Albert did a free electrical inspection that I got with my Home Care Club membership. He was very thorough and found several items that could have become bigger issues if not addressed now. I also recently had a furnace inspection, also free with my membership, with Ron. Both Albert and Ron were very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had Joe. I will say out of everyone I ever met he is the best. He cares about his customers and is very good and takes time to make sure the job is correct . We will always use Brothers plumbing and heating and electric for our repairs in this area and the guy we are going to want is Joe. Thank you Joe for a job well done. ?
Jonathan was very knowledgeable and replaced the igniter that was found to be no longer working on December 5 .Would welcome him back anytime except for the fact that 11 days prior on November 24,202 inspection report showed igniter as new. Was told on by technician that he replaced the igniter that day. Combined cost for these 2 service calls was $859.95. Upon a call to Brothers Plumbing & Heating they would not believe the first technician replaced the igniter. Am totally beside myself at the cost and will not be using them ever again! Very disappointed as Brother put the new furnace in 2009. Pat G

I had called Brothers to just do a furnace And A/C unit tune up. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technician that came to do the work. Ron was respectful of my home during the whole time he was here. He clearly explained everything he was doing, and was just friendly to talk to during the work he was doing.

From start to finish, service was excellent! Dispatcher Missy responded with great understanding and a sense of urgency. The service tech Richard worked nearly 12 hours to find and repair a gas leak and then had to unexpectedly replace the water heater. Throughout the day, he was pleasant, personable and kept to the task at hand. I found my plumber for life!

Incredibly poor work and customer service
Incredibly poor work and customer service. When their first repair didn't solve the problem, the technician accused me, the customer, of sabotaging his work. As it turned out, the technician had forgotten to replace a part he had removed. I had to argue with them multiple times to get them to return and finish the job correctly. I will NEVER call them again.

Brothers Punching Breathing and Electric did a fantastic job! This is the second time we have used their services and they did not disappoint. Joe P. arrived in time and was friendly, professional and took extra precautions during Covid 19. Her also took the time to show and explain to me what needed to be done so that I understood it. I will definitely keep them on hand for all of my future maintenance needs.
RIP-OFF charges for parts and labor excessive!
RIP-OFF charges for parts and labor excessive! Called them based on ad for precautions taken due to coronavirus. 500 dollars for ball valve replacement for underground sprinkler system. Could not get other estimates due to nature of leak and health condition requiring limited exposure to public. While technician was very polite, time spent in repairs was less than an hour and looked up parts which average 60-80 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

SCOTT WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FIGURE THE PROBLEM OUT IN NO TIME. SCOTT ALSO FIXED SOME OTHER PLUMBING ISSUES AND WAS ONE OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL TRADES PERSONS I HAVE MEET. I PLAN TO USE SCOTT C. AT BROTHERS PLUMBING FOR ALL MY FUTURE NEEDS. I CAN;T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL JOB SCOTT DID.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I called to schedule HVAC cleaning and certification due to selling my home. Tech sold parts that weren't faulty, a $400 call turned into $1,678.. they also billed me twice, one charge of $1,478 and second for $1,678. Charged for AC inspection although I have report from home inspector stating what needed to be fixed on AC. Electrician came and fixed AC, no problem there but the AC inspection charge was not necessary. Tech said blower wasn't that dirty and didn't need to be cleaned but wrote on report customer denied blower cleaning and needed to be cleaned. $300 charge. Tech also stated he couldn't certify furnace without replacing parts. Although parts weren't broken, the home is under warranty and I found out from another company that was BS. Buyer beware the techs get commission. Accounting is very rude.

BEWARE OF TECHNICIANS TRYING TO SELL YOU HIGH DOLLAR EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT NEEDED! I recently had an A/C inspection done by a technician who said the compressor in the A/C unit would not start up and recommended that i purchase a brand new A/C unit. I asked if there was anything else he could do or check to get the compressor working and he said unfortunately not and that i needed a brand new unit. The previous summer the unit ran completely fine and had no issues at all. There was no one at my house who checked the unit between the end of last summer and the day this technician did his inspection so i was upset that it appeared the compressor magically went out sometime between then. Smartly, i never have expensive work done without a 2nd opinion and had a different HVAC guy from a different company come and inspect the unit the very next day. When he opened up the unit he found immediately that the wires to the capacitor (which directly affects the compressor starting up properly) were hooked up wrong so he reversed the wires and hooked them up properly and the compressor started right up with no problem. Clearly the technician from Brothers reversed the wires knowing that the compressor would not start with it being wired that way so he could try to sell me a brand new unit. The wires were not hooked up the wrong way before he got here for the inspection since the unit ran fine and cooled perfectly the entire summer before. The other HVAC guy who found the problem and fixed the wires confirmed that the unit would not have ran properly the previous summer if the wires were hooked up that way at that time. I am 100% convinced that the Brothers Plumbing technician purposely reversed the wires when he first opened the unit and then called me out to show me the compressor would not start up and then recommended that i buy a new unit from them. I can only assume that he would have received a large commission for selling a customer a new unit. The worst part about all of this is the fact that my wife and i are both out of work due to the Covid-19 pandemic and are struggling just to get by right now until it is safe to go back to work. The fact that i told the technician this and that i had no idea how we would be able to afford a new unit at this time and he still claimed there is no other possible solution other than to purchase a new unit is absolutely disgusting! I cancelled all future services with Brothers Plumbing Heating and Electric after this and i would highly recommend to anyone who remains a customer with them to be right at their side watching every move they make while at your home so you dont get taken advantage of like they tried to do to me!
