We have used Titan Plumbing for installation of a water heater, sump pump, and backup sump pump system. The technicians that came were incredibly professional. They explained everything that they were going to do and answered all of our questions. Super friendly. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

A company with integrity and honesty. They were clean, respectful, of us and our home, knowledgeable and professional. On a Friday at 4:00 in the afternoon we had a drain backup in our in the laundry room. By 5:30 they were at our door (ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON) and by 6:30 were done. It was a minor problem and charged us only the initial service charge. 2 men, OT, minimum charge. Yep, I'd recommend Titan Plumbing.

They came, they saw, they repaired! Seriously, these guys came in figured out what the issues were and quickly had us back up and running. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and there were no surprises. (as compared to another local outfit which charges exorbitant prices, and is always trying to up-sell me on their un-requested and un-required "membership" or subscription plan). All my plumbing issues will be managed by Titan going forward!

We had a plumbing emergency and had no idea who to call. I saw their ad in the St. Patrick's bulletin and it was the best decision ever to call them. They were friendly, efficient, able to make a visit that day, give me and honest upfront quote before the work was done, and do a through job and fix the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Titan and their team for any further work. We hope to have no more plumbing emergencies but know who to call if we do!

We called Titan Plumbing due to a problem we were having in our our basement bathroom. Before they arrived on Saturday, March 20, Terry came out on Friday for an initial analysis. That cost us $39.99, he was at our house less than 30 minutes. On Saturday, two gentlemen showed up in the morning with their motorized snake to try and clear the clog. We had removed the toilet prior to their arrival so all they had to do was insert the snake into the drain. The snake was only able to travel approximately two feet before it ran into a barrier. Twenty minutes later, they were yet to clear whatever was preventing them from breaking through. Their assessment was that we would need to tear up the tile floor so they could replace the pipes, telling us it had either collapsed or a piece of metal from the vent had broken loose and was creating the block. They gave us two estimates. One estimate was a little more than $2,000 if we did the floor removal and replacement ourselves. The second estimate was just over $3,800 if we wished for them to do the demolition and repair. Having shared the story with a co-worker on Monday, she recommended we call her plumber, a small independent individual, which we did. This person spent 90 minutes on the phone with us trouble shooting Monday evening. On Wednesday, March 24, he came to our home and cleared the blockage in one hours time without having to demolish our floor and only charged us $350. Wednesday evening I placed a call to Titan plumbing and asked to speak with Terry. He was unavailable so the office assistant asked if she could help me. I proceeded to give her our story and asked to have Terry call me back so we could further discuss. I am very upset that Titan plumbing was so willing to charge us between $2,000 and $3,800 dollars for a non-existent plumbing problem. Had we not gotten a second opinion, we would have ended up with a demolished floor and empty wallet. Unfortunately Titan Plumbing does not appear to care about my grievance as Terry has yet to return my call. It seems they are more interested in robbing people of their money than they are of quality customer service. I feel they should compensate us a minimum of $350, the cost of the repair by the second plumber.
