Brex claims that their simple online application process is simple and straightforward. It is not, more than 3 weeks in processing and still nothing. Short and curt responses from their chat, appears to be a bot responding. Each time I ask for the status I am told they are processing a lot of applications and ask for another 7-10 days. They are clearly not ready to handle large accounts. It is sad that I had to open a good old fashioned brick and mortar account with Chase Business which I was able to open online in about 12 minutes instead of an online service like Brex in 2021.

How do I give this "bank" zero stars?
How do I give this "bank" zero stars? An technical glitch on their site caused an international wire transfer was sent before I hit submit. This will cause fees for my recipient and I will also have to pay to send a second wire transfer because this "bank" DOES NOT send money in anything but USD. The supervisor I spoke with, ***, YELLED at me and told me I was lying even though he could not product a full screen shot of the page where I supposedly hit Submit (sketchily enough, the bottom of the screen shot where the submit button would have been, was cut off). I asked for the full screen shot and he YELLED, "I don't know what that would accomplish".

I completed this offer on August 13th which is way over 30 days and still haven't received my rewards. I've sent them proof of my sign up and everything. I ve been contacting them for the last 10 days and all 5hey say is that they will look into it. This is bad for business and somewhat a scam.

I am being charged many charges with your company about of my account. When I call your number is wont connect me with anyone without 6 digits of a card. I do not have a card. I never created an account. Please contact me so we can figure out what is going on. You last debit from my account was almost 200. I see another one for $160 and change. I am going to my bank on Monday to talk to them, but I am trying to get to the bottom of this. Thank you

I have used Brex.com for their virtual card service. After a couple of month, without any details, Brex notified us that the account violated their rules and the account is suspended right after. It's been 2 months since the account closure, we have over $36k money deposited in the Brex account but still no refund, nor did any one tell me what I need to do or why is our money held in their bank. I tried contacting their support team via chat box, email, but no reply. It's been over 2 months and our $36k deposit money is at risk.

I was deceived into enrolling my business in a merchant processing service by a certain company, while disclosing sensitive information, through a promotion they ran in partnership with Brex. Brex promised "100,000 Brex points" for completing the promotion with this company, so we signed up for the promotion and fulfilled all of the terms as outlined in the company's (and Brex's) terms and conditions for the promotion. Despite meeting all the requirements, they never issued us our promotion and refuse to pay out the points. I have records of conversations with employees from both companies confirming that we were eligible and had completed the promotion requirements with no further action required on our part. Nevertheless, they refuse to issue the 100,000 Brex points and the deadline for the points to have been credited to my account has long passed. Both companies have repeatedly refused to assist me in resolving this issue despite multiple contacts.

I opened an account with Brex a few months back but never added funds to the account until recently. So once I placed a withdrawal of the funds it went through and said it would be in my account Wednesday because I processed the withdrawal on a Sunday. Wednesday came and gone and I get an email from Brex saying they are terminating my account and don't want to do business with me . And I'll receive my funds in 120days. Well a transfer was already set in place. So I asked them how can they do that and they made up some excuses. Now I'm out of a $1000.00 .

I signed up for this promotion and completed all the conditions of the offer. However they reneged on their offer and did not award the points. I have had follow up with PayPal and Brex multiple times, and they kept blaming each other for delays and finally for not paying out. This has happened to countless other individuals as well, as written about online. Brex should be held accountable for violating the terms of their own promotions.

Wells Fargo blocked the debit but then Brex changed it be a penny to make sure to wipe out our accounts. Wells helped us move move to further protect us however we received $182,000 from the SBA Payroll Protection Program and now Brex is attempting to take that money that is for our payroll protection. We are scared for our business and the head of Underwriting of Brex will not talk to us. We have made all of our payments on time and been very easy to work with and communicate with. We have requested to speak to upper management and to the under writing department.

I was given a general response from over 5 agents that just passed me along to someone else. September : My checking account balance has not been updated in over a week. I have deposited upwards of 7 checks totaling over $1k and for some reason none of that is reflected. Once again nobody at the company can explain the situation. They only said that the system is down and has been down for that time. I received multiple messages and lies from the company stating random check amount and balances trying to convince me that my balance was normal. This is deception at the highest level regarding my personal business and capital that we have earned.

I have been using Brex as my exclusive Business Checking and CC Account for about 3 months. In this time my card has only been used with reputable suppliers. On five separate occasions I have received an email from Brex stating that my card has been added to Apple Pay immediately followed by fraudulent transactions that Brex has caught. This action does require two-factor authentication using the virtual card, or you would need the information from a physical card. I have absolutely no reason to believe my card information is being repeatedly stolen by any of my suppliers.This is a security issue, and one that Brex is obviously not serious about.I have had the wonderful customer support escalate my claims for an internal review in which I've heard back a response to the tune of "oh well."I highly suggest anyone else continue on their search for a solid corporate card.

