It was nice to have an in-depth conversation about the importance of system maintenance rather than being sold things I didn't need. Working with Bullard's HVAC Services and his wife April has been an absolute pleasure. I called them at 8am and he was there by 11am to look at my AC unit after hurricane Laura. He reviewed the damage with me (extensive). The next day he provided a quote along with pictures of the damage that I'd need for my insurance. I had my new AC installed within a week. April kept me posted once they secured a unit and set up the day for the install. The guys who came with Bullard were also very professional and respectful. I am recommending him to everyone I know in need of AC repair. I wish all service contractors were as professional and reliable as Bullard and April. A pleasure working with them, especially during this stressful post-hurricane time. Thank you!

Wow! SO much to say about this fantastic, professional gentleman, Grayson. My husband and I were leaving our vacation home and the day before we were leaving we had an AC unit issue. We called around 10p and Graydon was there within 45 minutes! He explained our issue and fixed it within an hour. He is so knowledgeable and reliable! I would highly recommend his services. He truly cares about his work and does an incredible job at it! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had just moved into my new home. The movers left after leaving the doors open for a few hours. Next thing I know, water came running through my ceiling. I call Bullard's HVAC at 4:45. They said that they didn't know exactly what time they would be there but assured me I wouldn't go to bet hot. They got here at 10:00 pm and I didn't sleep in a hot home. More work needed to be done but they needed order some parts. A couple of days later they called and scheduled my repair and they did over and above what they recommend to be done and it's been perfect ever since. I have recommended them to many very satisfied people including my mother and cousin. I think that they are by far the best in the business!
