Our plumber was Joe C and he was great, very informative, very professional and it was a pleasure to do business with him. Very affordable service as well. Highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing & to anyone who needs work done.

Great service. The plumber was honest and prompt with his quote, the office staff was very organized communicating and scheduling the appointment and the installer did a quality and professional installation. The entire team was fantastic!

Called them with (2) issues for my dishwasher and toilet. To my surprise they had someone available to come out within the hour. Dustin showed on time, diagnosed and fixed my issues quickly and was excellent. The process was super easy and I will use them again if needed.

The whole experience was positive from start to finish! This was a new vendor and calling the day after the storms came through Ultimate Plumbing & for emergency service; I wasn't expecting same day service. But that's what I got! Great service from the representative who answered the phone right to the repairman who came. Very impressed and happy.

Ultimate Plumbing handled all of our emergency needs! We had a faucet issue that we could not handle ourselves unless the water to the whole house was turned off. I called them around 7PM and they were at our house and had the problem fixed by 8:45PM. Great service and if we every need emergency plumbing again, we will definitely call Ultimate.

Cant say enough good things about Ultimate Plumbing. They are super quick to respond, professional, competitively priced, and just great to work with. We have used them for several different projects, the most recent was a leak in our bathroom wall?. They helped make a nightmare manageable, including working with their sister company, Ultimate Restoration. If you need a plumber, absolutely give them a call.

We purchased a new hot water heater through this company. 9 months later it broke. They replaced it with a new one.11 months later that one broke. They say we have to pay for a new one. They are charging us a diagnosis fee to come over and told us we may need a new one that wont be covered by warranty. We have been waiting 5 days for them to come diagnose. They still have not put us on the schedule and now refuse to come unless we pay up front for a diagnostic fee. 3 hot water heaters in 14 months doesnt seem right!

Ultimate Plumbing was highly recommended to me. I called Ultimate Plumbing and they responded in a timely manner. A service tech was dispatched within an hour of calling. From there the service went downhill at a frustratingly slow pace. I was told I would be charged $260 for the emergency weekend call out fee and once the job was quoted and I accepted the quote, the fee would be reduced to $125. I never should have accepted the quote of $634, including the reduced emergency call out fee of $125 (MY BAD). The service technician proceeded to cut a hole in the bedroom wall and install a new shower valve/cartridge. Once installed, I was told the water lines were reversed because no hot water was coming out with the valve in the hot water position, which was not true. The tech then proceeded to cut the Pex fittings and, while doing so, he dropped his Pex crimper down behind the bedroom wall. Now he had to cut an even larger hole in the wall to retrieve his crimper. Once the valve was reinstalled, there was still no hot water coming out with the valve in the hot position. The technician then removed the valve cartridge and found out he had installed it incorrectly. Once the valve was installed properly, the hot water was restored and the faucet was working properly. Then the technician tried to upsell me a $980 drain blowout because my bathroom sink was draining slowly (the drain stopper was broken in almost the down position, needing a new bathroom faucet, not a full drain blowout) and a $*** filter install at my well pump because of some silt residue from turning the well pump off/on numerous times.

- Finished quote at 6:10pm
- Started faucet replacement at 6:20pm and finished at 7:45pm.

In the 1 hour and 25 minutes of the service call time, minus 35 minutes for the Lowes run, 10 minutes retrieving the dropped tool behind the wall, and 10 minutes removing and replacing the cartridge correctly, the actual labor spent on my service call repair was 30 minutes. Therefore, the $634 charge minus the $125 reduced emergency call out fee, the labor charge for 30 minutes was $509 per hour.

THEY ARE THEIVES! Charged us $14,375 for a $1600 plastic septic tank that doesn't work. My septic tank now has to be replaced AGAIN! By another company. BUYER BEWARE! Horrible people! Rude! If you don't know anything about plumbing they will rip you off!

New sink being installed and needed connecting, I asked for a quote to do the work and was told they would need to some someone out to look at it and charge me $75.00 for a quote. Other 2 company's called and asked questions and provided a quote for free.

We discovered our tub hot water faucet was installed backwards years ago during a remodeling when it started dripping. JJ and his assistant came out and fixed the problem quickly, reversing the fitting and replumbing the piping. They were extremely professional and friendly and very open to listening to what we had tried to do to figure out the problem ourselves before calling them. Their fee was quite reasonable and they treated our home as if it was their own. They will definitely be our go-to plumbing company from here on out.

Over charged for the work that was done. I was told a new supply line to toilet would be replaced and also line from water closet would be replaced. I was charged $187 for a toilet stop valve and $125 for a toilet connector. The plumber didn't replace any supply line from the water closet. He cut the attached sharkbite from the pvc and attached the new one. I was given a price on stuff they're not done. He replaced a new stop valve with a toilet connector in less than 10min. This connector cost less than $15 at Home Depot or Lowe's.

After a 16 ft. deep trench had been dug in our yard and still not reaching the main line we decided to contact the Town of Mooresville to take a look. Two employees from the Town of Mooresville sewer department spent 15-20 minutes determining the problem was not in the yard but in the pipe under the house. If those employees from the town would not have found this, Ultimate Plumbings next plan of action was to rent a larger excavator and tear the yard up further. Our yard and part of our neighbors was badly torn up and a 25' dogwood tree gone. Ultimate Plumbing misdiagnosed the whole problem. My husband asked to speak to the owner but the owner will not call us back and we were initially asked to pay them for line clearing/camera fee for clearing the pipe under the house. Who's paying us for the major damage in the yard that was not necessary?
