I love Revolve!
I love Revolve! It is probably one of my favorite sights. The website is really user friendly and offers the best new designers. I save all my favorite things I love and browse through them every now and then to see what I am going to buy for myself! My orders get to me so quickly and if I need to return or exchange, you make the process so easy. Other stores make returns a hassle, which actually deters me from wanting to even bother purchasing from them.
They only thing I would love is if they had models of different heights modeling clothes. I am 5'4", so when I'm buying pants, or dresses, its often hard to tell where the hem line will hit on me.
I am a huge fan of Revolve! Definitely one of my very fav sights!

I have placed an order and it was my first time and after reading these reviews I must say I was a bit worries or concerned but I just had to have the dress on their site that I could not find any where else! I took a chance and placed my order and got my shipment within 2 days and I loved it but was a bit too big so I called REVOLVE and asked to exchange and the rep was so friendly and kind about it all and processed my exchange correctly and had it sent again within 3 days without charging me again. This site is great, its all a matter of situation as obviously some people had a bad experience but mine was GREAT! Such cute and unique clothes and free shipping both ways! Completely impressed and sold on Revolve
Through blogging myself and instagram etc I always see girls post about Revolve clothing. I visited the website maybe 12 times and never purchased from it. Finally I decided to pull the trigger and give it a try on two items Revolve had that I had been wanting. I am beyond impressed with the ease of the shopping experience and customer service I was provided. I have worked in upper management at a luxury retail business for 14 years so let's just say I am not impressed easy. It was seamless and easy to do an exchange, the items came in perfect condition and the selection of items on their website is fantastic. I would promote and push people to buy from them anytime simply from what I experienced. Thank you Revolve and I will be bringing much more of my business to you.

So I really liked this dress and it was only in size 0 and I asked in the Live chat, which is excellent, if it will be arriving more in my size and they told that they were very sorry but those were the las ones but anyways I submit my email so I would be notified with any news about the dress. A few day later i got an email and I see that the dress is in my size, and only that size. And just i needed information about a product that appeared in an outfit but it wasn't for sale so I asked in the live chat and they didn't tell anything really important but they did say like the outfit where I saw the product I liked was a new arrival maybe it would be arriving soon, and that calmed me very much.
They are really polite but cute. I just love them.

Best Online Shopping Website for Clothing & Shoes
This is one of the best online shopping for ladies apparel, that there is out there. For up-to-date fashion and accessories, and a lot of really wonderful casual clothing, perfect for our modern and practical lifestyle. First, the website is user friendly, you really get to see the clothing well, and get a feel for the designers they use. Only downfall, is not experiencing the true quality of the fabrics (touch is the only way), but they do their best on describing the items.
The ease of purchasing, trying on and then returning, is exceptional, and so quick. I usually hate online shopping, due to the repackaging of return items and the visit to the PO... this is all made so easy, when shopping with Revolve. LOVE Revolve
I'm confused. I've seen several of these reviews on multiple sites and they honestly seem like either disgruntled ex employees or someone with a grudge. I've spent quite a bit at Revolve but have found their shipping quick, quality of clothes excellent, but I usually buy brands I'm familiar with too. I have reached out to their customer service multiple time both through email and phone and have been treated very well. They've addressed my needs and done whatever they could to make it right. I have never returned anything so can't speak to that.
I am a bit surprised that people that purchase items and return for reasons other than defects expect to not pay for return shipping. Revolve isn't as large as Nordstroms so I wouldn't expect them to cover cost of shipping if I just don't like it.
I have yet to be disappointed. I've purchased beauty supplies, make up, jewelry tights, clothes, shoes. Not one thing wasn't either exactly what I expected or even better. Maybe it's different if shipping to another country, but I'm a very happy loyal customer.

REVOLVE's Dishonest Price Matching Policies: A Disappointing Experience
I've been shopping on REVOLVE for years and I have to say, their customer service used to be top-notch. I always thought they were the best website for price matching, but lately, their CS has been completely dishonest. It's really disappointing.
I recently tried to price match a pair of Golden Goose sneakers with four different websites, all of which were legit. But REVOLVE declined all four websites for absolutely no reason. It's like they'll find anything to not price match when the discount is too high (40% or more). They even came up with new price match policies just to decline the price match. Like, since when does the customer have to order the same size as the one on sale?! That's not even in their price match policies. It's absolutely disrespectful to customers!
One time, they even wanted to add the shipping costs from the concurrent website (+$30) just to discourage me from purchasing it. Can you believe that? It's like they don't even want to price match certain items and are dishonest about it. It's really frustrating.

I gotta say, I was really excited to shop at REVOLVE. I mean, their clothes are just so cute and trendy, and their Instagram is always poppin'. But let me tell you, my experience with this company has been a real rollercoaster ride.

