Brialliant sux, no doubt 'bout it y'all. ComplaintsBoard.com gave 'em an F for good reason. Pricing is just all sorts'a messed up. They say premium be at $120 per year on the Apple App Store, but then some YouTube channel sent out an offer fo' a 20% discount. Turns out that the price was just 20% off a higher price of $150, meaning it still added up to $120. Got me feelin' swindled and tricked. Ain't no real discount happenin' here, it's just a whole lotta sneakiness.

Brilliant.org brilliant.org is greate!

brilliant.org is greate! i was always bad at math and science but with brilliant.org i feel like i am actually learning something. it is helping me a lot in school. the videos are short and simple which is good because i dont like to sit through long things. the quizzes are hard but not too hard. the only thing is i wish it was free because i am a broke student. but overall i recommend it to anyone who is struggling in math and science. it is really useful and worth it.

Brilliant's cool but they didn't tell me straight up that if I fork over $199.88 a year for their service and then cancel, I'm pretty much out of luck unless something real crazy went down. So, I'm trying to hit them up by email to see if I can get some kinda cash back since I never even used their service and only stuck around for two months. But dang, they don't even give you a phone number to call and get a real live person to talk to. If they don't cough up some cash, they're gonna stay at a one-star rating in my book. But if they do right by me, I'll change that rating since their daily puzzles are pretty top-notch most of the time.

so i tried out the free trial of brilliant.org from a recommendation on this site. it teaches you stuff through games and lessons online which is pretty cool. but i ended up cancelling it ages ago. now i just got charged 103.41 bucks out of nowhere?! what the heck is that about? are they doing this to other people too? maybe some of them don't even realize it or don't say anything. this is straight up robbery.

Brilliant.org So my girl bought one of those Brilliant.org trial subs using her credit card

So my girl bought one of those Brilliant.org trial subs using her credit card. Trouble is, when we tried to cancel it on the last day, there was no button for it! My man and I had to put in hours trying to sort it out but there was a phone number I found online and that only sent us back to the website. My daughter, meanwhile, never heard from them after we put in the number. We managed to delete her credit card number from the website but we ain't sure if that'll stop auto renewal. We need Brilliant to wipe her info and the number to contact them is ***. TBH, we want a refund and we want this sub canceled.
