The level of service provided by the office staff and the site technicians is always friendly, efficient and reliable. Our recent furnace servicing was done by Jeff and he is great: very polite and knowledgeable. A few years ago we purchased a new A/C unit and have been very pleased with everything from the installation to the performance and the annual check-ups. Highly recommend this company!

The techs arrive at the appointed time, were very professional. They took the time to explain what was going to happen, and went about the removal and replacement of the air conditioning coil and compressor. While the old coil was removed they took the time to do a thorough inspection of the furnace components. I would highly recommend Comfort Tech. All the people we have dealt with have been extremely helpful, from office staff to the repairmen and installers.

Comfort Tech recently installed new a/c unit and wifi thermostat in our home. They were prompt, professional and efficient. They also did some extras for us to ensure everything was up to standard. We were most impressed that they showed up on time. It's been our experience of late that companies provide a four hour window that they may or may not keep. Comfort Tech arrived to the minute. They also patiently ensured we were familiar with the workings of our new thermostat. We would highly recommend this company!

Its hard working team did a wonderful job in upgrading our high efficiency natural gas furnace and more efficient air condition system in less than 2 days prior to the April 1 price increase. A new extra two-pipe air intake and exhaust did not bother the crew at all after our lower level ceiling was finished 6 years ago, installation of new 5" filter box and thermostat made the system better than before. Prompt, effective and clean working ethics, plus $1000 Fortis rebate and Comfort Tech discount also made this experience perfect indeed, and very appreciative.

I have always been pleased with the products and service I've received from Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling. They installed our previous furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank, and humidifier, and I've had a maintenance contract for several years which makes for stress-free care. I just had a new furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank installed, and Rob and Jen were very prompt, efficient, considerate, and left the work area very clean. They were knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling for fair-priced products and professional service. Five stars!

My experience with Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling was amazing. I called and Taylor was the lady that I talked to. She was very professional and lovely to talk to. She then directed my call to Nick. I found Nick to be very knowledgeable, efficient and an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond in answering all of the questions that my Strata had and got things done right away. Jeffrey and Max did a great job installing the heat pump system and Tim the Electrician was awesome too. About a year and a half to two years ago I had a company come in because our furnace was not working properly. The company quoted over $200 for a part and then labour to put the part in. I called Comfort Tech and they looked at the furnace and said it just needed an adjustment; a $100 service call. When my furnace finally went this October, I got three quotes for the purchase and installation of a new furnace. Was Comfort Tech the lowest quote; no, they came in as the middle quote. Because of the past repair of our furnace, we went with Comfort Tech because of their honesty. All the employees were polite, cheerful (even though it was a difficult install) and were always on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their furnace, air conditioner or any other equipment that might be needed.

My experience with Comfort Tech from start to finish was absolutely amazing! I sent an email to ask for a quote and the next morning I had a phone call followed up with an email. An appointment was booked for an estimate within a couple days. The salesman was very informative and answered all of my questions. At no time was he pushing me into a product or service that I didn't need. His advice was so great, I didn't bother contacting another company for an estimate. Their service won me over! I also couldn't have asked for a better installation team. They kept me informed every step of the process so that there was no surprises. The work area was left spotless, in fact better than when they arrived.I was given a demo on how to use my new thermostat and was invited to contact them with any further questions. I look forward to dealing with Comfort Tech in the future.
