We purchased a new gas furnace and an air conditioner from Diamond five years ago and they have serviced it every year. They are always professional and friendly. They help remind me it is time for service. Both appliances still work excellent with no issues and received a good report for their maintenance this fall. Their staff are good about calling to say they are on the way and are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Diamond Heating and Cooling offered and delivered good quality and good value service again. I had a water heater pipe leak and the office called me back the next morning as promised and sent someone right away. The technician, Apollo offered a quick solution to the problem with reasonable price and fixed the leak in a very timely fashion. I will definitely recommend To others and will call for their service again if needed.

Kelsea our technician was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our air conditioning unit. She clearly explained what services she would be performing. When she was finished, she gave us a verbal report about what she found and also sent the report to our email for future reference. We were very pleased we the service we received and will not hesitate to call Diamond Heating and Cooling for future service.

Ryland Morrison consistently performs beyond expectation. Mr. Morrison's performance of today's, 13APR2020, routine spring A/C function test was no exception. I recommend Mr. Morrison for any position of HVAC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or mentorship programme. Mr. Morrison must be encouraged to instill the type of professionalism and calm confident competence he so effortlessly demonstrates and practices in Diamond Heating and Cooling, Inc. new hire technicians.

Ryland completed a service call at my house today and was professional, communicated clearly and was very transparent with options for service and pricing. He explained every step and made sure I understand and provided permission each step of the way. This is the second time Diamond Heating and Air has competed service for me and both times have been consistently awesome. They are my only choice for heating and cooling needs and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

This company has been a pleasure to work with. Honest, fair, great customer service and knowledgeable friendly technicians that do a great job. After having 3 other companies I hired Diamond Heating & Cooling. They have done such a good job I am keeping them! John came at 10 pm to fix my furnace which had stopped on Friday night (it was going to be 15 degrees out) he had it fixed within 20 minutes or less. He was fantastic. Diamond Heating and Cooling came the same day I called for repair on my air conditioner. It was blowing warm air. Apollo came, he was friendly and professional. He explained everything to me on the repair and the mechanics of how things worked in language that I could understand. I noticed the next day a problem with the air conditioner. Diamond Heating and Cooling was was quick to find out the new problem and scheduled service. I was lucky to have Apollo again. He diagnosed the problem and repaired my air conditioner at no charge due to they were at fault. Thank you Diamond and especially Apollo.

Five-star and four-star technicians of Diamond Heating & Cooling revisited my home after originally providing a quote to replace my whole heating and AC system. My system works fine, it's just 20+ years old. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable but more importantly, they were thorough and honest in their assessment of my system and what they could offer even though it lead to my decision to wait for now. Both they and the company valued honesty and doing things right over "getting a sale." My thanks to the Diamond's management and to the technicians. I will most definitely recommend and use their services in the future.

I've had Diamond Heating & Cooling come out twice, the first time to make sure my system is working well for winter and summer. The service personnel are extremely professional and want to answer all your questions to help you better understand what you have. Then I bought a winter/summer service and watched the technician check the entire system. She discovered I have a thermostat upstairs and downstairs. She gave a recommendation on where to get air filters that will fit, who to call for vent cleaning, and that I should probably want to get a carbon monoxide monitor. She made everything simple to understand. They have a professional and courteous staff. I am a very happy customer.

Outstanding customer service. Honest & reliable. Punctual service calls. Efficient use of technology for communication with customers. Willing to work with customers on financing. My air conditioning unit went out last July on a hot day with triple digits. After searching online for HVAC companies with good reviews, I found Diamond HVAC. They scheduled me for an appointment the same day I called for help. The technician diagnosed my 10 year old AC system & replaced the capacitor for a reasonable price. My AC was now good to go! The technician did NOT try to sell me a whole new HVAC system. He only fixed what truly needed to fixed. I can't say enough good things about Diamond HVAC.

The technicians who installed my new furnace & air conditioner were professional, courteous, caring, friendly, & impressively competent, and experienced. They took extreme care of my premises - both inside & outside. Their management is diligent to oversee that ALL WORK is performed according to the agreed-upon terms, & that required follow-up inspections are scheduled & accomplished by the City of Boise. The owners & office staff are exceptionally friendly - & truly interested in serving their customers & meeting their needs. The entire process was seamless; & I can truthfully state that Diamond Heating & Cooling exceeded my expectations.
