Contacting Express Electrical proved to be a wise decision. I was without electricity for 14 hours and did not know why. The assessment of my needs was quick, efficient and clearly explained. Power was restored and my re-wiring needs within my budget repaired the essentials. Frank let me know step by step what was necessary. He demonstrated his efficiency, professionalism and high level skill. Well done! 5 stars. Excellent service.

Contacted Express Electrical services due to a power outage that blew out some circuit breakers. Jacob responded . He was very professional and explained all the options available to resolve my problem. I felt no pressure in making my decision on the option to fix my problem. Very satisfied with the service, promptness (came the same day), clarity in explaining the problem, and completing the job satisfactorily. The tech, JR was punctual, courteous and efficient. He clearly explained the options and what each project entailed and completed the job in the time that he estimated at the start of the job. Would call Express Electrical Services again and request the same tech in the future should a need arise for an electrician.

Service Technician Oren Karni was an excellent electrical service representative! His professional demeanor included first-rate electrical knowledge and competence combined with great courtesy and civility. In regards to our current coronavirus concerns, he always had on a face covering and wore gloves and foot coverings. Express Electrical Services is quite fortunate to employ such an outstanding person as Oren Karni! Service was provided on August 26.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Express Electrical Services. They were able to come out the next day at the set time and completed all the work the same day. The Technician, Daniel, and his apprentice, Frank, were very pleasant, skilled, and gave me all pertinent information about the work to be done. I appreciate being treated with respect and dealing with technicians who are professional. As a matter of fact, everyone I spoke with at Express (Cynthia, Cristy and Rebecca) were very, very pleasant and helpful.

I recently moved and after checking out a few vendors to tackle some projects, decided to go with Express Electrical. Raul came out, checked out all my concerns and provided sound recommendations for all of my electrical needs which included some outlet repairs, a new exhaust fan for my bathroom, and a new circuit breaker panel. I could not be happier with the timeliness of the service, quality, and work Raul did to make sure I got the work I needed done. I'll continue to use and recommend Express Electrical for all of my future electrical service needs!

Daniel the electrician arrived on time and was very polite & professional. He took the time to review my electrical problem and fix it. All of my electrical concerns were addressed and professional solutions were expressed both verbally and in writing. I highly recommend Express Electrical Services. The company practiced Covid-19 safety measures. Christina the company's quality representative called to follow-up with my appointment and was very patient, professional and courteous. This is an excellent company with superior customer service performance. I will use them again!

I had some new lights installed in my condo, along with a few other upgrades that needed to be made. I called Express one day, and the work was started the next day. During the process, the team that came each day was very friendly, and wore masks and followed safety protocols. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves each day. A special shout out to Raul, who led the team. He was the original contact who gave me the first quote. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and aware of many of the quirks of a 1980's condo. The work looks great, exactly what I had in mind when they started!

I was taken in by all the five star reviews and I do not doubt that other people have had excellent experiences, depending on who handles the call. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I called about a very specific issue: placing an electrical outlet in a corner where there was no outlet. The electrician looked at the place and then said he there were "other issues" and he needed to discuss the estimate with the landlord. Minutes later I get a call from my landlord saying they had just been quoted somewhere between 6K to 7K. I know it sounds outlandish but that is what happened. Don't waste your time.

I had a very good experience with Express Electrical Services. George is one of the most responsive, helpful, conscientious professionals I have worked with. He thoroughly diagnosed the issues (due to it being an older home,) outlined every part of the process, showed me the functions after the major steps, and ensured I was satisfied with the results. He took extra care to ensure the aesthetics of the house were not flawed by the required work (due to updated building codes.) He and his team were also very diligent about the PPE inside and out.

I'm very happy with Express Electrical and George and I will recommend them to everyone!

Were running a small nursing facility and needed to upgrade our old Electric Panels from 100amps to 200amps. We saw this company, Express Electric in Yelp and decided to use their services. And these are their Great Qualities: 1. Customer Service is Excellent. (Jay, their electrician who always take that extra step to help us. He would answer our calls to help us even late night. Something that would reassure customers!) 2. Prices- Very Reasonable considering the services and materials they provide. Its Worth it! They also give you options on what is suitable and affordable for you. Overall- if you need help with your electrical problems, Call Express Electric!

I am so glad I found Express Electrical Services. Daniel and Carlos came on time and gave me quotes for the electric al job I need. Great service! The company stands by the high quality of work performed by their crew. Daniel and Carlos was very professional and very courteous and went above and beyond. They even vacuumed my floor to make sure there's no mess left behind. The lights I purchased did not come with light bulbs and Daniel and Carlos went to Home Depot and bought it! I insisted to pay but Daniel said I don't need to. A job well done and left after ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the work performed! Carlos was my tech today. I had orange sparks coming from behind my outlet and I could tell something was horribly wrong. After calling the fire dept we called Express Electrical Services to come check out the outlet. Carlos checked everything out and explained everything to me in great detail, which I so appreciated. He checked the wiring, all of my outlets in the house, and the Circuit Breaker Box. He replaced the outlet and made sure everything was in tip top shape before leaving. I tend to be very thorough, and I barely had any questions. He also checked out my doorbell for me before leaving. I honestly could not have asked for better service. We'll definitely be using them if we need any other electrical work and I'll be requesting Carlos!

We were in a bind. Our electrical panel went out of commission on a Saturday. We had absolutely no power and the other electricians I contacted didn't return my calls. I was feeling desperate.

When I contacted Express Electrical, the office staff were courteous and professional. They kept me updated on when the electrician would arrive, and they made me feel that my problem was important. Our electrician, George, was very good. He diagnosed the problem, and explained it in terms that I could understand without being condescending. He explained how he was going to fix our problem and detailed all the steps. He was courteous, professional and friendly.

I felt like everyone at the company knew what they were doing, and they did it in a way that said they cared about the customer. It wasn't just that our electrical problem was fixed, but it was that we were treated like human beings during the process.

We had a smoke detector and three outlet problems. On Friday, I contacted another company the service desk person said they could not get someone out on Monday mid-morning. When I contacted Express Electrical, the office staff were courteous and professional. Same day service, the electrician, Carlos, arrive on time, respectfully put on shoe covers and wore a mask. He listened to all the issues and asked questions. He diagnosed the problems and explained it in terms that I could understand, and he answered all my questions. He explained how he was going to fix our problems and detailed all the steps. Carlos took the time to produce three options. He suggested a strategy to manage a future renovation on my list. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. I felt like everyone at the company knew what they were doing, and they did it in a way that said they cared about the customer. It was not just that our electrical problem was fixed, and we felt save in our home again. Carlos went beyond to insure he provided excellent customer service. He demonstrated an enthusiasm for his trade.