I was informed of a 30-day wait for point awards, initially set for May 15th. Subsequent delays pushed the date to July. Other users reportedly received their points, prompting me to contact Brex. Despite providing transaction evidence, the issue remains unresolved after three weeks, with Brex and the merchant service provider blaming each other. Brex promised "100,000 Brex points" for completing the promotion, so we signed up and fulfilled all the terms as instructed in the promotion's conditions. Despite meeting all requirements, the promised points were never issued, and both companies refuse to pay out even though we were confirmed eligible and completed the promotion requirements with no further action needed on our part. It is well past the deadline for the points to have been credited to my account, and repeated attempts to resolve this with both companies have been unsuccessful.

Within a week I received an email saying the account was pending closure - I called and was told by the agent they had no clue but would transfer me to a specialist. The licensed specialist said she didn't see why the account would be closed and said she would appeal the account on my behalf and said I would hear from someone via email with a result of the appeal. A month goes by and still nothing. I called a few times and was told no decision was made. I received a generic email saying that I could transfer my funds back in the meantime, so I did. A few days later I received an email saying the account was closed, to my surprise. So I called and was told nothing could be said due to compliance...whatever that's supposed to mean. No call or email of appeal being denied. No reason as to why account was closed. Unprofessional company. I don't recommend doing business with them.

I am a business owner who recently opened a "Bank Account" with Brex. I was very skeptical about the company only because the people who actually founded the company were hackers who hacked iphones. On October 4 I made a deposit of $5.00 to test the speed of the transfers as well as a payroll test of $1 to see if ACH payments are working in order to pay myself and employees. That being said I made a deposit of $5,000 to my Brex account initiated on October 5 which processed October 7,2021. That day I sent a transfer of $4,000 first to pay my self in my personal banking and $500 transfer to my external business account. For both transactions it says October 12 will be the day I will receive all my funds. However on October 12 Ive only received my payment of $500 and Brex seems to be holding on to my payment of $4,000 and does not seem to release the funds to me but pays their self. Ive talked to 5 different employees and everyone tends to dont know what going on.

I used the wrong affiliate link and like a normal human being I go into their chat an alert them of this about a month ago as soon as the account is open. I never got any bonuses or anything before alerting them. They told me they'll apply the new bonus to me as long as I spend 9k by Nov 27 (ref:_00Df2Bore._5006Q1j2Alm:ref) also in this thread you will see the misleading advertisements they post. I had already gotten the ecommerce linking bonus and I was in my settings one day and see another offer for 20k brex points if I run payroll through Gusto. So I do that and run payroll. No points so I contact support. They said I can't get it because I already got a bonus? Weird how misleading that can be and I'm sure you guys have no intention to mislead right? haha... That's why when I reached out to let you know about my *** spend being completed before dec 1st TODAY on the 7th I told you it's been 7 business days since the 27th which is the date I was told in many emails. I get told by support agent *** that I must wait till the 16th..? I ask MANY times in the same chat can you provide a reasoning as to why? I get deflected every single time. I'm not sure who you guys think you are but I don't think you've met me yet. I will *** you down to the ends of this earth if you don't give me what I was promised, 20k for the gusto 80k for the adjusted referral. Our business opened several accounts with Brex over the last few months under our Series LLC. Given the unique business structure, we confirmed with the Brex application team and Brex representatives multiple times, providing full information on our businesses and overall model. At all times, there was no further information required or any in-depth follow-*** from Brex. Coincidentally, we also signed up for these accounts with a rewards ***, which we were told would apply to each of our separate businesses. This link offered *** points ($800) after $9,000 in spend within 30 days. We met this requirement across about 26 of our accounts ($20,800 in rewards), of which Brex is now saying they are holding without payout.Suddenly and without explanation despite multiple follow-*** on our part, Brex has closed all of our accounts, vaguely citing a breach in their Platform Agreement. We have thoroughly reviewed their Platform Agreement multiple times, and see no breach whatsoever. On top of our business suddenly having to restructure our banking, the Brex team has been unnecessarily passive aggressive by email, intentionally (and/or incompetently) not answering our concerns. Due to our multiple businesses, we asked for clarity on filling out an account closure form, of which they did not address. After calling and relaying our concerns, these concerns are passed to the same individual relaying that our accounts are closed, of which we are fully aware. We are about to go through arbitration with this company and have been simply asking for an explanation. We have record of extensively working with their teams and providing all context necessary - an immediate and vague account closure like this has been an extreme concern and has had an extensive impact on our business, and the way this has been handled by Brex, specifically the individual referenced, has been entirely unprofessional.
