BustedTees Busted Tees Disappoints with New Hoodie Style and Customer Service

I remember buying this real cool hoodie from Busted tees a few years back. It fit me like a glove, and it was my go-to hoodie for everything. Over the past few years, I've bought at least 15 hoodies and 30 different shirts from them. But then, something terrible happened. A wildfire swept through my town, and I had to leave everything behind. When I finally came back, my favorite hoodie was nowhere to be found. I searched high and low for it, but it was gone. So, after several months of looking, I decided to spend another $40 on the same hoodie. I was so excited when it finally arrived, but when I opened the package, I was disappointed. It was a completely different style and material. I was so confused. I contacted Busted tees, and they basically told me to deal with it. They didn't even inform repeat customers of this change in style. The new style is thick and frumpy, very different from their comfortable light weight hoodies from before. I was so disappointed. I won't be shopping here again. It's a shame because I used to love their stuff, but now I feel like they don't care about their customers anymore.

BustedTees Disappointing Experience with BustedTees: Slow Processing, Aggressive Communication, and Worries about Quality

So, I had an experience with BustedTees that I'm sure many of you can relate to. I decided to order some T-shirts for my husband for Christmas, and I placed the order on December 4th. The website said that processing would take 5-7 days, so I thought I was in the clear. But, as you can probably guess, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.

After 7 days, I hadn't heard anything, so I decided to send an email to see what was going on. No response. On day 8, I sent another email, and this time I got a response saying that processing was still within the 5-7 day window. Okay, fine. But then on day 10, I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent another email. And, you guessed it, no response.

Finally, on day 12, I got a text saying that my order had been shipped. Great, right? Well, not exactly. When I checked the UPS tracking, it said that the shirts hadn't even been picked up yet. I was starting to get worried that my $80 worth of T-shirts wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas.

To make matters worse, the texts and calls from BustedTees were pretty aggressive. I understand that they were probably just trying to keep me updated, but it felt like they were yelling at me. And, after reading some of the reviews online, I was starting to worry about the quality of the shirts as well.

In the end, the shirts did arrive before Christmas, but I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. As someone who works in logistics, I know that there's no reason for processing and shipping on 4 T-shirts to take this long. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from BustedTees again in the future.

BustedTees BustedTees Review: Disappointing Quality, Poor Customer Service, and Inconvenient Exchange Process

So, I just spent a hundred bucks on a bunch of shirts from BustedTees because I really liked the creative designs. But let me tell you, it took forever to get my hands on them and when I finally did, I was super disappointed. The shirts were freaking itchy, thick, and small. And don't even get me started on the neck hole - it was unbelievably small!

I decided to call customer service to see if they could help me out. But the agent I spoke to told me that I had to ship the shirts back for an exchange on my own dime. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, he said that their current vendor's t-shirts are smaller than the usual standard, but they won't pay for the return shipping!

So, I decided to go two sizes up just to be safe since I had to pay for six t-shirts to be shipped back to them. I even paid for tracking and two-day priority shipping. They received the shirts, but didn't resend them until a week later. And then it took almost another two weeks for them to finally get to me.

But guess what? The shirts STILL didn't fit! They were so freaking tight. I am so done with this BS company.

BustedTees Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Size Sent - Disappointing Experience

So, I bought a tshirt for my pops in a 2xl size, 'cause I know they usually run small. I waited for like 2 weeks for it to come to me. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size! They sent me a 3xl instead of a 2xl, and it was like wearing a tent. I sent an email to customer service to tell them about the problem. They only offered me a refund for the shirt, not even to cover the shipping. I ended up calling and spoke to this lady named Samantha, who was really unhappy and not helpful at all. She wouldn't even try to fix their mistake. After I threatened to file a chargeback with my credit card, she agreed to refund $4 of the $10 I paid for shipping. But their minimum shipping charge is $6! So they sent me the wrong size item, and they won't fix it, and they won't even refund me enough to reorder it. I've been buying from them for the last 5 years, but I'm gonna find another company to give my money to.

