Real estate
She comes across as a friendly nice old lady which is the worst part about all of this. She has no Care in the world about anything but getting over on innocent non suspecting people. Her mouth is full of lies that keep you entertained and on the edge of Your seat.
It's sad to say this but this kind old lady that comes across as a good person really is one of the most treacherous decieving lying women I've ever met in my life. When I 1st read the comments on the Internet about this woman...who goes by 3 different names, lynne thompson, lynne mckinley, lynne lamar... I didn't want to believe them and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but I now realize each and every one of these stories is correct.
If you come across her and she starts to tell you about some WILD/HUGE idea or business affair that she is looking to start ...walk away fast. She's a sinking ship looking to take anyone down with her.
Desired outcome: She is banned from doing business anywhere.
Scam company!
Lynne Thompson and Revive Pittsburgh Are a scam company. They put my Church under contract and never paid any of the deposits, they bounced checks, three addendum‘s later.. I had to cancel the contract with the representing broker. I have since found out from a local real estate attorney they do this everywhere. Putting people under contract hoping that they can find an investor. What she is doing is "wholesaling" properties and wasting peoples valuable time. She is dishonest and a scam artist!
These people are upset because they could not get over on her. She's a great person and I recommend everyone to do business with her
Lynne Thompson is no LIAR. She is the one of the best and honest person I know.
Lynne Thompson and her company is nothing you guys and pretraying them to be. She is a good and honest person. I know from my own experience.
No false at all. This is a great company that really helps u and cares about the people that take care of u

I own a beautiful Church in Pittsburgh. Mrs. Lynne Thompson-McKinley went into contract over 2 months ago. This lady is not of sound mind. She bounced escrow cheque and has promised funding on a "cash deal" We have had 3 addendums allowing her more time to produce funding. She has continually LIED. Now we have lost 2 months JuneJuly and she still has not paid for breaking contracts. She owes $8000 and obviously has wasted 2 brokerages time and money as well as Title company.

purchase of my residence
On 3/22/19 a contract was signed between myself and the company listed above by Lynne Thompson. She was to have the required hand money turned over to the broker which was done but the check bounced.
I am 19 days away from moving out of State only to find this owner of Revive Pittsburgh Real Estate never sent the necessary documents to the deed company as they stated they have no information for my residence.
She addressed me personally advising she would have a cashiers check to me on 5/2, which I told her fine but if not received, I am within my rights to terminate the contract. She came to my residence and showed me a deposit slip and said she would have the funds to me 5/3. Which again, I said okay, trying to give her every benefit of the doubt.
After talking to my realtor as well as the broker at approximately 10:30am on 5/3 it was decided it would be in my best interest to sign the contract termination which I did.
I have now invested thousands of dollars in this move which is now not going to happen. My closing was to be on 5/21/19 and I had movers scheduled, utilities requested to be turned off on 5/22/19, rent paid to my landlord in Ohio only to have to notify everyone today this was not going happen at this point in time.
At the time the contract was signed Ms. Thompson had an approved mortgage then on 5/1/19 stated she is going to change it to a cash deal.
This is no way to do business. This individual also has aliases she uses:
Lynne Palmer and Lynne Lamar.
I have also been informed that she had three other properties along with mine and everyone has now terminated their contract.
I would not recommend anyone do business with thiscompany. Something is just off about it.
I have filed a complaint with the PA Attorney General, and will be speaking with the ADA on 5/7 regarding a law suit. We need clarification fromthe ADA if this is criminal or Civil at this point.
I would like the 1500.00 hand money provided to Howard Hanna via certified check ASAP. They are doing their own investigation and will be deciding how they are going to proceed
This complaint should be disregarded.
It appears that both myself, Lynne Thompson and Revive Pittsburgh Real Estate have been provided conflicting and incorrect information by Ms. Thompson's broker.
Information provided to me late today 5/8/19 is that the broker is not quite sure what they provided to my agent and ultimately myself was correct.
I do feel given this new information Ms. Thompson and myself are both victims in this situation and this complaint should be ignored and/or deleted.
I have no update.
Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Lynne Thompson. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust and she's very trustworthy. Thank u Lynne for everything.
Ms. Lynne Thompson has made our home selling process easy and smooth! Her guidance and help was very much appreciated. We will definitely refer family and friends to Maggie in the future. Maggie was excellent. She was knowledgeable, helpful and made this process incredibly easy. We can not say enough great things about her!
