This Boston Market used to be a great place, but whatever happened over the past year, they need to stop taking online orders. (Obviously they aren't there, but will go ahead and charge you money and get your hopes up that dinner will be waiting for you.) The phone number is obviously disconnected or someone left their phone off the hook. There is no way to contact the store owner or manager. Again, the lights are all off, even knocking on the doors and windows, nobody is there. $50 in the hole and no way for resolution. This needs resolved asap. After the fact, I saw Google reviews from a week ago. The same thing happened to other people. We want our money back, and their website, Facebook, and Google post needs to show they are CLOSED. This looks like a class-action lawsuit to me. I bet there are many people who never got their money back.
Desired outcome: We want our money back. Call the person who paid for it (Jeff Gesin) [protected] since it's his bank account. He is not happy.