I received a promo code for opening an account, which was iPhone15. I decided to buy two dresses, one on sale and another on "pre-order." The "pre-order" ones cannot accept a promo code since they don't even have the item in-store until a month or so later. I made the order, and only the sale dress got discounted. Fast forward three weeks later, I emailed them after reading their reviews, and they told me there would be duty fees since their warehouse is in the US! I asked for a small 10-15% discount as an apology for their misleading domain name. They said they couldn't honor it because I already used a promo code. I told the clerk that the promo code was used for another dress and it made no effect on this back order. She kept saying it did. I kept telling her to check my order and retail price, and it's the same. How is this dress discounted? We spent back and forth. Honestly, they're the most customer-friendly online store I've ever dealt with. I'll always choose Revolve, even if I can find something cheaper somewhere else. Here's why:

And if you have any issues, their online chat is quick and easy to use. But if you prefer to call, that's cool too. I ordered 2 items from revolve.com and couple days later I received 2 packages, 1 with item that I never ordered, and the second with correct items. I returned the incorrect package right away back to them and couple days later I returned the second package just because did not like the items and decided to return. Couple days later I received an email indicating that the refund is being processed. 2 weeks past and I still havent received the refund. I called them and the both representatives were very rude and both provided different information, but both said: yes, we got the items back but we will not issue the refund, you have to file a dispute with your bank. I explained: I returned the items back to you, you received it, now I must receive my money. But they didnt care, all they said was: you have to file the dispute with your bank. I asked: so, in this situation will you then send the items back to me since you are not willing to refund for no reason, and I was told: No, we cant do this. I let them know that they are real thieves because stealing the money and keeping the items. The representatives are very stupid too. Stay away unless you want to get robed.
Terrible customer service!
I have been buying things online for years, and not once have I ever placed an order that had to go through a bank charge verification step. I ordered clothing online from Revolve Clothing on July 23, 2021 with a debit card. In the interim, I had a package stolen from my front porch -- I live in an apartment. I promptly called Revolve after I handled the stolen/lost package. When I called Revolve, I was immediately met with "there is not much we can do, our shipper, Fed X can be unresponsive, so we can't get a signature required or have them hold it." Since I had just been notified that Revolve's package would arrive on a Sunday 7/25/21, I decided to stay home and wait. By Tuesday morning there was no package. When I got home from work on Tuesday, there was no package. Fed X and Revolve both sent a "Your package was delivered, how do you like your new clothes?" When I called Revolve, I was promptly and sternly told, that I should call Fed X, and that they have nothing to do with any of this. I am out $591.83. "Why are you calling us? You need to call our shipper Fed X and file a claim and that could take a few days."
I had a charge show up on my checking account from revolveclothingcom and have never shopped, or even seen or knew this place existed. I'd like to put a stop to this as I've seen many others complain about this happening to them.
Around 2:30 AM this morning, our debit visa card was charged $4.28 from "revolveclothingcom". I don't even know who/what this company is or where it is even located!?! Even though the money amount is relatively small, it put our household in a panic as it means our card had been compromised. I want a full refund and an explanation as to why/how this happened. I'm beyond upset.
I returned revolve order #*** about a month ago and checked after a week of the return for the refund and they said it will process within 3-7 business days. I waited another 2 weeks, still no refund. I contacted them end of September to further inquire and they state that they did not receive the package when the UPS tracking clearly shows that it was delivered and received. Told me to wait 24 hrs for a response and the response is that they want me to sign an affidavit claiming that I believe the package was "lost/stolen/mislaid" and that Revolve "has not received package." Then the affidavit they want me to sign says that I agree to not being refunded or having items replaced in future revolve orders. Regarding this order, I received an email from the company after contacting customer service, stating they'll be filing a claim with the delivery service as they have proof of delivery and they cannot issue a refund. I didn't receive this order and I don't know the person who signed for the package, and I'd like a refund. Also, I didn't receive any contact from the delivery service asking whether I received the package.

They asked me to wait 24 hours for a response, and when they did respond, they asked me to sign an affidavit stating that I believed the package was lost, stolen, or misplaced, and that Revolve had not received it. The affidavit also stated that I agreed to not receive a refund or have any items replaced in future Revolve orders. This is a terrible business practice because they are trying to blame and hold customers responsible when I have already done my part by returning the package. They are saying that my affidavit is necessary to file a claim, but in reality, Revolve just lost the package after it was delivered.
I contacted revolve immediately when i saw someone charged something fraudulently through my pay pal account. It is unclear how on their website someone is able to do that which is another issue. They took days and never got back to me. When i reached out again for a status update they said it has already been delivered and they can't refund my money. Terrible fraud service.

Since I had just been notified that Revolve's package would arrive on a Sunday 7/25/21, I decided to stay home and wait. By Tuesday morning there was no package. When I got home from work on Tuesday, there was no package. Fed X and Revolve both sent a "Your package was delivered, how do you like your new clothes?" When I called Revolve, I was promptly and sternly told, that I should call Fed X, and that they have nothing to do with any of this. I am out $591.83. "Why are you calling us? You need to call our shipper Fed X and file a claim and that could take a few days."
I made a $900 NINE HUNDRED dollar order from revolve and paid $10 for EACH item extra for expedited shipping. It was only 5 items. So an extra $50 for the shipping on top of the $900 order and it was supposed to have a signature for delivery and it didn't. It says a name I don't recognize. That's 1 - not my name. And 2 - still not a proof of delivery. Revolve filed a claim with the courier and the courier said they delivered it. So revolve told me there's nothing they can do and they would HELP me file a claim with my card if i want. They know I'd lose a credit card claim because tracking says "delivered." That doesn't mean anything. $50 shipping and the same amount of insurance as an envelope and revolve didn't even offer to replace or refund? What a joke. I tried email, call, and text. Now they just stopped responding
I ordered from Revolve and the package was never delivered to the postoffice box which I designated. The manager of the postoffice can verify this. The signature that ontrak has obtained is not anyone who works at the Cambell postoffice. I reached out to revolve to file an investigation with Ontrak and they refuse to help me. Now I have to contact ontrak and my bank to dispute this charge.