BustedTees Disappointing Experience with BustedTees: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays

I recently made a purchase from BustedTees (bustedtees.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. I ordered a shirt on December 11th, hoping to receive it in time for Christmas. I knew it was cutting it close, but I checked the processing times and thought I would be okay. However, my order sat in processing status for a whopping 7 days! I was starting to get worried, so I decided to reach out to their customer service team for some help.

To my disappointment, their response was not helpful at all. They basically told me that I was out of luck and suggested that I take a picture of the gift and give it to the intended recipient until the shirt arrived. I couldn't believe it! I then received a shipping status that the shirt had been shipped, but it turned out that it was just sitting in shipped status for 4 days and had not even been delivered to UPS yet.

It was clear to me that BustedTees did not care about their customers once they had our money. They did not seem to care about repeat business either. I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase, but unfortunately, they hide bad reviews on Facebook and do not have Google reviews because it would let the world know how subpar their product and customer service really is.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with BustedTees. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not be making any future purchases from them.

BustedTees BustedTees Review: Overpriced Shirts and Terrible Turnaround Time

I ain't never gonna order from BustedTees again, let me tell ya. They don't even let customers post reviews on their page, and I can see why. They charge an arm and a leg for their shirts, like three times more than what I usually pay on other sites. And don't even get me started on their turnaround time. It's been almost a whole month and I still ain't got my order yet. They said they sent it through UPS, but the tracking info has been all over the place. First it said it was gonna be delivered on Dec 3, then it changed to Dec 4, and now it says it's "scheduled for pickup". What the heck does that even mean? So I called up UPS and they told me that the package is being handed off to the US postal service. Like, seriously? Now I gotta contact them to figure out when I'm gonna get my stuff. And their website just says they'll give me an "estimated date" when they feel like it. This is some major BS, man. I'm never dealing with these guys again.

BustedTees BustedTees Review: Selling Personal Data Without Consent?

So, I was thinking about buying some shirts from BustedTees. I was pretty surprised when I couldn't enter a discount code or get a shipping quote without entering all my shipping information, email, and phone number. I didn't think too much of it at the time and just kept going. But then, like a minute after I submitted all that info, my phone started ringing with an 877 number. I didn't answer it, but then I got a text message from a different number, and it was like they knew my name and were offering me a discount on douching products. I've never seen a text spammer use my name before, so I'm pretty sure BustedTees is selling my personal data.

I didn't even realize until it was too late that there wasn't a Terms of Service agreement on the page where you enter your contact info. You have to find a link to their Privacy Policy in the page footer. And let me tell you, that Privacy Policy is pretty gross. It says stuff like "By using any of our services you are agreeing to these terms," and "We work with a variety of third parties and may share customer data with them."

Honestly, this company is just the worst. I can't believe they're selling my info like that. It's just not right.

BustedTees BustedTees Review: Poor Customer Service and Slow Shipping

So, I bought some stuff from BustedTees for the holidays. I got a confirmation email, but I didn't even notice it because it was attached to some ad email about becoming a VIP member. They said it would take about a week or so to get my stuff, but it actually took a whole month! When I emailed them to see if I could change my order because I didn't need two of the gifts anymore, they said no and just told me to check my order status. But even when I checked, it didn't show anything for like two weeks! And when it finally did show something, it still took forever to actually get to me.

And don't even get me started on returns. They don't pay for returns and they take out 5 bucks for some "reprocessing fee." They told me to just refuse the package or send it back to the sender, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them. Their customer service is a joke. They told me one thing but then I read something else on their website about how they handle returns. It's unbelievable, really.

I mean, I guess I'll give them one star because I did eventually get my stuff, but it took forever and it was such a pain to deal with. Definitely not worth it.

