They refuse to publish a negative review left on their site! Wrote me 6 months after I left the review asking for all my personal info. I submitted it and they will not publish it. They only put positive reviews on their site which is deceptive and scammy!

For a company that touts that they are US based and everything is made in the US - why am I getting the circumference of a bracelet as 2inches? You politely call to try to explain to someone and get routed to a country that speaks no English. A 2inch circumference is smaller than a ring! 6 months later they wrote me about my review! 6 months!

I recently copped the monogram coin with toggle chain from Brook and York and let me tell you, I was a bit disappointed. The price tag was $89, which is pretty steep for a piece of jewelry, but I was willing to splurge for a special occasion. However, what I got in the mail was a tiny charm on a flimsy chain that felt like it could break at any moment. The metal was lightweight and had a silver color, but upon closer inspection, the engraving was a copper color. Not exactly what I was expecting for the price I paid.

That being said, the charm itself was cute and the monogram was well done. It just didn't feel like it was worth the money I spent on it. I also had some issues with the shipping - it took longer than expected to arrive and there was no tracking information provided.

Overall, I think Brook and York has some cute pieces, but I would be hesitant to spend that much money on something that might not live up to my expectations again. If you're looking for a special gift or something to treat yourself, I would recommend doing some research and reading reviews before making a purchase.

So, I recently bought a bracelet from Brook and York (brookandyork.com) and I was super excited about it. But when I got it today, I was really let down. It's so cheap and flimsy, it looks like it's made for a little kid, not an adult like me. I'm really bummed out because I spent $70 on it and now I can't even wear it.

So, I got this ring for my daughter and myself from Brook and York. But, the ring turned our fingers green and tarnished. I was so disappointed! I tried to contact their customer service, but they didn't do anything except offer us a 30% discount on our next purchase. I mean, seriously? That's not even helpful! We won't be buying from them again because of this. I can't imagine any future purchase would be any better. It's just poor quality and poor customer service all around.

I got this necklace from Brook and York for a bit over $200. The description said it was 14K gold. But after just one year, the gold started to wear off. It looked like it wasn't real gold, but just gold plated. I messaged them about it, but they said it was too bad. They said it was past their 2 month return/exchange policy. They did offer me a 15% discount and free shipping, but I don't think that's enough. I won't be buying anything from this brand again. Their jewelry is too expensive for something that's just gold plated. Don't waste your money like I did.

I tried calling them, but nobody answered the phone, which made me suspicious. When I finally got in touch with them, they asked my daughter to send proof that they had made a mistake. This made her even more upset, and I was frustrated too. I suggested that we just send back the incorrect pendant and get the right one, but they said it would take 10-14 days just to review the situation before they would even request the item to be returned. And then it could take up to a month to fix their error! They didn't even take responsibility for their mistake, and they barely answered the phone or responded to our emails. I was so angry that I called my bank to cancel the payment right away. This experience completely ruined our gift, and I would never recommend Brook and York to anyone. If you want quality jewelry, go to a real jeweler instead and save yourself the hassle.
