Bravo Fly Refund of cancelled flight

I booked three round-trip tickets and a week before the departure the situation in Sri Lanka got worse and there was no petrol and staying in Colombo was not an option because of the social, political and economical issues (the day before our flight they burnt the presidential residence!). I contacted Bravofly to cancel our flight. I contacted Qatar Airways and they told me they would do a full refund (it was stated in their website that all the flights until the 30th september had this flexibility). Bravofly, instead, offered me a much smaller amount and even if I contacted them again and again to explain the situation, they are not offering me what they are supposed to, as they told me they would just take the administration fees and the rest would be for me. I contacted Qatar Airways and they confirmed they had refunded the full amount to Bravofly.

Desired outcome: That they refund me what is fair: the full amount minus the administration fees

Bravo Fly Unreasonable refund calculation

Hope this email finds you well.

Writing to you with regards to our booking thru Bravofly from Dec 16, 2022 to June 15, 2023 from Manila to Toronto. We did not receive an eticket for the booking, just a confirmation email that our booking is confirmed. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we needed to rebook our flight to a later date but was not allowed by Bravofly. So we opted to have the ticket amount converted to travel credit with the understanding that the full amount will be converted. Just yesterday we received the below email informing us that the conversion is only 4767.96. We have also reached out to Korean Air and they mentioned that the ticket has been refunded to Bravofly.

We save up for years for this trip to fulfill my Mom’s dream to visit my Brother in Canada and this is the only fund we have for this trip. So we are appealing for a reversal of the cancellation so we can push through with the flight or a reasonable refund. My Mom is old and saving up for another year or so for another trip might no longer feasible.

Bravo Fly Over Charge

Good afternoon,

I have made a booking with Bravofly on 12 Aug 2022 to purchase 7 return adult air tickets by Air Asia from Singapore to Bangkok. The booking No. is [protected] and total amount charged is $2,827.37.

After booking, Bravofly did not issue the invoice to me. Hence, I have to check with the Air Asia and to my surprise I found out that I was overcharged of $302.47 (Singapore currency) for the booking. The actual bill should be $2,569.90 and not $2,872.37 as levied by Bravofly.

I hope your esteem office is able to address the malpractice.

Bravo Fly Flight refund

On July 6th, I booked a flight with Bravofly.

However, I realized that I booked the wrong date. I wanted to cancel and ask for refund.

I entered the Bravofly website and used the “chat with us”. At the end, the boy has instructed me to deal with the airline directly for a refund.

I went to Thai airasia site.

Airline outcome is that my ticket is booked with an agent and told me to deal with the agent, in this case Bravofly.

I enter again Bravofly website :

I go to the “speak with us” area. It keeps telling me to call international number.

Isn’t there a customer service email where we can send and don’t need to spend stupid IDD call?

Desired outcome: Refund

Bravo Fly Full flex, which I do not want

My 4 tickets (ID [protected]) from Oslo to Kos the 31th of July and return the 5th of july were priced 9751 NOK, and I booked my tickets the 1st og June. When I checked the price on my creditcrad, it said 11 565 NOK, and it said Full Flex. I did not book full flex, and I do not want full flex. Why was full flex added to my tickets? I did not add that to my tickets during the booking process. I want you to pay back the full flex rate. I tried to use your chat, and I was told that you were going to phone me. I did not recieve a phonecall.

Desired outcome: I want you to refund the full flex, 1814 NOK, to my creditcard

Bravo Fly Terrible costumer service

I booked a plane ticket on the site. a few days later, I got an email from the airline that my flight got canceled.

I called the bravo customer hotline, they said that I should contact the airline myself, which I did.

The airline said I can only make the flight reschedule through the agent and also told me there is an exact same flight as I booked but would be a day before.

so I contacted bravo and share the information with them. they replied "We want to inform you that we have registered your request. We kindly invite you to wait for our reply." then nothing more for days.
even l called the hotline again or mail to following up. the only response was " the request has been registered, please wait."

8 days later, I finally got "an offer" for the other flight that on definitely NOT the date I requested.

so I sent an email to them, hoping the problem would be resolved. but a day later still no reply. but there's only 10days left that I have to arrive at my destination. Additionally, I need flight confirmation to apply for VISA to enter the country.

I usually am a patient person and keep my politeness. I also know the pandemic is making a lot of things more difficult. However, this is way beyond acceptable, simply lack the commitment to customer service and communication. Super NOT helpful and I am extremely disappointed.

Bravo Fly Flight cancellation refund

I booked a flight from dunedin to auckland departing 16th february 2021 but newzealand govt impose a sudden 3 days long lockdown in auckland so could not proceed with my plans.

