Brakes Plus review: I’m complaining about the Brakes Plus in Centennial off of Gibraltar way.

The location in Centennial was supposed to do an alignment for me and have it done that day because they had a new job starting the next day. They contacted me the day. The alignment was supposed to be done saying that they would not have it done in time and I explain to them that is why I brought my truck in is because I was told it could be completed. They said that they would at least have the alignment completed the next day by 10 AM. They also stated that my Amber both was seized and they needed to use their torque gun in order to remove it which I knew was a lie because I had just got a whole new front suspension and new camper bolts and installed them myself, they contacted me the next morning around 10 AM and stated that they would not be able to do the alignment at all and the job I was starting did not work out due to this. When I went to receive my truck, I was driving at home and noticed it was not driving correctly and also my dash lights came on, and there were no dash lights on my truck when I dropped the truck off the day before. Check engine light was on, the ABS light was on and the brake light was on when I got home. I looked at my suspension and noticed they had completely disconnected my shock on the driver side to get the bolt out and never put the shock back together. Due to this, my bolts and bushings fell off of my truck and are now missing. My truck also does not turn right unless I use a lot of force in order to turn the wheel, my wheels are not aligned and my tires are wearing incorrectly and I still have not received any information from the regional manager, Rich. I contacted the complaint office again and they told me that Rich had stated that this issue was resolved and they would not be able to do anything for me because I did not pay any money to the location. Rich never even contacted me and told me this information and I had to contact the complaint service again to have them re-escalate the situation.
