I am a tenant at Birchfield Complex in Midrand, I am using Bregan Properties and a guy named Blessmore is my agent, I was tricked by Blessmore into thinking that the water bill is included on the rent amount that I pay monthly, I have screenshots of his false advertisement. I have conversations that I had with him where he lied and said that water is included just eliminate the competition he had with other agents. He never paid for the water, I am now on arrears, water is blocked and Blessmore does not want to pay for the water.
Desired outcome: For the agent to be contacted and forced to pay the bill because he tricked me, I could've gone somewhere else if he did not lie and now I do not have the money to pay the bill

I have file my issue to your company and just found out that your agency has a bad reputation and it seems to be true I am currently staying at an apartment that Joas Mupesi rented out to me the guy was good at the begin once the deposit was paid I released that the place wasn't needed to be fixed I called the agency and ask for them to send someone to fix my stove and shower carbert and currently right now no one has come to me to fix the issue and worse I pay rent without fail and before due date it my second month here and I am still unable to cook and have to use a gas stove to cook this is one of the small issue I get but currently having also Joas want me to beg him even though the place is not up to starch your agent is rude and worse he doesn't even see the need to apologies I need someone to come to my place and fix these issues asap.

service - electricity fault
I'm disappointed with the service received from the company. I don't have electricity and its been 5 day without resolution. I have through all my food out and spent money to buy food daily. I have a two months old baby and in this wet and cold weather without any electricity. These people have no humanity. I regret any dealings with them. They really have bad service. All I'm asking is for the electricity to be fixed.

Kept my deposit and not fixing up new flat
I rented a unit from Bregan Properties. When I moved out of that flat and into a new bigger flat in the same complex they kept my deposit of the previous flat. I asked them why they kept my deposit they said that it was to do the final inspection and to repaint the flat.
I went to my previous flat and asked the new tenant if I could have a look inside. I then discovered that it was exactly as I left it and it was not repainted.
My friend that also stays in the same complex moved in and there was marks and holes all over all the walls. We asked them to fix it they said that they will. After two years it still was not done. She then moved out and they kept her whole two months deposit of R7000... (to paint the flat and polly-filla a few holes) which were there when she moved in.
I moved into the new flat and the stove was broken. I asked them to come and fix it and the came and removed the whole unit which left me without it for 3 weeks and counting already. I can't cook and have to spend a lot of money on take-aways.
When I phone them and ask them for updates they are very rude and even hangs up the phone.
When a person moves out of one of our units we do a deposit refund meaning fixing what is broken/dirty in the place and if it was caused by the tenant then fix it that the flat/unit is clean and everything in a working order for the next tenant. So that is why the deposit is called a damage deposit. If a tenant takes care of a unit and it is in perfect condistion like the day they moved in then we pay the full deposit out.
