told me even if I am not burning my face in they clinic they have a lawyer that can keep taking my money away I need help this people are damaged my face on getting away with it.

I received 2nd degree burns! Received a laser tattoo removal treatment, this would have been my 5th session which up to this point I had no previous issues. During my session with a new technician whom had never treated me before stopped a few times to increase the intensity of the laser.. when I asked why we stopped she said "I am aggressive, your paying good money and I know you want it off as soon as possible" long story short she ended up burning my arm with second degree burns and causing blisters the size of quarters. What I am most disappointed is the way Body Details handled the situation afterwards. After going back in to have pictures taken of my burns and talking to not 1 but 2 of there medical consultants and one being a plastic surgeon who both agreed I had second degree burns and that I needed two prescriptions .. a steroid and topical cream.. in addition to having the blisters drained, Body Details denies any wrong doing and claims this is normal when I told him we should conference call both of his medical consultants who disagree he refused and said if I did call he wouldn't answer his phone! That's the owner of company Brian, needless to say they lost a customer of 4 years

OMG talking about a rip-off is an understatement. I walked in to Body details Coral Gables office in 2008 where i was guaranteed that with time i was going to be hairless and i was thrilled for me not a luxury but a necessity. After several treatments i developed a allergic reaction to treatment to the point was skin was burn and could work for a few days and was told i was not a good candidate for their treatment. I was told they will me a full refund (lie) but had to be approved by their corporate office and the nightmare began. Spoke to management and was told to visit their doctor which determined i should drink medication to get treated of course i refused and they began to invent different ways to treat me in which i refused. Long story short of course they use GE Money another rip-off and i went back with GE and Body Details to dispute account but still no solution. They have sent me a collection agency which has now ruin my credit and from$6.000 its not $12, 000 in one year for three treatments. I have placed a complaint with the FCC and the local business bureau to fight them. Please it feels good to vent but file, file, it's the only way we can stop this people from ripping off consumers who work hard for their money. In closing my hair is back worse than ever! I have never dealt with a company more unprofessional/disrespectful than Body Details. I would strongly advise anyone to stay as far away from this place as possible. The manager or whatever, named Lily, is a complete ###. She is the reason I will never deal with Body details again and will tell everyone i know not to deal with them either. She told me this wasn't going to hurt at all! what a liar! how could you honestly tell someone a lie like that. So, they first lie to you, lock you into a contract, and continue to lie till you. This place needs to be shut down, asap. and this lily needs to be dealt with. i don't understand how a person like that can sleep at night. She is a disgrace to the human race. SHE PROCEEDED TO MAKE THE COPIES OF WHAT WAS IN THE FILE AS WELL AS TYPE UP A MEDICAL RELEASE FORM WHICH STATED MY NAME AND I'M REQUESTING MY FILES FROM 03/05/08 TO 09/22/10 TO SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE IN MY MEDICAL ISSUE. I WAS DEFINATELY SKEPTICAL ABOUT SIGNING IT SO I TOLD HER I REFUSE TO SIGN IT, AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE I HAVE NEVER SIGNED A FORM WHEN I REQUEST FOR MY OWN MEDICAL FILES. I ALSO EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE WORDING SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE DISCHARGING ME AND I TOLD HER TO READ THE LAST SENTENCE. SO SHE DELETED THE LAST SENTENCE AND JUST KEPT THE DATE OF SERVICES WHICH WAS 03/05/08-09/22/10. Laser Hair Removel
Scam all the way. Listen to me very closely. I have been going to body details for 2 years for laser hair removel. 11 treatments later and my body looks the same as before I recieved my first very painfull treatment. I hear the same tired old line from Lily "just keep coming for more treatments". Does not work. Never Will! Stay away from this place. I will make sure they get shut down. My $7, 000 is as good as gone.
Body Details is a 100% scam. I have been receiving treatmeants for just over 3 years now. No results what so ever, in fact I believe that I have more hair growth then before I started. Lily is a scam, never a piece of truth comes out of her mouth. Pay up front (they will only take payment upfront) and get it in the [censor]. I will have to eat the $6, 750, but not without getting my money's worth out of that scam artist [censor]. They need to be STOPPED before more people get scamed.

I ENTERED INTO CONTRACT WITH BODY DETAILS ON 03/05/08.I PAID MY DUES IN FULL BY CASH AN ESTIMATE OF ABOUT 2700, IT MAY BE MORE OR A LITTLE LESS.SINCE I PAID IN FULL THE COMPANY HAS BEEN TREATING ME NASTY THEY CHANGE THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT TO ADD NO SHOW FEES AND NOW LATE FEES WHICH I DID'NT SIGN FOR IN MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT. MOVING FORWARD TO MY REASONS OF MY COMPLAINT, TODAY(09/22/10)I HAD A SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR 4:40PM, WHICH I DO ADMIT THAT I DID ARRIVE 5 MINUTES LATE DUE TO TRAFFIC AND THE HORRIBLE PARKING AT THAT LOCATION. UPON MY ARRIVAL I WAS TOLD THAT MY APPOINMENT WAS AT 4:30PM WHICH I KNEW FOR A FACT WAS NOT BECAUSE I LEAVE SCHOOL AT 4:15PM AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT I COULD MAKE IT THERE IN 15 MINUTES THERFORE I SCHEDULED MY APPOINMENT FOR 4:40PM. THE RECEPTIONIST PROCEEDED TO TELL ME ABOUT THE NEW POLICY OF NO SHOWS AND LATE FEE CHARGES WHICH I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT IS NOT IN MY CONTRACT THEREFORE IT DOES NOT PERTAIN TO ME. LONG STORY SHORT WE STARTED GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR THE NEXT 10 MINUTES OR SO ABOUT A LATE FEE, WHEN THEY COULD'VE BEEN ATTENDING TO ME AND COMPLETING THE PROCEDURE I WAS THERE FOR ORIGINALLY.I ALSO WANT TO ADD THAT THE PERSON WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ATTENDING TO ME WENT TO GET COFFEE AND THE ROOM WAS NOT EVEN READY FOR ME ONCE I ARRIVED. ANYWAY AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO ATTEND TO ME. AFTER I WAS DONE WITH MY PROCEDURE WHICH TOOK LESS THAN 5 MINUTES, THE MARKETING COORDINATOR BY THE NAME OF "LILY VAINSTOK" ASK TO SPEAK WITH ME IN A PRIVATE ROOM IN REGARDS TO THE CONTRACT. SO SHE BEGIN TO DISCUSS THAT I HAVE TWO OPTIONS I CAN STICK WITH MY CURRENT CONTRACT OR I CAN SIGN THE NEW ONE. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I'M NOT SIGNING THE NEW ONE AND SHE PROCEEDED TO POINT OUT THE NO SHOW POLICY WHICH STATES AS FOLLOW, "(1)IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO A CONFIRMEDTREATMENT (NO SHOW), BODY DETAIL WILL RECORD THE TREATMENT AS RECEIVED IN THE TREATMENT SCHEDULE.(2)IF YOU MISS THREE CONFIRMED TREATMENTS, BODY DETAILS WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE YOU WITH THE LIFETIME GUARANTEE OR ANY ADDITIONAL FREE TOUCH UP TREATMENTS.(3)IF YOU MISS FIVE CONFIRMED TREATMENTS YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A COMPLETE PATIENT. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FUTURE TREATMENTS AFTER THIS POINT, A NEW AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT MUST BE MADE." This place is RIPOFF!!! Stay away unless you want to go thru a lot more pain than you went thru to get the original tattoo in the first place.