BustedTees Terrible Experience with BustedTees: Lost Packages, Multiple Shipments, and No Refunds

Me and my wife had a really bad experience with BustedTees. We ordered some stuff at the end of November, my wife on the 23rd and me on the 25th. They both shipped out early December from Bensenville and arrived in Chicago together. But then they just sat there for 3 weeks. We asked for an update and they told us that the packages were lost in transit and that new ones would be shipped out. Finally, on December 28th, my package shipped from Bensenville and arrived in Chicago. But then it stopped again. Meanwhile, my wife's original package, which was supposed to be lost, started moving and going on a tour of the North Eastern US. It finally arrived in Gaylord, where Busted Tees is located, clearly being returned to sender. They sent my wife's package again, which is now sitting in Chicago and has once again been determined to be "lost". Meanwhile, my original package started moving again! Doing a similar tour of the North Eastern US, but ultimately ending up in Gaylord, where Busted Tees is located. At this point, my second package hasn't moved for weeks and I'm clearly not getting the original one. I asked for a refund and not to have a third package sent to me. But then, three days later, I woke up to an email with tracking for a THIRD PACKAGE. I replied telling them I do not want it and that I want my money back. But they told me I have to wait for 6 weeks of no tracking updates OR refuse the package and send it back at my own expense. It's like it's a game, I need to wait 6 weeks of no tracking to get a refund, but they will send me a replacement before that 6 weeks is up, so I am never reaching that 6 week period. I am beyond livid with this company, which is sad because I had a great experience with them in 2021 when I ordered a hat for myself. I will be starting the charge back process with my bank so I am not dinged additional shipping or a "Restocking fees" for products that may not even exist. And for those wondering if maybe the address was wrong, I was asked to confirm it...TWICE.

BustedTees Busted Tees: A Terrible Company That Doesn't Care About Its Customers

I'm so done with Busted Tees, it's not even funny. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers, and they have no idea how to fix a problem that has been plaguing them for years: shipping. I've ordered from them twice now, and both times I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. But both times, my shirts didn't arrive until well after the 5th business day. And what really gets me is that they don't even bother to reach out and explain why your order has been delayed. You have to initiate contact with them, which is just ridiculous.

There's a girl named Sloane who handles their Facebook page, and she's pretty good at responding to negative reviews. But when I asked her about the delay, she told me that two of the shirts I ordered had a warning about delayed shipping. She said the warning was on the product page, in the cart, and at the end of the transaction. But I took screenshots of their site to show her that there was no such warning. And even though I showed her the proof, she still insisted that the warning was there. It's like they don't even care about the truth.

And to make matters worse, they don't even use the shipping method I paid for. They finally shipped my order, but they used a different shipping method than the one I paid for. And they said they refunded my shipping cost, but I haven't received any refund at all. It's just one lie after another with this company.

And now they're hiding bad reviews on their Facebook page. I left a negative review, but it never appeared on their page. They messaged me privately, but my review never went public. So the bad reviews you see on their page aren't even all of them. They're trying to hide the truth from their customers.

It's been over a month since I placed my order, and it still hasn't arrived. I've received items from overseas in less time than that. And yet Busted Tees blames their customers for not reading warnings that don't even exist, and they offer refunds that they never actually give. It's just a terrible company all around.

In conclusion, I would never recommend Busted Tees to anyone. They don't care about their customers, they lie to them, and they try to hide the truth from them. If you want to buy a t-shirt, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

BustedTees BustedTees.com T-Shirt Review: Cheap Fabric, Disappointing Quality

So, I gotta say, I recently ordered a tshirt from bustedtees.com and I gotta give my two cents on the quality of the actual tshirt. First off, I was pretty impressed with how quick the shipping was and how my order was processed correctly. But, let's get to the real deal here - the tshirts themselves.

Now, I'm not one to be too picky about my clothes, but these tshirts are made from the cheapest, crappiest fabric you could imagine. I mean, we're talking about the kind of tshirts they shoot into the stands at basketball games or the ones companies give away as promo merch. You know the ones I'm talking about, right?

