This company is awful!
This company is awful! I paid for half of a new garage door 5 months ago, and they said it would be installed last May. But they haven't said anything about it. I've been calling and leaving messages, but they won't get back to me. I paid $2,300 for my new door, and now I want my money back. I've waited for so long, and they won't even contact me. I might have to get a lawyer or contact the city of Boulder. I also paid $1800 for a garage door opener, but it's still having problems that they haven't fixed.

Boulder Garage door was hired to put in a new door on our property. We paid a 50% deposit and they gave us a rough idea of when they would do the installation. The team that came to install the door initially couldn't do it because they didn't have the right skills. The installer said that the way the project was sold and planned wouldn't work. We contacted the salesperson again and he said the opposite. When the installation was done, the team asked for the final payment, which we paid in full. But when we checked the work, we found lots of problems. Screws were popping out, the belt was rubbing and damaging the roof because it was installed too high, the door was jumping off the track, there were dirty handprints and stickers, the seals on the door glass were torn and not put on right (wrong size), and the mechanisms for opening and closing the door were getting worse. The door is only partly secure and is a safety risk. We've called the company more than 20 times and sent lots of text messages to let them know about the problems. They've missed three appointments and each time they haven't been ready to fix the issue. The company works like a call center and won't let me talk to a manager or someone in charge. The problem still isn't fixed. The company hasn't solved any of these problems and they've had plenty of chances to do it. They're being completely negligent and not even trying to fix the situation.
