Dear Mr. Dimtriadis

Thank you for adding this information which was not obvious for me.
I was in contact with our legal department. In this situation, we are liable only for customary care (§ 690 BGB). So I`m allowed to offer you a refund about 50% (145 EUR).
Comparatively and without prejudice.

We are bound to this offer for 14 days.