I tried everything I could to soften the shirt up, including salt water brine and several washes, but it was still awful. I mean, if you're a fan of soft, quality tees, then bustedtees is definitely not for you.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the tshirt I received from bustedtees.com. I mean, I guess you get what you pay for, but I was hoping for a little bit more. So, if you're looking for a high-quality tshirt, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

BustedTees BustedTees Review: Unraveling Hoodie and TCPA Violations

These dudes over at BustedTees need to get with the program and learn about the TCPA. You can't just go texting people in the US without their permission, ya know? They gotta opt-in and be notified about those message and data rates before you start bombarding them with texts. I ain't one to click on them boxes, so imagine my surprise when I started getting texts from these guys. I reckon it was that third-party payment process that did it, but either way, they're in the wrong. If you got some time on your hands, there's a class action lawsuit waiting to happen here, folks.

Now, let's talk about the hoodie I got from them. It was unraveling a bit, which ain't cool. But I gotta say, that fleece was soft as a baby's bottom. So, I'll give 'em two stars for that. But seriously, BustedTees, get your act together and stop texting people without their permission. It's just not cool.

BustedTees BustedTees Review: Great T-Shirt, But Slow Shipping Process

So, I recently bought a t-shirt from BustedTees and let me tell you, their "fast delivery" claim on their website is a bit misleading. I ordered my shirt on December 9th, with the hopes of receiving it by Christmas Eve. However, I never received an email saying that my order had been shipped or that it had been delivered. I was pretty bummed out on Christmas morning when I found out that my loved one in Florida had not received my gift.

After doing some investigating, I found out that my t-shirt was actually shipped on December 22nd! I mean, come on, why did it take so long to ship just one shirt? Now, my Christmas gift is just sitting somewhere in Tampa, waiting to be delivered to Fort Myers. It's a real shame that it's so difficult to find a legit place to shop these days.

Despite the shipping mishap, I will say that the quality of the t-shirt itself is pretty good. The design is funny and the material is soft and comfortable. I just wish that the shipping process had been smoother and that I had received my order in a timely manner.

Overall, I would recommend BustedTees for their unique and humorous t-shirt designs, but be prepared for a potentially long wait time for your order to arrive.

BustedTees BustedTees Review: Terrible Dispatch Times and Communication, No Refund Given

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with BustedTees. Let me tell you, their dispatch times are a bunch of baloney. They say it'll only take 3-5 days to get your order printed and sent, but let me tell you, it took me a whole three weeks! And don't even get me started on their communication. It's like talking to a brick wall. I sent them about 15 emails asking about my order that I placed on August 20th, and I only got three replies. And let me tell you, those replies were not very nice.

But here's the kicker, folks. When I finally got fed up and asked for a refund (which, by the way, I'm entitled to if I don't receive my goods within 6 weeks of leaving the US), they just stopped replying altogether. That's right, they completely ignored me and didn't even bother to follow consumer law by refunding me for goods that I never even received.

Let me tell you, I'm never buying from them again and I suggest you don't either. I mean, I want to give them a negative star rating, but unfortunately, that's not an option. They definitely don't deserve even one star, that's for sure. So save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to buy your tees.

BustedTees Disappointing Experience with BustedTees: Late Delivery and Poor Quality Shirts

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with BustedTees. I ordered three T-shirts from them and it's been over a month and I still haven't received them. It's frustrating because they have a tracking system, but apparently once the package leaves the US, they don't care anymore. It's not fair to us Canadians who just want to support American businesses and get some cool shirts.

I mean, come on, BustedTees, step up your game. It's not like I'm asking for the world here. I just want my shirts. And it's not just the shipping that's the problem. The quality of the shirts isn't even that great. They're thin and the print is already starting to fade after just a few washes.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend BustedTees to anyone, especially if you're in Canada. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and their products.

BustedTees Terrible Customer Service from BustedTees - Do Not Recommend!

