Taking money unauthorized
Bovada gaming took money from my checking account that was not authorized, I contacted bovada on several occasions trying to get them to return the funds they took, they first informed me that it would be refunded and credited back to my account in 10 days but this was told to me in June of 2021. Since then I've made several attempts at getting them to return it but they have not complied! I have a copy of the transaction in a screenshot and email confirmation of my attempt to get my money back

Bovada casino
Bovada casino took money from my account that wasn't authorized and when I confronted the company about this they told me that the extra charge was for in case my initial deposit didn't clear which was a complete lie because the amount was different than the deposit but they told me that my account would be returned in 7- 10 days but that was in June of 2021 and I have talked to these people more than once about returning my money with no success! What they did was basically stole money from me

Refusal to Refund My Initial Deposit
I deposited approximately $131 usd in btc form on 9-14-21. On or about the same date Bovada seized my money, disabled my account and demanded I verify my address. I've sent my valid Texas driver's license and insurance card to them twice after they said their "tool" showed i live in Washington, where I've never been. They've since demanded a utility bill although Ive told them a doZen times i have no utilities in my name. I haven't wagered a thing on their site.
Desired outcome: I also have the proof of my deposit and believe they have more than enough information to give me my deposit back
Cannot withdraw my money from account.
On 10/23/2021 I atempted to withdraw my money $139.72. They sent me several 6 diget codes to my phone and I enter them and they do not work. They keep saying code does not match. This has been ongoing for a week now and everytime after failed attempts then they block my acct. again for 24 hrs. I have spoke by live chat with 5 agents and none of them said they could help me. Every day its the same thing. I guess they stole my money and said I would report them to the BBB. None of the phone codes they send me work to verify my withdrawal of $139.72. Thank you. Tony. Literally the most aweful online casino to play at! I deposited three hundred dollars on a credit card and won absolutely nothing! I won't be playing here again and no bonus or promotionsother than bitcoins after joining the first day! Tried again to be sure it wasn't just bad luck.. Bovada is terrible
I can't not even to begin how terrible this website is ran. First of all my two roommates made a account and deposited money to bet on the following days nfl. They both had about $400 all together deposited and ready. The next day when we woke up and got ready for the days games. Both of there accounts had been closed and Bovada literally has kept the money and we have messaged them everyday and they will not give us a response or even acknowledge what we are talking about. They are some thief's. I would recommend using any other website and saving yourself the money time and stress. Non-compliant poker using bots or super-users
After playing thousands of hand in live card action games, it is apparent after playing in Bovada's cash and sit-n-go games that the action is not purely random generation. It sets up "apparent" hands and then flushes them on the river. Also, following the flow of betting with 2 bots or "super-users" raising and re-raising hands that can be followed to see that it is improbable that anyone would go all-in or max bet some of those hands.
It is obvious that the software is weighted to bust hands and require more deposits and take more rake by distributing consistently playable hands only for set-ups that will prey on the player with the least amount of money or chips. When I have the most money/chips, I win 3/4 of such hands and when with small stack, lose 3/4 of such hands.
Desired outcome: $10,000 credit once the software and platform is forced to comply to 'true' non-rigged random generation. I want fair action at some of my losses back
I agree Bovada took 2k from me in 30 minutes. I was up trying to cash out, and because I couldn’t cash out I lost thousands.
Stolen funds
Bovada gaming has stolen funds from my checking account, I noticed a charge to my account that I didn't authorize or make that came back to Bovada, then I noticed another charge from a similar company that was Bovada, I contacted the company and they admitted that it was them and the charges were security incase my deposit didn't go through and I would receive a refund in 10 days! It has been 3 months and I have never received anything and I can't get them to return my money, I'm always receiving an excuse or extra step I need to do in order to be refunded. The stole over $100 from me. Please help

I contacted a supervisor to voice my concerns about technical issues I'm exsperienceing and instead of directing attention on that it was turned around onto me having my character slammed with assumptions telling me I'm not a responsible gambler and she suspended my account for apsolutely no valid reason.

Something not right at Bovada poker tournaments
I am a semi-professional Texas Hold 'Em poker player who has won roughly $50, 000 in tournaments in live play, and $80, 000 on PokerStars before it was shut down in the U.S. I know this doesn't touch the level of those with a bracelet, but It is inconceivable that suddenly my net gain on Bovada is negative over roughly 10 years.
Like most who play a lot, including in the WSOP, I hate the lack of identifying Avatars, the ability to locate Bots, and independent verification that your card randomizers are true-odds poker.
I could go on at great lengths. But as a math wizard who can calculate pot-odds very quickly, and a journalist with a built-in BS detector, both which gives me an significant long-term advantage in the big tournaments that go 12, 15 hours, I get no advantage at Bovada. The opposite, actually is true.
I will go many hands to set up 90% winning opportunities head-to-head; that's how I have won all my tournaments. On Bovada, those 2-outer draws hit routinely, and that is always how I get eliminated.
When you hit a set on the flop, the Bots don't fold flush draws, and they hit the 1-in-16 runner-runner flush on the turn and river to beat big-time trips, K-K-K, and so on, over and over.
I'm not whining about bad beats. I'm saying there is something not right at Bovada.
Desired outcome: No anonymity, independent verification of card randomizer, no bots

Money Withdrawal
A couple of months a ago I withdrew about $540, a few days later I received and cashed the check at my local bank with no problems, 2 months later my bank took the money out of my account and charged me a returned check fee of $15, they said the check wasn't honored. I have sent bovada a few emails, and they just won't reply back. I am very disappointed with their customer service and hope they make this right.
Pending weekly cash back on crypto currency
I have not received my weekly cash back on crypto currency.
I have been checking in with the help center for the last 28 hours. Every time I check in I get the same response from the chat associate at the help desk. It a technical issue that is being worked on and I should continue to check my account periodically to see if the cash back has been applied.
I have made four bitcoin deposits in the last 28 hours and I would prefer using up the weekly crypto cash back before I make any more deposits. I checked the community section to see if anyone else is having this problem and I can not find anything. I did receive a 30 dollar credit and I really do appreciate it but I know with the amount of cash I lost last week because of dumb luck the weekly cash back will help ease the pain. (LOL) The cash back is always applied to my account every Tuesday before 5pm and this is the first time I have had an issue receiving the cash back on crypto currency. Here is a screenshot from the first chat session I had at 8:05pm Tuesday and as of 1:40am Thursday I still have no idea what's going on or when I will actually receive the weekly crypto cash back.

Promotions entrapment
After multiple inquiries on how Bovada wagering promotions work trying to get clarity and transparency, which they avoided doing at every step, I am now locked out of my deposited funds and winnings until a previously undisclosed "bet through" clause is fulfilled. I was told that when the deposit was made then bonus funds would be attached, and those bonus funds show as a separate total, but "my funds" are now locked.
Then I am told I can forfeit the bonus, but any winnings made wagering bonus funds would be forfeit and considered void. So there is no way of knowing what I might be left with if I forfeit the bonus? So far, I believe that all wagers were made with my funds, and therefore the bonus funds are untouched, so I would consider that my full "locked funds" balance should become available should I choose to forfeit the bonus which is so far untouched.
However, customer service is reluctant to give clarity to the situation, and I am feeling trapped not knowing exactly what might happen should I choose to forfeit the bonus. I believe I am entitled to the entire balance of my "locked funds" should I choose to withdraw minus any bonus funds which to date have not been used, and surrender any portion of the bonus promotion accrued.
Desired outcome: Option to access my "locked funds" and withdraw should I choose to do so.