I received a text message from jet star to change or cancel a flight so I cancelled my flight on 15th february 2021. Jet star airline sent the voucher to bravo fly but to date, I have got no update from bravo fly about the refund. Its helpline phone no doesn't work. No idea where my refund is. Can anyone help with this refund? Any helpline or email I can reach with bravofly.

Bravo Fly Refund air travel

a flight booked on 02/25/2020 was cancelled due to covid. we received email from bravofly that we would be able to claim a cash refund from 03/01/2021 to 03/7/2021 value of 661 usd
so we called on 03/01/2021 them using my registered phone on [protected] and got a friendly operator on the line who told us that they will send me a confirmation email and issue the cash refund
but so far nothing received...

Bravo Fly flight

I booked a flight through bravofly via skyscanner from Tallinn, Estonia to Oslo, Norway and return. Departing the 24th June and Returning the 30th of June. This booking was for 3 people.
I wanted to change the return date to the 28th of June.
I have emailed bravofly but i have had no response and I can't seem to call them.
I live in Australia.

I am a bit worried because after i booked i read some bad reviews about bravofly.
If they are as bad as the reviews then why do you keep them in your website?

Bravo Fly no refund for flight ticket

Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Bravofly (Booking ID - [protected]) in hopes you can help remedy the situation.

On 9th of March, I bought a round-trip flight ticket between Umeå and Seoul for SEK 9676.98, but it was overpriced. Thus, I asked for a full refund on the same day I bought it, but all I have had so far are SEK 800.05 on 13th of March and SEK 828.63 on 23rd of March, but the remaining SEK 8048.3 have not been refunded yet.

I am really not trying to be difficult and asked Bravofly to set my airline ticket back to its original status so that I could fly as originally scheduled. However, they have never responded.

I do not feel that I am being unreasonable with my request, but trust this matter can be resolved quickly.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Bravo Fly charged 50 euros extra from bank account that was given on the ticket

Seems like this company is getting more and more money by fraud/scamming. I booked the ticket to Paris on their site fixing the total amount as 291 euro plus discount around 23 euro. But in the confirmation letter that came to my mailbox the company charged me 336 euros. When I asked them why they charged 50 euros more they said that cannot be hold responsible for other search engines that gives the wrong price. Screenshots proving the price on their orderpayment page along with screenshot proving my search on their site resulted that I was accused in faking! I asked them to cancel the ticket and to return the money and they asked me another 70 euro for cancellation. no comments as "pure scam". Seems like it's time to appeal for a court claim.

In a week I received an email from them saying that our flights weren't available anymore and if we want a refund we should email back and wait for about 15 business days. It's been a month and still there's nothing...

Bravo Fly plane ticket

I booked a plane ticket for my daughter studying in Ottawa Canada to visit us as we work in the state of kuwait. It was for the Christmas holidays. When She presented for checking in at Ottawa airport 3 hours before the flight, she was told by Air Canada that her first name and family name were correct but misplaced one with the other, we called Bravofly to ask about and it's a paid call. The operator informed us that nothing can be done and that we have to send an email to customer service. My daughter missed her flight and she had to stay in a hotel as the university residence was already closed for holidays. we got areply from Bravofly services that the names were written correctly for the booking, Air Canada gave us a print of the refusal for check in stating that the names were misplaced. After more than five days Bravofly sent a new email saying that it wasn't their mistake. They proposed a no show refund. I had to book a new ticket, pay the hotel and she arrived after Christmas. Later on after many emails from my side Bravofly replied that I shall not get any type of refunds not even the taxes. The ticket cost was around 1400 euros plus what I had to pay for my daughter's accomodation in Ottawa for six days.

Bravo Fly mislead from company resulted to flight miss.

Hello Team,

I had booked my return ticket via Bravofly from Madrid(Spain) to Mumbai (India) on 26th of May 2016.Travel date 27June 2016, Booking Id: [protected]

Airline booked was Saudi Airlines and while returning i had an connecting flight and wait was of 18hrs in Saudi Arbia at Jeddah airport. After booking tickets i got to know that to wait at jeddah airport for more than 13 hrs needs visa of that country.
So did i contacted and raised my concerned however i got the answer from bravofly that please refer mail where it is written that 'Your special request is accepted by airlines'(Can provide that mail if needed) that means i would not need to have an transit visa to wait at airport.

However this turned to an nightmare when i tried boarding my flight from madrid where they did not allow me to board the flight due to non availability of transit visa of saudi. I tried to convince them saying that my special request is been accepted by airlines but i was not allowed.

However i felt like mislead and cheated as i confirmed before taking flight, would be in mess if i would have informed properly or would have mentioned somewhere the conditions of halt.I could have cancelled and purchased tickets before traveling to avoid chaos .

