Boohoo.com review: Returned clothes that were too small.

Boohoo is a huge disappointment. I am so pissed. I ordered from them on two different occasions, on the 18th of Jan and 11th of Jan, I returned some items that were too tight in ONE package via royal mail. They received my package alright but refusing to refund me the 6 items I sent, and acting like they only saw 3, when it is obvious I sent 6. I didnt think that sending items from 2 different orders in one package but one return label will suddenly get missing or stolen by their warehouse staff. They are asking me to show evidence of the second return label and saying they didnt see any package. Customer service on Facebook Charise and Harvey were so rude, after explaining claiming that I should send proof of second return label when I explained to them that I only used one return label for Order UK198206664 for both returned items in Order 6664 AND Order 3416. Must I be punished and asked to do the impossible. Both returned items of both Order 3416 and 6664 have obviously been received at your warehouse. You have claimed to see the one from order 6664 and suddenly stolen the items from order 3416 because I didnt send its return label. And no one wants to help or check and now refusing to even refund me for both returns EVEN THOUGH I SENT A COPY OF MY POSTAGE RECEIPT TO BOTH CHARISE AND HARVEY. YOU ARE BOTH MEAN BULLIES BECAUSE WE CUSTOMERS ASKING FOR REFUNDS ARE AT YOUR MERCY. I will never ever ever ever ever buy from you again. Ever! You were my go to shop and I am happy you have cured me from shopping from you. ASOS IS MUCH better and I did returns with them the same way putting two orders in one package and got my refund in 2 days!. Why are you all acting like thieves and stealing from your customers. No guarantee you will get your refund even if you actually return items to BOOHOO. Terrible company. NEVER AGAIN
