Business USA ranks high in Google for filing business Documents and obtaining business licenses. I submitted my information for a seller's permit for my online store back in may 2013. I never received the permit. I called and the woman who answered the phone said send her proof of purchase. I sent her proof and called back and she tells me that my business information is for a permit in Minnesota. Shortly after that she hung up, I thought maybe we were disconnected and call back and realized that the company does not have a voice mail. I became suspicious and open up a dispute with pay pal. Business USA responded promptly at 2am. Said they apologize and sent a fake email with misspelled words saying it was on the way. A lady name Maya emailed me hand said call her, when I called back the reception lady hung up. Luckily pay pal investigated the dispute and sent my money back. BUSINESSUSA.COM is A SCAM..THEY TAKE BUSINESS OWNERS FUNDS AND NEVER SEND DOCUMENTS.