I gotta say, I don't recommend buying anything from BustedTees. Their customer service is terrible!
So, I was browsing their website and found some cool shirts. I added them to my cart and started the checkout process. But then I had to take a quick shower and grab my wallet, so I set my phone down for a bit.
When I came back, I finished my order and noticed a text from someone named "Gilbert". Apparently, while I was away, a rep had texted me with an offer for even more off my purchase. I was pretty excited about that, so I sent a message back asking if the offer could still be applied.
But then, at the same time, I received a message from Gilbert that said "Idiot". (I've included a screenshot so you can see for yourself.)
I mean, seriously? Who talks to customers like that? It's not like I did anything wrong.
To make matters worse, I realized that I didn't actually want to buy the shirts after all. So I tried to cancel my order within 15 minutes of placing it (the policy says you have 24 hours to cancel). But BustedTees won't acknowledge my cancellation request.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend dealing with these people. If you want to be treated like crap, go ahead and buy from them. But if you want decent customer service, look elsewhere.

I recently made a purchase of 9 tees from BustedTees, attracted by their cool designs and the promise of shipping before Christmas. However, I soon became worried when the order tracking never showed any updates, and the order status remained unchanged. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but all I received were identical canned responses that promised delivery within 5-8 days.

As the days went by and the tees still didn't arrive before Christmas, I became increasingly frustrated. I decided to take action and filed a complaint with my card company, requesting them to investigate the matter. I also suggest that you do the same if you find yourself in a similar situation. Additionally, it might be a good idea to file a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure that other customers are aware of the issue.

In the end, I decided to support a local tee-shirt shop and had them print some tees for me right there. It was a great experience, and I encourage you to do the same wherever you may be. Not only will you be supporting a local business, but you'll also be able to get your hands on some awesome tees without any hassle.

BustedTees BustedTees.com Review: Disappointed with Wrong Items and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on BustedTees.com for 4 hats. I was excited to receive my order and was hoping to get exactly what was shown on the site. However, I received 2 hats that were exactly like what was shown on the site, but the other 2 were completely different. I was disappointed and confused as to why I received the wrong items.

I tried to reach out to the customer service team via email, but all I received was a standard response about returning the items for store credit or a refund. I was frustrated because I wanted to know why I received the wrong items. Did they discontinue the style of hat? Did they switch to a different supplier? I had so many questions and no answers.

The hat that was shown on the site had a nice curved crown and white lines along the brim. However, the hat I received had a squared-looking trucker hat feel and no lines along the brim. It was not what I was expecting at all.

I think it's important for companies to deliver what they show on their site. If they're not going to do that, then they should update their site to reflect the changes. It's frustrating for customers to receive something completely different from what they were expecting.

In addition, I think it's important for companies to have good customer service. It would have been nice to have a phone number to call and speak to someone directly about my issue. Instead, I was left with a generic email response that didn't address my concerns.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on BustedTees.com. I hope they can improve their customer service and ensure that they deliver what they show on their site in the future.

BustedTees Order not received

3 sweaters and 1 long sleeve T-shirt were ordered in mid-December and 8 weeks later, they have not be received.

Apparently a 50% discount code to repurchase items not received from an order placed in December is considered “customer service” from @BustedTees - what a terrible experience and complete disappointment!

BustedTees Non delivery

Purchased two shirts from BustedTees website and was supposed to get them about two weeks ago! I have no idea where my order is and these guys from BustedTees are absolutely useless and unprofessional! I asked for a tracking number and they said they don't have one! What?
They said they shipped my stuff via DHL and as I know DHL always provides tracking numbers! So I bet these clowns never shipped my stuff! And the worst part is that they don't want to refund my money! I will never order anything from them again, such a waste of money!

BustedTees Bad quality

I ordered two t-shirts from BustedTees as a gift. I received my order in reasonable time, the shipping was quick. I was very disappointed with the quality, shirts looked cheap and were made of poor material. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back. Then I asked for an exchange, but again it was "no". I tried everything I could to soften the shirt, including salt water brine and several washes. Nothing helped. I'm very upset with the ridiculous quality and lack of customer support. I'll never order anything from them again!

BustedTees The seller ignores me and doesn't provide my ordered stuff

I ordered two T-shirts from the website www.bustedtees.com. It was horrible, ‘coz I didn’t get any info and waited 3 weeks, but of course no one delivered my order. After that I contacted the chat agent, and he told me that they lost my order, but they promised to provide it within several weeks. After that they again ignored me and I hadn’t received my order. Scam. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