At last with no option i had to take new tickets and bear the loss of INR 34000 .

I am calling and mailing Bravofly since a year now but there is no full refund yet.
Expect some action to be taken for same.there can be many other customer facing the same.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Bravo Fly BravoFly don't wants to cancel a flight that will be in about three months!

At the beginning of November, because I had some personal reasons for coming back to my country (Chile) before it was expected, I tried to change or to cancel my return flight from Bologna to Santiago, which was originally programmed for the 28th of February. Nevertheless, BravoFly refused to change the date of my flights (Bologna-Madrid, Madrid-Santiago de Chile), because –as they said- it was an operation that it should be done by each air company. Consequently I tried by calling LATAM and Iberia, and they told me that was impossible to make any modification or refund if the tickets were bought through travel agencies.

At the end I was not able to change neither to refund the tickets, so I purchased some new ones and I came back to Chile this week. Here I tried again to get the refund directly from Iberia and LATAM, nonetheless they insisted once again in the responsibility of BravoFly for making any kind of modification on the tickets.

Hence I urge you to make this pending refund as soon as possible. My reservations codes are GSSYYB (PNR) and UEQGFZ (PNR-CRS), and my ID booking is [protected]. Please, contact me to my e-mail (benjamin.[protected]@ug.uchile.cl). Thanks you very much for your time and disposition.

Bravo Fly Refunds still pending

I purchased a flight ticket under Booking ID [protected] on the 7th of November, 2016 and subsequently received the following email response shortly after funds had been debited from my account.

"Here at Bravofly we take Cardholder Security very seriously.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, our Security System was unable to securely verify all the details of your card and as a result the booking has been cancelled"

Up until now funds still have not been returned into my account and emails not replied. Could you refund my money as a matter of urgency.

Bravo Fly No customer service after booking

i have booked return flights of Lufthansa from Bravofly.com for two people. Just one week before the departure I have been informed that I have to attended some important meeting and have to cancel the whole trip. Called Lufthansa immediately, they have been really efficient and helpful, however, due to the fact that the booking is made through a third agency, Bravofly in this case, they are not able to cancel the flights for me. I have to ask Bravofly to handle the cancellation.

And Bravofly is just unreachable! I don't mind you charge 6 euro per each call, but at least make the line accessible. I have tried several times and it dropped all the time once i typed my credit card information.

My flight is on 3th Oct and I don't know if i can cancel them and how much would be refunded and how? It has been a very dreadful experience and i would definitely spread it to all my friend about it unless it get solved as it supposed to be!

Dear Sir,
I booked the air tickets from New York JFK Airport to BOMBAY International Airport around 12 pm EST from the site bravofly. Jet Airways Flight 6524, Jul 8-Confirmation #GWEHAS. Booking ID [protected]. I was trying to cancel the tickets through the USA number i.e [protected] and also the India number 0091 [protected].The customer service is not reachable. When I asked the Jet Airways customer service, they told me to reach the agent. I want to get the refund in the next 24 hours. Please give me an alternate number where I could reach and what time I could reach. If not possible I would dispute the matter ahead.

Regrettably you have not responded to them and neither have you made any attempt to resolve this matter.

You advise that you made payment and one again the account you so claimed to have paid into was closed last year July/August 2015. Therefore your so called payment made in March 2016 WAS NOT MET as no payment can be regarded as a successful payment when made into A CLOSED ACCOUNT. The account number and card number has been provided by way of email to Danilo Carnemolla
You are therefore requested AS A MATTER OF URGENCY to investigate this matter.

Bravo Fly Booking agent and customer care

On the 21st March I looked online for flights to Nashville via Atlanta. As I'm very wary of computers etc I telephoned the company and spoke with a booking agent to request details price etc and my requirements for flights to Nashville. Whilst he spoke English, several times I had to repeat myself and at times found him difficult to understand, however I went ahead and paid for my flights . When I received confirmation details by e mail, I found that only flights to Atlanta had been booked and no connecting flights to Nashville were shown. I telephoned the customer care department and was told if I wanted to complain and cancel or seek a refund I would need to e mail the claims department as there is no telephone number. I was given an e mail address which wasn't recognised . I telephoned again and explained my problem and spoke to the agent who had initially booked my flights. His reply was " I speak to many people and I can't remember if you asked me to book connecting flights to Nashville. " I informed him my reason for going to Nashville was to see family who live there, why would I just want a flight to Atlanta. He said I would need to contact complaints by e mail. He gave me the correct e mail address. I e mailed the company and was told I would receive a reply within 72 hrs. This was last Friday 25th March. It is Monday the 29th and I still haven't heard anything . I now wish an immediate refund of monies paid. Booking ID number [protected] Mr R Woodhead
