Technician went above and beyond all expectations showed up on time , installed a new vent very professional and also fixed a water leak that could have caused major damage if he had not found and repaired. Great company with great customer service.

Always Lets me know when it is time for service to be done on my system, and arrives when in the time they quote to you! Very efficient and timely. E. Dennis is the only ones we trust for service or having to buy a new unit. Top notch service and a great Team!

Great service, we had to replace our unit last year and were very happy with the new one EDennis installed. Our Technician Donald has always been helpful & quick and explained everything well as he comes for service upkeep on the system. Would recommend EDennis.

Those guys found, diagnosed a bad commercial heat pump system and had a new one in before the sun set. They even put a portable unit in while this was being done. My tenants couldn't have been more pleased! I'll never call anyone else for my cooking and heating needs.

E. Dennis has installed three complete home HVAC systems for me, one requiring new ductwork. They have a range of equipment choices for different budgets. Their installation was clean and professional. Their in-office staff for scheduling and other communication was efficient and friendly.

The technician was timely and professional. He took in consideration I had light carpet and removed his boots without being requested. He was knowledgeable of his craft and serviced my gas fireplace in less than an hour. In addition to cleaning the glass interior. Provided me with warranty information and other services E. Dennis provides. I felt safe once the service was completed. Would I recommend E.Dennis? Most definitely and ask for Brandon.

The lead technician and crew were fantastic to work with. We were notified when they left the office and prior to arrival. They worked diligently all day and completed their task efficiently and on time. Great instructions on operation of our new units and went they went the extra mile to correct additional minor issues which could have been overlooked and the system still would've operated properly. We will be using them again on our next unit for the main level when it is required. Fantastic job! Thanks

I called E Dennis A/C because the air conditioning in one of my commercial rental suites was down. Jeri took my call very professionally and assured me that someone would be there the same day. Their CRM system updated me with texts and emails the entire journey until Justin came out and replaced a bad motor and had the system running in very little time! With all the professionalism you'd expect a high price but I was pleasantly surprised with what I'd call a very fair price. I'll never call another a/c company.

I was very appreciative of how promptly E Dennis AC responded to my call. They arrived a little early which was fantastic and completed the necessary repair quickly and easily. Brandon, the Tech that handled our call, was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. In these crazy times he wore a mask, which we appreciated, and was careful to cover his work boots every time he entered our home. Best of all the price we paid for the work performed was very fair and their follow-up after the work was done was really impressive. I would recommend these guys wholeheartedly!

Service is top notch from this company. I'm very skeptical of the new unit that was replaced back in May last year. I've already had to have multiple parts replaced on the unit and it hasn't run right since it was installed. I've always heard fantastic things about Trane units, but I'm not so sure anymore. Not saying it is the EDennis' fault, but if there is one more issue with this unit, I may file a complaint and require a whole new unti, because it seems I may have a lemon on my hands. Again, to be clear, I do not believe it is EDennis fault, because they've provided top notch service on the unit.

These guys are amazing. They do all the work at the company I work for in Douglasville so after getting multiple quotes and listening to all the typical sales pitches... I followed my gut and went with the company I felt safest with. I assure you, if they can maintain a commercial warehouse with 3 separate 5,000 sq ft offices at my company.. they can attack any needs at your business or residence. I pulled the trigger on the deal on a Friday.. my whole unit was installed 3 days later. Keep in mind due to scheduling.. you might not be that lucky but I'm sure you won't be dissatisfied with their timing. Huge shout out to the installers, very informative, friendly and super particular with their craftsmanship. Thanks again to all involved!
