Stay away
I have been in the bicycle business most of my life. Next year my own shop. So i am supper picky on service. i read everything i can.
Being out of the biz means i have to get my camelbak products retail. So when i wanted a tac vest made by them i looked for the best price, but with i found was far greater. BOSS SAFETY PRODUCTS provided me with service that was so elegant i can only compare it to the passion one might get watching Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. From them i received a hand written letter thanking me for my business and my time with the delay from camelbak. This delay was in no way the fault of Boss yet still they took the high road.
If you need ANY THING Camelbak please use them. You will get the best price and most important the best service of your life. I tip my hat and bow my head to a leading company in the service industry. BOSS SAFETY PRODUCTS has not only remembered it is the customer that pays the light bill but made this one feel like royalty in a service hell.

customer service is a joke. Chat never is up and they don't answer the phone. As other review they are great at charging you right away and not shipping for a long time. I tried to cancel order was ignored.
I ordered a Pelican case frrom Boss, they charged my account quickly but I heard nothing from them about shipping. I tried the phone, no answer, EVER, I tried to select Online Chat from their website, it doesn't work, the only way to contact them is through eMail! I did hear back the next day, that part of my order was on backorder for 2 days. I said I'd wait. Several days later I received an eMail that the item would take at least another 10 days, they had already charged me for backordered items.. I asked to cancel that item & just send the case. Checking my bank account the day, a charge showed up for the case & shipping (again), but no refund for the original canceled item, off goes another eMail to them. It's finally straightened out but it took weeks to get an item that was not marked as being backordered. I will never order from this company again.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE! I PLACED ORDER ON 12/01/2013 AND DIDNT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 12/20/2013! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE BECAUSE NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! Justin is so RUDE! I will shop elsewhere from now on!
